^^Very sad to hear this same old tired story again from Jermaine. I wish they could speak of their brother's death with more sadness & respect so that people will feel something really sad & devastating happened here. Rather, they go around with these juvenile claims making a mockery of Michael's death, and causing people to laugh at the whole situation.

They have no evidence of any other person's involvement, because we all know Latoya, Randy, Jermaine, Rebbie cannot keep their mouths shut when they have some great information to make money. What horrible people would they be to know someone else killed their brother and said nothing to the police for 3+ years. He does not even realize what a horrible & disgusting picture he is painting of himself with such a statement.

The family is only tight when they come together for a plot. Hence the granny snatching tight nit campaign. However, it is easy to dismantle the tight nit. Hence certain members abandoned the tight nit campaign.

The brothers said on swedish television that Michael was at a good time in his life and happy (the opposite of what they claim in the lawsuit), they were still very close ("tight nit my ass")... And that MJ was supposed to do 100 concerts but it was cut down to 52 (that's a new one, isn't it?) and that he was going to tour with them after TII... And that Murray was just one party in his death, there are others involved... But Jackie did almost cry so that was sad of course. It was basically the usual with a new twist here and there. I had a feeling they didn't want to answer some things and the interviewer was bad and had no clue about anything.

I suppose 50 was increased to 100 so they can fit themselves in the picture? It's obvious that in the 50 concerts they had no involvement. So 50 becomes 100 conveniently to maintain their little fairytale of being part of the shows. Poor guys.

Thus, we don't know how Michael Jackson was forced out of this dimension.

I doubt the question about security tapes will come out at all:scratch: He must be living in his own little delusional world, no understanding how stupid he and other bro's makes them to appear when they go on about bogeymen (they who killed Michael).
This case is about these issues (from Ivy's post):
- AEG did not assume a duty to protect Michael from his long time doctor Murray
- the harm to Michael was not foreseeable
- AEG did not hire Murray
- the harm Murray posed to Michael was not foreseeable
- if Murray had been hired, he would have been an independent contractor and not an employee

I don't see how Katherine's side is going to bring in the question of security tapes on trial?

I wish there was at least one interviewer who dared to ask some serious question from them, also who is aware of how they operates. Jermy is looking forward to trial? I bet he is, he has his wallet open ready in case lioness wins the case.

Funny they can't decide the number of shows Michael wanted to do. It was 10 only at first and Michael was forced increase it to 50. Now by their own accord Michael was ready to do 100 shows (x10 times more) with half of them including his brothers? This fam is cray cray.

From earlier summaries Katherine asked AEG for

- visitor logs / security logs for Michael's Carolwood residence for months of May and June 2009.

and AEG replied

- AEG doesn't have security logs or visitor passes for Carolwood residence.

We also know that Latoya claimed that Phillips was at the house earlier that day. So you never know with the Jacksons.

As for the security tapes Jermaine's anger or question is misplaced. We all learned that the tapes recorded on itself every 24 hours - hence no one technically deleted them as he claims. The investigators only took what they believed to be relevant to their investigation. And AEG trial has nothing to do with what law enforcement copied and didn't copy.

Sorry but ive never seen such a deluded bunch of lairs in all my life.do they have family meetings to decide what story shall we create about michael this week. whats next all the money from the 02 shows was going to the jackson family foundation charity. (remember where u heard it first). serioulsy though they disgust me with the blatent lies in order to make themselves look good as of course its sll about the families legacy not michaels they are determined to re write history. if only one of these journo had the knowledge or even cared enough to call them out on their b.s. instead of no doubt lapping it up.

^^You see that is why these people embarrass me. How would AEG have these logs--there they go with thinking AEG was in charge of Michael. If AEG had the logs, they would say "gotcha" you were responsible for his employees, the way his home was run, who came in & out, & protecting him. Further, after all this time they still do not understand how the security cameras worked--unbelievable.

To Jermaine & company AEG was Michael's Da Da & Michael was a shivering baby.

Why Jermaine keeps saying the same thing about Murray? If he believes there were other people involved why not hired a good set of private investigators to reveal the true. How in his head winning the case against AEG will prove they were responsible for Michael's death? The case is not about who commited the crime but if AEG holds any responsibility for Conrad's malpractice. Only in his head justice means getting money from a court case. And of course, more contradictions were told, as always.

