Yes, none of us has received the card and, according to Kraken, none will, since they decided they will send NO cards, but only codes which we will be able to use one they have the website with that "very special technology". Most of us have the codes, but LOL.... the site is not done :mello:

They keep playing with us time after time.

Seriously? Codes? Codes for what... to watch videos or something? I thought the card was meant to be the 'special technology' as it enabled us to have some sort of digital interaction with the book?
I don't think I've received a code, better check through my emails again... not that it really matters if there's no website though! lol!

Yes, you are right. It was meant to be a card, a real card. By mid January (or early February, don't really remember) they send a massive email saying they had done "serious research" to find out the card was not a good idea, so the codes would be better. Sure, as soon as they have the site to use the codes/cards/papers/fingerprints or whatever they will want us to use.

Seriously, I like my book very much and I can do without the "so very ultra mega maxi PRO exclusive online experience". But they sold us that. We didn't ask for it!!! So... what's this? :doh:
 
I'm pretty certain they're not going to send out cards... they're emailing codes instead. If you haven't received one you should contact them. I didn't get mine until I asked for it.

I got my Opus just before Christmas but I've been waiting for a replacement as mine is faulty. They told me that once they'd sent out all the original orders they'd deal with returns so I guess they're still not done! It's ridiculous.
 
Gosh it's crazy how this process has been. I am too scared to order an Opus!
I really hope everyone get's their book soon. I can't believe how long it's been and what's worse is they don't tell anyone what the heck is going on!! People would be a lot more understanding and patient if they were communicating with the public who bought their product!
 
You guys remember they said if the book wont arrive till december, everybody gets a gift , like a painting or a drawing? I got the book in february but nothing else, just the book!
I keep thinking they make fun of us- and we certainly dont desrve it!!!!

Can someone send me a Direct Message of where to find the Opus Discount Code on my This Is It DVD? I can't go through 239 pages on this thread, and I searched for "This Is It Opus" and came up with nothing.

I was on the phone today to Opus, they have cards and will send me out one.

I asked then about the special print that was to be sent out, we'll have them in about two weeks.I was informed artist is still working on it and have thousands to print out and post.

I also asked about site for video footage for card and told again it would be about two weeks before we see that.

I'd make two weeks two years. What about you? LOL!

I received my reality card but to be honest it is just a print on a postcard.The corners of it were all bent.I hadn't received a code so again I emailed them and they sent me one but seeing as the website is still coming soon it seems to be a complete waste of time.
So I now have my book,my reality card and code but STILL can't access the extra material!
 
Interesting...so now we have to go through it all again with the cards...
 
yes, email all of them. Karl is the boss, as far as I know. Lara works part time. Andy is hiding from us in meetings.

Don't understand what is taking them so long. What's the point of the preorder if you end up getting your book after everybody else?

No, nothing about it. Back in a day I herd from them that the Opuses for Israel and other Middle Eastern countries, will be sent with documents, because they planned to resend them. But, no Opus so far. I already asked for a refund, gave them my bank details. For everyone, who will recieve their Opuses in future, good luck to you, I hope you'll be happy with it. But I don't need it anymore. Let's see now, how long will it take them to refund me.

I think I'll also ask a refund. I feel like my money is wasted for nothing..

I did that last friday, a week before that, I talked to a different woman, who said that she doesn't have our books, and it's not her fault that the Opuses do not arrive, yet she's the one who gets yelled at. She said than that if I won't recieve my Opus by the end of the week, I am free to call her and ask for a refund, which was what I did.
Lara asked me for my bank details, which I emailed her.
She said the refund usually takes 7-14 days.
So now I'm in wait.

I don't know, may be you guys will recieve the Opus for real next week as they said. If you will I'm happy for you. But I don't care for it anymore and not interested in it at all. Michael is gone now anyway, and it is not as fun as it was suppoused to be, when he was alive.

I will call them soon. You're so right..I don't want the book anymore. I'm so disgusted with their service (the worst I've ever seen). What a disgrace.

Yeah... and I bet we won't have it till July! I am so tired about all this! They promissed so many things and we've got almost nothing... cards, gloves, the extra rare print for the delay, the extra rare pics in the book and others...:mello:
 
I think Kranke Opus is just waiting for us to calm down and just forget about our cards, prints and even about the book itself, in some cases.

I was just about to call when the I finally found out the book was in Chile. But they never told me so! I love my book, but there's also a thing called RESPECT and they show NO respect to customers, especially to those living "in outer space", since it gave me the impression that Chile, Greece, Russia and Isreal are just that, planets on outer space.

I am very sorry to know you had to do so, but I think you did great and geeeez, it takes courage. :clapping::clapping: I honestly think if we as fans had more of that courage you showed, certain companies will not dare to play with us the way they do :mello:

Oooh.. yea welll... can you believe that I was on the phone with them every single week, since about late December? And every week I got the same answer. And just a week ago asked for a refund, should of done this long ago. :doh:
