So when did Murray call his girlfriend Sade according to her? At 10:30 or 12:30?

She probably doesn't want to meet Girlfriend nr 2546 and Girlfriend 6754 who are testifying today also (i think I read that there's another girlfriend testifying between Sade and Nicole).
The person who scheduled the testimonies has a sense of humour ....

Milka, that timeline was later said to be false according to Chernoff. He said this is the police's timeline not his clients. He said Murray has not officially submitted a timing for events. So we don't know at this time what the Defense will say will be the timing for when events occurred.

Murray's GF Describes Deliveries, No Mention of Propofol

Dr. Conrad Murray's baby mama, Nicole Alvarez, testified today about multiple packages Murray had sent to her Los Angeles apartment between April and June 2009.

Although the contents of the packages were not mentioned, TMZ first reported back in October 2009 ... those packages were shipped from Murray pharmacy in Las Vaegas and contained Propofol.

Alvarez was also one of the people that received a phone call from Dr. Murray on the day Jackson died -- but the prosecution did not question her about the call. Murray's team declined to cross-examine.

Murray's lawyer, Edward Chernoff, released a statement on Monday calling much of the information in a search warrant affidavit "theory" and denying that his client gave police the timeline contained in the document.

"Much of what was in the search warrant affidavit is factual," Chernoff said in the statement. "However, unfortunately, much is police theory. Most egregiously, the timeline reported by law enforcement was not obtained through interviews with Dr. Murray, as was implied by the affidavit."

So as of now, we don't know what time the defense will say Murray gave what drugs.

12.30pm (Her time in Houston) but Houston is 2 hours ahead of LA so it would have been 10.30am in LA

I would imagine she didn't really know the time he rang & was just guessing.

That's what they need to do IMO. Everybody Murray talked to that day needs to be checked out. If they weren't investigated before, why not? They are making things more complicated then need be now creating all this confusion. There's no good reason for this.

True.If they can trace all his phone records and even check his PC records and also cjeck the records of the people that he was in contact with from the time he started being Mike's Doctor till he stopped using the Phones and PC, It would help a great deal to bring this case to a head.This case doesn't look good for this guy.I know The Defense has to have a say but to me Dr.Conrad Murray has already been found guilty by not only us fans but The World based on the testimony being heard for the DA's case:mello:.

I think they called her uncooperative?

if you are get a subpoena you are required to take the stand and testify, you can be uncooperative by answering "don't know don't remember"
 
On the Trials & Tribulations site it shows that just before Sade Andling was called to stand there was mention of her & her call when the previous witness, the detective, is being questioned by Chernoff..

According to the notes of Trial & Tribulations Sade testified it was 12:30AM her time (Texas), which is 10:30AM LA time.

However the phone records don't show a call at this time.. they show it occurred at 11:51AM LA time.

Looks like she is just as spacy as Murray ... "I don't know the address, I don't know the time, oh and what was my name again? Am I a boy or a girl?"

P.S. His "real" girlfriend is 29? That guy is discriminating, doesn't date anyone over 30. I'm 40 and like him even less now.

she can be confused about time - quite normal.

people -unless they specifically look to the time - will have hard time remembering time and will give approximate times such as after breakfast, in the afternoon, after the night news etc.

you are getting the timelines mixed up. murrays first statement to the police said he gave the dip at approx 10.40 and after 10 mins saw mj not breathing. the quote from chernoff is dening that statement. because that means he didnt call 911 for an hour and a half. then then changed the timeline to 11.30 instead of 10.30

So as of now, we don't know what time the defense will say Murray gave what drugs.

murray gave the police a detailed timeline of when he gave everything in that same interview

I think if that woman was telling the truth, then everything become very clear now.

If there was someone coughing and it was not Murray as this woman said, then it was MJ. If Murray injected MJ and left the room and came minutes later as some believe , MJ would not be coughing he would be already dead , that's what sceine says.

If indeed MJ was coughing , then it's a very incriminating testimony to Murray. If the prosecution proved MJ died of a bolus injection, then he died during that call. They would be able to prove he showed disregard to human life by holding a phone with one hand and injecting rapidly to keep MJ sleep so he could continue his conversation with his mistress. HOW MORE DAMAGING CAN IT GET ?

They will be able to prove calling 911 immediatley would have made a huge difference.

Think, this explains the perimortem abraisons,the blood concentration that's consistent with death within one minute of rapid injection .this explains why Murray did not hide the drugs before Alvarze came. It frankly explains everything.

Well, if Chernoff says so ... I have to go back to yesterday's thread, someone posted some link to the police interview or something, have to look at that now.

porblem is theres no phone records of it taking place. and everythng shes said goes with the 11.51 call including the 2 txt messages she sent when he hung up which were at 12.03 and 04 approx

I was refering to the timeline given in the post.

But a question, when did he release a timeline stating it was 11:30? I'm just lost and I thought I understood this part.

not only i was thinking that but she is wrong about 1 hour 21 min.. thats a long time..

also would the first timeline being short after the death of michael be more accurad because of the memory of a human being being better than then now?

Has the content of these phonecalls (and texted messages) been recovered by prosecution?
Alvarez could easily be lying as she doesn't want to loose whatever child support she is entitled to.
 
Erin is saying that the prosecution rested and the defense is going to present their witnesses now. I didn't expect that.

I think she just got the time wrong the phone record states the call was at 11:51 Cali time that would be 1:51 TX time.

Yeah, I think she was interviewed a week or two later. Try to remember what time you got called by someone two weeks ago.

oh, dear. those TMZ folks always pretending they know so much in advance. why aren't they taken to testify and tell us what happened to MJ once and for all? Agggg :angry:
