That would rule out June 24th as the day of the tense exchange, but Prince said today he was unclear on which day the exchange happened.

you can see 1 car at 00.47 (relatively small car , not Michael )
another car at 00.50 (another relatively small car)
2 bigger cars at 00.58
1 car leaving at 1.06 (relatively small too)

So if Prince was still up when the 1st car arrived, it could match. It would mean RP & Murray met at the house after the rehearsal.

it will be clearer with the transcripts, because Prince said he saw 2 RP/Murray incidents.

Ya weird. That's when RP came over and told Murray to pull the plug and gave him a bag of cash. Just saying we will never know the whole truth. But that might not be far off. He knew about the propofol. He new MJ was is no shape to pull this off. 2 weeks before the opening getting ready to ship the equipment overseas. Murder!

So did he say he talked to Michael on the phone and it was the last time he talked to him?

Yes, but in cross Putnam played his depostion where he said it otherwise and Prince admits he may be wrong with the date so that Phillips wasn`t on June 24th in the house.
 
Reading the tweets from yesterday actually renewed my anger (not that it went very far) at Conrad Murray, who btw will be a free man soon, what kind of person calls a child to witness that vision in that bedroom. Caring profession my a*se.

All this talk about AEG and their responsibility lets not forget that Murray was the one who threw his medial ethics out the window every time he treated Michael. I admit, I am in a bad mood so please excuse me but with the accusations thrown at AEG the words keep playing in my head 'poor conrad murray' - he must be loving this.

Yes, and I wouldn't put it past Putnam to have voluntarily created the confusion between the 2 incidents, yesterday when Prince was on the stand. Let's wait for the transcripts, and that depo clip to become public before we draw conclusions.

Or maybe we need to be nervous for phillips who hasn't mentioned being at carolwood with murray without mj there.

June 16 Michael was visiting Klein and the testimony we already heard makes it sound like the other people were already in the house when Michael came from Klein and looked not focused and they were told by MAW that he came from Klein.

Also Prince said he called Michael saying people at the house , Michael says "offer them snacks and drinks". That seems like Michael wasn't disturbed with them being at the house, it doesn't seem like it was an unannounced stop by the house or people hanging there when Michael was away. Michael could have been expecting them and/or he could be on his way to home from Klein and he could have said to Prince "offer them snacks and drinks" until he comes back.

It's hard to tell from media tweets but it does seem from them that prince is saying randy wd call at the house when mj wasn't there, not early for a meeting or something like that. Also it seems (again cd just be misleading tweets) that at one of these meetings without mj, thome was with philllips and as we know from other testimony (paris?), thome only appears in the last few days before 25th and he wasn't present at either of the 16/20th meetings.

I'm a bit confused here. If Randy Phillips was at the Carolwood house on the 24th, based on the cameras, when did he arrive and when did he leave? Before the trial, I think I remember reading that Prince said RP came to the house or was in the house on the 24th, and I don't know exactly what time MJ really died, did RP leave the Carolwood house before or after MJ died? I have a frightening scenario in my mind of MJ being hooked up to propofol and awake and RP standing right there and threatening MJ..such as, either perform or die. I'm sure something like that couldn't be the case, could it?

Was he asked about it when he was on the stand? And as Ivy pointed out if there was a meeting at the house and Michael was not there but told Prince to offer food and drink clearly it was no big deal to Michael.
 
I don't know about that because MJ was always so polite and gracious. Maybe it was a big deal to MJ but he didn't want to alarm Prince.
 
It seems like Prince got the dates wrong about when this happend. I mean it was four years ago

Phillips was on the stand for days and days and days being asked about what he was up to with murray and mj, so i would have thought he would have been given the opportunity to mention it, or maybe he just forgot about these meetings. It's not only prince who hasn't a photographic memory, alot of aeg personnel too seem to have quite marked memory lapses.

phillips said he was at Staples when Michael left - assuming witnesses & security camera footage to that - do you really think he left and arrived to Carolwood quicker than Michael, Prince was awake, called Michael, offered them salsa, snacks and drinks , seen the exchange and went to bed, before Michael came home so he did not see Michael?

That seems to be a stretch IMO.

It's normal. I can tell you from experience / knowledge that after 6 months it is almost impossible for people to tell the exact dates of the events. They can only remember the events based on landmark events . such as imagine you had a meeting 3 weeks ago , when asked soon after you can tell the date, if you are asked 6 months later you can only give a timeline of "it was summer and I think it was before independence day" and so on.

Assuming these meetings happened in June , especially in the last 10 or so days before Michael's death, it's absolutely normal to mix the dates. by now probably a day before and a week before is probably all blurred together into one.

She felt mj was self sabotaging, ie getting himself frailer and frailer and thinner and thinner, just so he cd get out of his commitments? and was getting fans to be his witnesses to this process for presumably some upcoming lawsuit with aeg? She seemed to be portraying mj like he was some conartist, conning aeg to pay for a nice bev hills pad for a few months on the understanding he wd perform some shows, and then split at the last minute. At least she admitted in speculation that he might be paralysed with fear - for someone who had been with him during the allegations and the 05 trial, her lack of empathy and sympathy for mj's state of mind is staggering.

I wonder what frank had under control and figured out in relation to mj in turning around 2 months of deterioration into being ready for opening night for a 3times a week all singing all dancing 2hr show in 3wks time.

The problem is that MJ had developed a history of renegading on contracts. today he'll sign and promise something only to want out of it the next day or when d-day gets close. look at his lawsuits 70% of them relate to breach of contract.

Yes and I think the landmark is the last conservation with his father and it confussed me that he gives diffrent statements about this.

What contracts were you thinking of? I can only really think of the millennium concerts with avram someone, don't know much about that lawsuit. The allgood lawsuit and the jackson family honours lawsuit were affairs his family had dragged mj into. The bahrain lawsuit showed that there was no enforceable contract and mj seemed to have had the wool pulled over his eyes as to what was expected of him - the negotiations were being conducted as mj faced his 05 trial. Raymone baine lawsuit was just baine being sore she wasn't getting the managment cut for tii after holdling a couple of meetings with aeg.

I was puzzled by what karen was referring to when she said she had seen mj self=destruct before. I wonder if she meant the msg performance in 01 and the 95 new york perf which was cancelled - didn't it alert her to the fact that after performing in public as a consummate professional since he was 7yrs old, mj might be having issues doing public performances after the trauma of the allegations, not because he was some feckless dilettante.
