Agreed!

Because if I'm not mistaken, Mother's law firm specializes in settlements. That, I believe, is their claim to "fame."

And the fact that they came up with that HUGE number so late in the game, leads me to believe that they are the ones who are running scared.

I'm sure they are also concerned with Mother being on that witness-stand. I mean, we all saw Mother during the "kidnapping" television interview, where Janet had to keep point to the NOTEBOOK, in order to keep Mother on script. Well there will be NO notebook on that witness-stand.

it will start in about 25 minutes. yes the judge will hear the arguments about media coverage. And call me crazy but I don't think jury selection will start today, I'm not sure if they even finalized their final jury questionnaire. So they could be working on that today.

Somebody posted another link where this woman was talking and she too said it is going to be spectacle by Hollywood standards :puke:

So sick of Jackson's trumpeting kids will be testifying. Wait until you see them appearing to court house, what they are wearing, how they speak and their over all look is well thought to appear to members of jury.
Katherine offers kids like sacrificed lambs to hungry media in order "feed" her cubs, never mind at what cost.
She already sacrificed one, few more doesn't make any difference to her.

Since Putnam has never spoke of that before, I "wonder" if that was some of the information which was gleaned from Prince's deposition. I had said earlier that Prince's deposition was stopped, not because AEG was being harsh, but because he was NOT helping his Grandmother's case. Might be true, might not be true, but it definitely makes sense.

On a side note, I can definitely see Michael throwing a few dollars in Murray's direction. I mean, the contract wasn't signed yet. Murray was not being paid officially yet. And Michael Jackson was just that type of guy, in my opinion, i.e. "here's a few dollars to hold you down, until everything becomes official."

Katherine and the kids are asking for more than $40 BILLION in damages.

It does seem that TMZ is AEG's mouthpiece. I don't know how any fan can support AEG after articles like this, I really don't. As far as I'm concerned neither side is better than the other, they both play dirty, they both use publicity (ie. tabloid media) to publicly trash Michael, and they both throw MJ under the bus. I don't even care who "wins" - the loser will be Michael eventually, no matter what.

TMZ was posting these "types" of drug stories way before Mother filed this lawsuit.

In my opinion, Mother's lawsuit just gave TMZ a reason to repeat and repost said stories.

Seeing as the family want cameras and i presume its only cnn asking then i guess there wont be none stop coverage just cnn airing any pro family testimony clips during news stories.fake family tears on the stand and ckips about the raving druggie. after the family claim they want cameras so everyone can see the truth!

90 day trial takes us to the middle of august! happy summer everyone!

If she has information that she thinks is vital to this case, then she needs to take it to proper authorities. Spouting a random sentence about what she "knows," makes her sound just like LaToya.

A person who will say ANYTHING in order to garner some attention for herself.

Damn this thing is gettin crazier by the minute. I don't have CNN and the other News channels.... took them off long ago. So I will read what is goin on from mostly here. And I'm glad too! I simply can't go through this B.S again! Feels like 05 all over again with the same talking heads! My heart breaks for Michael, I'm truly am disgusted by both sides!:puke: Their both playin dirty throwing everything on MJ!:angry: SMH

Put her personal feelings aside people. If she has something of value she should speak and let it be known. If she Dosen't like MJ that really dose not matter. The only thing that matters is the truth. AEG knew he was not right and if she can prove it she needs to be called. This trail will change concert tours forever.

Sorry, but in my opinion, she's no better than LaToya Jackson. Making claims on television. Talking about MYSTERY PEOPLE, who told her "stuff." Sound familiar?

That's what attention seekers do. They make a claim, but NEVER back it up. Aside from the fact, this lawsuit is not new. What took her so long to mention she has information.

If she had something important to say, something important to add, then why doesn't she repeat that information to the proper authority.

Oh and I believe T-Mez blew his cover. In the article posted in the "articles only" thread, he says:

"I think the issue is well founded by THE SIBLINGS and I think it's going to be a big issue for the plaintiffs."

Sounds like he "may" have taken a meeting with some of THE SIBLINGS before he hit the Piers Morgan stage. Just saying!

^^^ I wouldn't be surprised if he has spoken with Jacksons, especially Randy.
He participated David Gests documentary of MJ with family, he said Katherine wasn't granny-napped - "jackson family just don't do things like that", he said, he supported Cry babe Sullivan's book.

I still appreciate what he did 2005, but I'm growing a bit iffy what he has done lately.

Despite 'iffiness' on sullivan, for his sheer loyalty and respect to mj and general awesomeness in defending mj on the allegations to this day, i still bow down to tmez. :bow:
