Oh my goodness it was an excuse to get back the house and get his medical bag with Propofol in it. He was using the cream as a reason to go back to the house. Do you seriously think he wanted to go back and get skin cream for a disease Michael already spoke about and everyone with a brain knew he had?
 
oh ok i thought even katherine said michael did something about it on oprah so i asumed it was ok the creams i mean..

and i dont believe murray was thinging of michael legacy when he just died right? then you have other concernS????
 
I'm curious if they ever found out where the propofol came from and how many bottles were sent to Murray...

And was that bag that the bodyguard is talking about ever found?

everyone didnt know anything. i also said earlier that they found multiples of propofol and skin cream at his house, they also found his car so it seems that he didnt go back to mjs house at all. i winder if he will take the stand if this goes to trial.

and now you call him "stupid" when you spent months basing your whole conspiracy theory around the fact that a doctor like Murray could't be that stupid he must have been hired to do that.

This. So, Lee said that he needed to go to the ER and...then what? Did Michael tell Murray? Did he tell security? Did Murray refuse? Did he tell him he was fine?

I want to hear from the people who were in that house with him night and day - BGs, Kai, Nanny?, the children... (tho not on the stand. In writing or a videotaped deposition, etc.)

thanks. well once again crappy media reports. very importnat news from court tv yet no one else has reported it or has reported contridictary info. be nice to know what is really going on in there

Everyone knows Mike used Benoquin. It's a skin cream for vitiligo sufferers. Mike had vitiligo confirmed by the autopsy report.

Why it is so obvious for you? Have you been there? Murray could talk just about vitiligo cream. That way he is just being stupid asking from bodyguard to bring him back. It is not only one exit. It is always TWO.

Yes, Katherine is going to help Murray too, because she wants real justice, not FAKE.
 
funny, the vilitigo cream is the common treatment for this disease, it's not invented for Michael Jackson. it only proved Michael was struggle with vitiligo. Murray's excuse is so lame.

Funny how everyone seems to be the vitiligo expert nowadays and the skin bleaching cream is now "normal" when I think most fans would've flipped before MJ died and his cream stash was found, when anyone would've said MJ bleached his skin.

Reminds me of that Captain Hindsight ep.

It's about Murray and his actions. His behaviour and actions were odd and questionable. He didn't even do CPR right. He left Michael alone and waited a long time to call 911.

but EVERYONE..... NOPE. i know what was confirmed by the autopsy report. i didnt say anything about that. i was referring to what the poster said about "everyone" knowing something, which is not true

don't speak for most fans. Michael told people about vitiligo in 1993, those who took the time to do the research knew about the vitiligo treatment. using this cream is normal for vitiligo patients.

anyway, this thread is not about Michael's skin disorder, it's about his murder trial.
 
What does the prosecution have to prove if it goes to trial?
That Murray acted recklessly by giving MJ propofol at his house, or that Murray caused MJ to die because of his actions?

If they only need to prove using propofol it should be relatively easy. If they have to prove propofol caused MJ to die and Murray gave MJ the propofol, I could be harder, as the defense will claim that MJ could've given himself an extra dose --> reasonable doubt.

Michael made it known to the world during the Oprah interview that he had vitiligo. It had become a known thing, when in regards to Michael Jackson, so therefore, how would it make sense that Murray went back for the cream, because Michael "didn't want the world to know", when he already made it known himself, in '93?

Sorry, but you can't just bend facts, and the testimony of the artist themselves to benefit this conspiracy theory of yours.
 
I have read every single post in here.
It will be messy. Not to mention the trial when it gets to it.
I believe we will hear a lot of stuff we never wanted to hear. God forbid some evidence or photographs. As I see it..Kenny changed his tune. He was always saying Michael was super-fine. This is the first time I hear him say Michael was not himself.
Kenny also said before that Michael"s death was TOTALY UNNECESSARY. What did he mean by that...I don"t know till this day.

Oh, Michael......:( :( :(

This really is a nightmare. And it has barely started.
