'Official Michael Jackson Opus' (All Threads Merged)

I was told on Friday last week (after I contacted them AGAIN by email) that the reality cards were going to be dispatched over the weekend and that I would receive it by Monday at the latest (yesterday!).Still not received it.

They told me that I would get the actual card as this is what I asked for right from the start so this is what I am told I will get, When I don't know!

I can't believe that some of you still haven't received your books and here's me complaining about not getting the reality card :(
 
I am still waiting for the book. They sent me an email at the beginning of February saying my book would be delivered by February 12. Then on February 11 I received another email saying there were further delays but they would dispatch the book within 7 days. Well, 7 days are long gone, and the book is not here. I emailed them on Sunday but so far, haven't even received any reply.
 
What is that card you are talking about?

I recieved the book a long time ago, but I haven't got a card.
 
OMG PCR I can't believe there're still no news about your Opus, this is so ridiculous!!!

Forgive me if this has been covered elsewhere in this thread but I haven't been able to find it!

Has anyone received more than one copy of an Opus in error? In particular a second copy direct from Opus?

I have contacted them about returning a duplicate I received and they are making me regret my decision to be honest and tell them, the way they are behaving!

I remember someone receiving an extra copy by mistake but I can't remember who.They rang Opus and Opus let them keep the extra copy at no extra cost.

interesting... so will everyone receive a card? or only those that ask? opus are completely useless imo
 
I forgot about the card...wonder when we'll receive it???

I was told this (by Opus) about the reality card...

"On the Reality Card side of things, after conducting much market
research we have decided to go with the codes rather than the cards due
to fraudulent risk with postage etc. When the site goes live in a
couple of weeks you will be able to follow the instructions and download
the Reality experience using your unique code. Please let me know if
you have not received your code and I will generate one immediately for
you."

Calling ALL MJ fans who ordered MJ Opus!

OK FOLKS-- IT'S EMAIL TIME!
The fans who are still waiting for their Opuses (Opi) are being told there is another 2-3 WEEK wait for their orders. These are the people who PREordered just like you. Now I need your help!!

I have gathered all the details, and it has a disclaimer in there this is only partial documentation. (Cause it really is). The above addresses are for Opus UK. I need you to post this on your forums-- and ask EVERYONE to send at least one email a DAY to the addresses. We need EVERYONE to do this.


For those of you who have your Opus, please realize you are still missing part of your order (OR card) and you may need help with that. So, right now please raise your voice with ours--as one.

And yes! I should go on vacations againg and the Opus will be still stuck somewhere... somewhere... where???? Andy told my last week our books were already in Chile and that I will receive mine by Friday... it's the 24th already, this is insane and, most of rude. I am not used to receive this kind of treatment. Who would be? -_-

They're ripping of the fans. If you want you can check with london chamber of commerce, they will be glad to assiste you and check things at Kraken or write them directly asking to be refunded cancelling your order.

This is torture, and it should be illegal.
 
Um someone talking about Kraken sending two by mistake? Yeah that was to me (Ireland). I ordered mine in August and got it the day after St. Stephens' Day then a few days later, another one arrived on my door-step! I was only charged once for the Opus and I felt annoyed at not getting it before Christmas as promised, but knew that so many fans weren't getting theirs and it wouldn't be fair to keep the second one. So I rang, at first they were so unhelpful, then they rang me back three days later saying there must have been a mix up and two days after that, a van came and picked up the extra one! Lucky I kept it safe beside my opened one :)

Seriously though, I'd be so damn pissed off - You were promised this months ago, WTF is going on?!

I got mine from the Times store and I haven't heard anything about the reality card and I never will.
The store didn't request my email address or phone number, so they are not able to contact me in any way. So annoying.

I ordered mine from the times as well and I haven't received my opus reality info/card either. Sent them an email yesterday asking about it!

yes, i did.
at first, i placed my order with banner&noble 5 days before Xmas 09 and had to wait for it till about 16th of Jan 2010; then, they sent me an email to apologize and ask if they could delay my OPUS to some other time. I was exhausted due to long waiting already, so i canceled order with B&B and bought the OPUS from michaeljackson.com (about $10 more compared to B&B). Beyond my expectation, the OPUS was delivered 2 days after. But, there was no card at all. I asked them, but no reply.

Instead of my house, it was sent to my office. My company is still officially close for Summer break, but I arrived a week before to save one week for Winter. I spent the day almost going nuts trying to find where they had sent the book and got nothing. Before leaving the office, I asked one of the security guards at the entrance of the building if they had received any package and he said, "Yeah, the big parcel? Sure, it arrived this morning but as we found no one at your office, we stored here"... And "here" was an office that was alreday... close.

So go figure it: I don't have my book yet.
