Randy also said it was being released before xmas, several reports have indicated this, i think Sony Germany have just got it wrong

Quick ques would a blue ray movie still work on a normal dvd player (but not be so good quality)?

Nope you cannot play a Blu Ray disc on a dvd player.Just buy the DVD!

so? Sill looks fanmade to me. It's obvious the dvd cover will be just like the movie poster anyway. They always are. And the person who made it didn't even bother to put the certification symbol on the front or side, which you get on every dvd. A better image will be on the official site soon enough anyway. We knew as soon as the movie poster was leaked what the dvd cover would look like, lmao. So in a sense this is old news.

So? So they are usually right about this stuff, and yeah that's a valid point here. IMDB know a lot about falsified home release covers than you I'm sure. The quality is high-res, and for international purposes, of course there isn't a cert on it. I wouldn't call this old news, and if anything, it could spur Sony to release the real cover for clarification purposes to consumers, if it isn't legit.

Im mad that I dont have a blu ray player. simply cant afford it. If I get the dvd Im gon have to get a blu ray when I get one. but I rather buy blu ray when it comes out.

i think this will be my first blu ray purchase! i dont evne have a blur ray player OR hd tv but i think mj is gonna do it :lol:

i just cant believe this! for sooooo loooong i have been waiting for new mj footage and FINALLY! im so happy that this was filmed..i have wanted to see the master at wrk at his best and latest! jesus i cant wait :)

Anyone know if the Bluray and DVD will be identical? We dont have a bluray player and i dont want to miss out on anything.

Fans are funny. One time they'll say "oh, they're releasing all those versions just for money!! Next year we'll have another different version, those money suckers!"

That's because of Sony releasing old material like 10 times over. In this case the material is all new so they can release one normal and one special edition :cheeky:

Sony PS3 will have significant boost in sales of their console, fans buying it because of Michael in Bluray... haha
