I still haven't got my code and i've e-mail Andy.
He replied pretty fast and told me i would receive my code next week.So for those who haven't got the code yet just email them.

You're lucky! I've also emailed them about three times about this code and haven't heard from them at all. I don't really understand why that is!

Have you tried all these mail addresses sophiemj posted?
i've emailed to all of them lol (i've emailed to another address and they never replied me)
I got their replies very quickly. I also sent my address to them and they told me they would send me the card

I ordered mine through Amazon in early January (because I wanted to get it from a US seller and they had a nice price). Amazon emailed me last month saying that they are having difficulty in getting the book - apparently Kraken are not sending books to them either. Anyway I opted to keep my order and let Amazon try to get the book. I figured they will have a better chance of getting the book from Kraken. I just hope that Amazon doesn't give up and cancel the orders.

I called them some 4 times and I decided stop doing so, for long distance call are quite expensive and I was sick of wasting my money in this company. No answer to our email. Disgusting :puke:

I have my book but no Reality Card..

Thanks Agnes! I just tried them the other day but no reply. I will try again though!
I take everything they say with a pinch of salt because so far they have not followed through with anything!

i got my card and also a PAIR of gloves .lol i paid for them so i got em!!!!! we had to call, they were very helpful and told us to email them our address so anyone looking for another email address to try could use this : dipesh@krakengroup.com

yes I exactly WAS in same situation for four months!!:doh:, even I did change my shipping address from Dubai to Sweden, because they had some logestical issues with shipments
to Middleeast, so I decided to change my shipihng address to Euroupe(Sweden) ,and finally 3 days ago I got tracking code...
I hopw u will get yours too...
 
i cant read through the posts since i last posted in here but am i missing something? Are we meant to get some type of cards with our Opus? i received my Opus through "Times" on christmas eve i think or maybe the 23rd. anyway all i remember seeing is the white glove and the book. i'll have to have another look but i'm pretty sure there was no card. Who do i call about getting one?
 
I'm still waiting for mine. In December I found out Opus never processed my pre-order and had no record of it. Then I made a new order, and waited and waited. Then in late January I was told I should receive it before 12 Feb. I never received it, than I complained last week, and was told I should receive it no later than 11 March, and I still didn't receive it. I made another complaint, and I was told it's out of Opus's control and it has to do with FedEx. I asked Opus for a FedEx tracking number or details to contact them, and they didn't give me them.

OMG!!!!!! They have to send the tracking code? lol! :doh: :bugeyed I have not received. :( I can not change my address. -_- I live in Brazil. lol! :wild:

OMG, I still haven't received mine. Dunno if it will be on the way when this Christmas comes.
 
I received new tracking codes today. It's like deja vu. The status is "initiated". Again.
 
I just sent an email to the above email address and got a response within 10minutes
