Question about your Opus Reality membership?

Each owner of the Official Michael Jackson Opus will receive an electronic Opus Reality™ membership card with a unique code that will give you access to a special area of the website. Once logged in you will be able to download and print off a special card that, when held up to a webcam, will reveal interactive footage in an amazing 3D visual experience. This feature will be updated exclusively for Official Michael Jackson Opus owners.

Owners of the Opus will be contacted in January, giving you full details on how to access Opus Reality™ along with your individual membership code.

Is the white glove shown on the website just for show?

No, each copy of the Official Michael Jackson Opus will include a white glove which should be worn whilst viewing your copy to help maintain its mint condition.

We took the decision to include just one white glove purely as a further tribute to Michael Jackson. The single white glove is an iconic and defining symbol of the man and his extraordinary career and we thought it only fitting that we recognised by including just one glove with your Opus.

This waiting is killing me. There was a fedEx truck in from of my huse today and I was like OMG! but it was a package for our neighbor :-(((

I didn't order The Official Michael Jackson Opus from The Times, I ordered it over the telephone from Opus in September and then received a conformation email informing me that I would receive the book in December. A couple of weeks ago I wondered why no money had been taken from my account. I phoned Opus and was told their was no record of my name and number.

So now I am having to send them a Check, and I'll wait until after Christmas so it doesn't get lost in the post. I think the whole ordering of the The Official Michael Jackson Opus is very unprofessional with them not keep a record of the pre-orders.
 
Here's my going to bed hope; FedEx decided to hold off on sending ordering codes to those in the UK and Ireland because it should arrive sooner than elsewhere in Europe anyway.... Here's hoping :pray:

Some Countries are receiving the Opus by DHL and some by Fedex. In Canada, you should be receiving your Opus by Fedex. We have also been informed you will receive an email in regard to the delivery from the Courier.

Ya, I got that same email last week....I should hopefully be getting a tracking number soon from Fed Ex...I just want it before Christmas!

Fed Ex Lady: The shipper is the only one allowed to change the address on the order. It says it came from CA.

Me: Well, I ordered this from the UK and I don't know where all it went after that.

Lady: Is this for a company?

Me: No, it's a Michael Jackson book.

Lady:...It's 31 lbs...

Me: It's an Opus, it's a collector's item with pictures and stories and drawings and media and stuff.

Lady: Ohhhh, so you're a Michael Jackson fan...

Me: Oh yeah. Understatement.

Lady: (laughs) Hmm, well, I'll put the request through and see what they say.

I rang Kracken last night. The woman said there was a delay due to bad weather & that she would email me to let me know what's happening. so hope there is a email in my inbox in the morning.
 
:( I starting to think I will never get my Opus.. I haven't received any email with the tracking number or the shipping day.

anyone from Asia/ Middle East got the book? or at least email with the delivery date?
 
so many people have the Opus now, and we've been begging and begging to post written tributes. but no one is posting :cry::cry::cry::cry:

Vale - no we won't get charged until dispatch which should be today! I will be chasing them up today. I think we all should who ordered from there!
