Exactly!!! what does his probate documents have to do with Murray administering a litany of sedatives along with anesthesia and leaving MJ alone and not monitoring him?

I am a little lost here. I don't know much about how this legal stuff works so I am a little lost. Yes, I understand that not all lawyers are as up front and honest like Mez is. Yes I understand that Murray and company at times will play games but there has to be a time when game playing ends. When it is to a point where a judge is saying he will fine you and delay the trail because you are holding out what are you doing? You asked for a speedy trail no way in hell were you ready we all saw that but at some point even if you were not ready you were to have to hand some things over to the DA and not just estate issues of the person your client is accused of killing. which have nothing to do with you the case at hand. I mean wtf

I agree. And do the tapes even exist at all? I remember hearing something about the tapes right after Michael died. But there was only one report about them and then I never heard anything about them again.

Murray has had 20 months to prepare his defense. What exactly has been doing for 20 months since he was charged with MJ's death?

anyone can have them if they went to court and requested them from the clerk's office - (of course unless they are sealed by the court).

any logical reason as to why they would have the papers? only thing i can think of is some bizare conspiracy where someone else did it as the defence have aluded to and looking through the probate docs for some sort of evidence to support it

re the secutiy tapes. the ones the pros have to hand over are of when mj came back in the early hours from rehearsal through to the ambulance leaving (or just the footage of mj arriving home and the ambulance leaving). it has nothing to do with footage of mjs room. its not logical to say there is a camera in someones bedroom. think about it! like with neverland there was a camera in the hall way outside mjs room. but nothing inside. the whole missing camera issue came from a tabloid. theres no evidence any footage went missing. and seeing as the pros have the camera footage then obviously its not missing

Regarding the tapes: Considering this property was a mansion, security may have been inside as well as outside. I think we agree there would be no camera in Michaels bedroom, but, he wasn't found in his own bedroom, so I'm wondering if it's possible that there might have been a camera in this room. Wishful thinking I know...but a nice thought.

yes I agree..the way Michael felt about his privacy..the definitely wasn't camera's in his room...but like you said he wasn't found in his room...I guess we will have to wait and see what they say about it.

i think there was a special treatment room where mj slept when he was treated by murray. i'm sure there was no camera in the room.

maybe there were cameras in hallways.

Not sure what you're missing elusive. Michael wasn't found in his own bedroom, so if there was a camera in the bedroom where he was found, then the pros would have all Murrays actions on tape. I did say it was wishful thinking, and in hindsight I guess they don't have such a tape because if they did then the charges would have been different.

Just ignore me lol.

The investigator, Elissa Fleak, wrote in the Scene Description that the bedroom was on the second floor, but that his usual bedroom was down the hall.

i think it was meant to be a treatment room. murray had iv equipment, oxygen tanks etc in the room. in mj's own bedroom was probably none of that.

As far as the investigator described it (AR, p.3)"... and a tan colored sofa chair. Reportedly, (Murray) sat here", doesn't look like that.

this is one of the million dollar questions..remember the girlfriends testimony..she said she head coughing in the background?....who knows who that was...so many lies on Murray's part.

well according to Sade Anding, she heard him drop the phone and heard voices, so I doubt if Murray was in the toilet. She didn't mention hearing any water running or flushing etc. I believe Murray was in the hallway or either in the room not paying MJ any attention whatsoever.

I thinkl he may have been in the bathroom just hanging around in there to talk to sade privately on the phone.

I did think about this and even if you add a conspiracy to the mix it doesn't make sense.

Because

1. I really do not think even if there's conspiracy it wouldn't be written down in the publicly available court documents

2. Whatever conspiracy you can come up with has to include Murray , as a hit man. So even if that's the point he can simply point fingers and say "they made me do it".

The only logical relevant thing I can think could be financial information - to make the point of Michael was pressured to do the shows and explain demand/ need for propofol. Still that wouldn't need 300+ pages, one page financial statement + AEG-MJ contract would be enough.
