Just spoken to the Book People (Times Books) AGAIN!

They were very helpful this time. They ARE receiving shipment today. Its already been picked up by their courier today and is on its way to be delivered to them now (as they are based in Cornwall). They understand that we want them in time for Christmas so they said they are working hard to make sure we recieve before the middle of next week!

There was a delay with the boat that was coming from Germany?

That's the update - whether I believe them or not is another thing. I will email my contact again later on to see if they have got them!

Man I am on pins and needles waiting for my Opus.. I ordered mine back in September so I would assume I will get mine b4 Xmas.. This is a Xmas gift to myself and probably the only one I will get, so damn it needs to arrive soon..

I received an email today that my Opus is being sent to me through FedEx. Can anyone tell me this; have you guys paid for the Opus when you ordered it? I can't remember if I did and ticketmaster is not very helpful as I can't open my order on that site.

opus can't now say they are sending 1 glove. there were two in the pictures for goodness sake!! they think they are so clever 'oh it's in memory of michael' yeah right. imagine how much money they will save just having to send half the amount of gloves than they intended. and don't get me started on the reality card. man i am never going to preorder anything again, been waiting over 4 months.

I've contacted everyone. Opus say contact FedEx. FedEx say contact the shipper. Shipper says contact your courier. Of course they would have to make a balls of this for us at Christmas...

No offence, but I can't believe what I am reading here.. people whining over some freaking glove! Oh for God's sake.. go and buy the other one if you must have 2 while reading the Opus (i.e. it's impossible for you to turn pages with one hand). As far as I know they are just simple cotton gloves, so they can't be that expensive and won't knock over your budget.

It's the fact that gloves are provided with all opuses for a clear reason - to keep pages mint. Just sending out one single glove just because it was MJs trademark is just daft if you ask me.

Have you seen the size of the opus? It would be very difficult to flick through that book with only one hand

Here around I found fans offering to copy MJ's cd's ... not in this forum, nooo, at a local MJ FB club page. I was told it was because of the money, but c'mon. It's Michael!! Yes. I was looking through the Opus last night and it is very difficult to turn the pages with one hand. At first I didn't really care that it only came with one glove, but as I continued to clumsily turn the pages of the book with one hand, my frustration level started to rise.

No tracking number for me either...But, you know, a lot of people have received their Opus with no tracking number...I wouldn't be suprised if we don't get one either...But, either way, it's a reassurance to actually get the number...I got an email the other day from Ticketmaster (who have been extremely helpful, suprisingly)..And they said that FedEx will be delivering to Canadian addresses and that we should be getting number from the courier...This was back on Dec 10th that I got this email..nothing yet...I better get my opus today! or at least before Christmas!
