I haven't read those two articles mentioned above, but how could anyone write things like that? I don't understand. These reporters are adults, and while they want to write nonsense about Michael, they are verbally harming three children. Why the kids" beloved family aren't denying those statements? Those reporters should be ashamed that they're putting food on their table by talking about three kids biological origins. Wish reporters have some guidelines on what to write about children.

I feel let down by the Jacksons and let down by AEG. Both seem to want to throw MJ under the bus for their own benefit. AEG to deny any part in his death and Katherine to get money to keep her Jeremy Kyle family happy. PPB have suffrered enough. Theu should have to face this chapter of their lives again to granny can prop up their uncles aunts and probably Joseph with more backhanders. I am sick and tired of all the vultures. I am started to think Debbie Rowe coming back into the picture would not be a bad idea.

The family started that whole issue immediatley after MJ's death, why do you expect them to deny the story they spread ?. I'm afraid the kids themselves have serious doubts now , can't blame them though . They must have heard and read the interviews given by their own family regarding their biological origins.

Probably they believe Katherine was indeed trying to protect them with the paternity motion. Poor kids

NOWAY these kids have doubts..THEY KNOW who they are and WHO their Daddy is...it is obvious that they ARE genetically Michaels children..and the one thing that gets irritating is when fans sit back and underestimate them. I am sure when they were little Michael told them that they were going to be hearing this their whole lives...I am sure he prepared them, The rest of the world is going to think what it is they think about the paternity of these kids...and tbh...WHO gives a damn?...The topic is old and played out now. The ONLY thing that matters at this point is that THE KIDS know for SURE...and that is that Michael is their FATHER in every single way he could be.

^ but we dont KNOW if he prepared them for that. I mean im sure he didnt want to hurt them by letting hear them what he might have told them they are about to hear the rest of their lives. THATS whats irritating to me really. I hope he did, I really hope he did and that he did warn them of certain people so they know. and sure the topic is old but it looks like they're bringing it back in the picture as usual, even if it wouldnt change a thing in the case.

I am sure the kids have no doubt. But some fans do. Michael's word your own common sense is not good enough for some. But I digress

^ I dont know if youre reffering to what i just said, but its not that im talking about them doubting whether theyre his children or not. Just about the fact that IF he did prepare them for whats happening atm.

The Jacksons don't defend Michael so I don't see them defending his children either. I wouldn't be surprised if Michael talked about something like this with them. He wanted his kids to be strong and confident in themselves and know who they are and where they came from. He knew one day that they would hear a lot of crap and craziness about him and them too when they got older. He had to know that. Prince and Paris defend themselves and their father so much better than the adults in their lives. They should take notes from them.

why would the family defend the kids over paternity. we have seen comments from the begining and supposed dna tests by randy. ppl such as marlon refusing to defend them when asked if they were mjs. the kids are resented cause as soon as they were born there went all the family millions

Does anyone remember how long they took to select the Muarry jury? I am trying to guess when the actual trial might begin.

It's a hearing to hear oral arguments. Judge also ordered the parties - Katherine and AEG- to file what they think about a broadcast by April 2nd.

It's anyone's guess how will the judge decide but given that there are minor plaintiffs / witnesses and medical information she might not allow broadcast - but you never know.

They got people to come to court on September 8 & 9 to fill out long questionnaires. Selected ones were called back in 2 weeks (september 23) and they were questioned and the jury was finalized. Opening statement was September 27.

So if Murray case is an example we are looking at 20 days. Of course it could be quicker or take more time.

I believe the kids have heard about it but I don't think they have doubts. I've heard Paris & Prince talking about their dad and when they do it, they do it with the assurance that other children have when talking about their parents.

The Jackson brought all this on to themselves & the children and it hurts me the children have to go through this and only for money so the cubs can live a life of luxury for which they never work

Because they're still kids, think about Blanket. There are kids who like to annoy other kids without realizing the damage they cause. Paris & Prince are teenager and probably they can handle this situation better than Blanket.

I do not like the Jacksons and still don't understand how Michael turned out to be different. It's funny when the press were talking about the cubs kidnapping granny, they made sure she made an statment denying it, why can't they do the same now for the sake of the children?

You know I just thought of something, maybe these will open the kids eyes.

The jury is out on that one whether Mike is Jackson at all.
I have seriously started to think Mike was moon man who fell on earth, Katherine found him and took him to be used and abused by Jacksons.

^^ I have serious thoughts that Michael was switched at the hospital or adopted. Instead of worrying about PPB dna, the media and the Jacksons (Randy in particular) should question MJ's dna.

I'm sure minors won't appear on TV, even if cameras will be allowed. Most of the time courts don't force children on the witness stand in the court room, but take testimony in a different room, etc.

That was my first question too when I heard it, and didn't she say NO 2 times already? I really do not understand this judge. Shouldn't she hold the hearing first and then say NO. Why say NO, then hold the hearing after? Since DD is now involved in this case, it is best to have no cameras in court.

This judge has a soft spot for elderly Katherine, so it is good that a jury will render the verdict.

The judge has denied the media request on the spot for all of the media requests. She got a 52 page motion making a case about why the media coverage should be allowed and asking her to hear oral arguments. For the first time the media raised 1/14th amendment rights.

Due to the new motion and given the fact that she denied all requests with no explanation and no hearing, she's going to hold a hearing and hear from everyone else.