Saw them singing in the video and makes me sad because if they had cultivated their singing & dancing while Michael was alive I think they could have made more of themselves.

this lawsuit actually assumes it was Murray who killed Michael and is merely trying to determine if AEG is in anyway responsible for Michael's death given that they had business contracts with Michael and (kinda) with Murray.

I'm trying to think about the situation in courtroom (if this case goes to trial) as to how and what kind of situation Katherine and Co are going to bring in the issue of missing tapes?:scratch:
What those tapes got to do with AEG (not) overseeing Murray's treatment to MJ, or hiring him especially when those issues are the body of this case? Certainly the judge is not going to allow all sort of bogey stories brought into this case, or can she?
I know civil cases have more freedom to go around than criminal cases, but I can see judge's face when they try to bring out that someone from AEG went to Carolwood, killed Michael, erased the tapes and disappeared. I guess they claim AEG had to have keys for the house as the doors were locked so no one couldn't go in without them?

Seemingly Jermaine way behind what is going on in this case and what came out in Murray trial.
I so wish they were better informed when they go on public with their looney claims:doh:

It is sickening, but there is a hope for the kids as long as they remember what Michael told them repeatedly.

Obviously they don't even bother to keep their stories straight, as long as they are mentioned on tabloids, they are happy. Didn't Katherine say some interview (cannot remember where I read it) that Michael was doing too many concerts, but it was her that got the number of the concerts reduced (we thought it was DiLeo)?

Summary, according to their own words:Katherine thought MJ was working too hard, but according to siblings, he wasn't working hard enough if concerts were going to be increased to 100:doh:

Exactly that's what the case is about; Murray was in some "kind" of bus. relation with AEG, lack of concern from AEG towards Michael but Jermaine insinuates (at least that's what I understand from the video) that someone else had the intention to kill Michael. If that's what he's so sure, he should hired some p.i. and have the whole plot uncovered. How winning this case will mean justice, if the supossed killer(s) would end up free enjoying life? I just don't like the idea that in exchange for money Michael's life would be distorted once again.

I'm sure all the jackson lawyers have told the jacksons to zip it in the lead up to this aeg case, but maybe the cameras and the captive audience of this chat show was all too much for jerms and he just went off on his conspiracy theories, thinking that being in norway it wouldnt matter,idk? I really can't believe he would try playing the race card in relation to mj's death. Saying that 'they', presumably the white media, want everyone to believe that a black man killed a black man? So murray is suffering from racial victimisation?? They act as if that murray criminal trial was a load of nonsense and just a coverup. I'm just embarrassed by his ignorant foolishness. Agree with marebare, dread to think what he and latoya are filling the children's heads with.

I bet the family are making claims about the 100 shows to up the amount of compo they want from any win against AEG. look at all the money they would have made if AEG hadnt hired murray etc. i wouldnt put it past them swearing under oath that mj had agreed to the shows or fake docus.

jermaines race card comments is just plain embarassing. what a laughing stock they make themselves look like and how they insult mj every step of the way. If only the kids knew and told them to shut up

A little timeline info

Today (February 19) is the due date for AEG to file their response to Katherine's opposition to their summary judgment. We don't know if the document will be redacted and posted at the online system or if it'll be sealed and not available like Katherine's opposition. Online system can have up to 3 day delay to post it. So we will wait and see it in the next few days.

February 25 is the oral arguments. Unless the media reports it, we are unlikely to hear anything about it. After February 25th it's a waiting game to see how the judge will rule.

February 25th is also the day for the oral arguments for third party MJ's Estate's motion to seal Michael's medical records. Given the fact that no one (neither Katherine nor AEG) is opposing that request I would say that Judge will most probably seal them- which is good as Michael's medical records in this case dates back to 1984.

Why do they have medical records back to 84 Ivy. Is this something AEG requested it to see a pattern of drugs.
Good to see the family not objecting to the medical seal. Last year Randy was complaining that the estate was having things sealed to hurt mother's case.

It would be great if some of the California fans go to court and listen to the arguments.

Last thing we need to see on tabloids are Michael's medical record, so hopefully those are sealed for good.

Michael brought his children up well, hopefully they will have their heads screwed on right to see through those who would 'use' them. I wouldn't be surprised to see the judge dismiss this case - or am I completely wrong?
