What about us? I want mine limited edition print I preordered but received it later in january. This is beyond ridiculous No Glove No reality card for some of us still no book :doh:
 
Hi everybody

I don't really know what to think, I ordered my Opus on 26/9 right when it was made available and they said they would send it before Christmas, but that was two months ago and I still didn't get it. I'm from Israel and I know that's kind of far but I ordered things before from much more distant places than the U.K and had no problems getting them. I just got something I ordered off of ebay from thailand and it came in two weeks so I don't understand why it is taking them so long.

Does anybody have any clue as to what is going on, did most of you who pre ordered their opus get it already? Is it the same thing like it was waiting for the tickets to arrive? I really don't get it :(
 
omg...you guys...i feel for you...i really, really hope you get your Opuses soon!!

Hi Guys im wondering if anyone ordered an OPUS either late Dec or early Jan and are still waiting for there's.. I ordered it from ticketmaster.com on the 6th Jan and still haven't received it. I have been getting emails the past 2 weeks from them telling me ill have it by the end of this week etc and when i rang they said that they dont know where my book is as the couriers left loads on people's doorsteps and they were robbed.. Is anyone else waiting and getting p**sed off with OPUS and there service???

...some are still waiting who ordered in September!!! ...I would only hope to get it this year if I were u:lol: ..horrible costumer service!!

those of you who are still waiting, I really hope you get it soon!!! :hug:

Got the same email last week when i rang them today the girl said she has no idea where the books are.. im so upset over this cause i dont wanna cancel the order but fear i have 2..

They will come. In a logistical operation this big, if organisation it a little off things will go horribly wrong. Wish I had mine too but hey, thats life.

i ordered mine on the 5th of jan and im still waiting. and iv never recived a email update of whats happen:(
 
Ok... this is funny. Way too funny!!
I ordered my book during the original pre order process, that is, September 2009.
No book yet! They said in their last mail the books are in my country but that they are waiting for the tracking numbers, but... how is that? I have just came back from my second (second!) week out of town (Summer vacations) and I was really expecting the find at least an email with my tracking number and nothing! I will turn back work next Monday and no book! This is .... what is this?

In their last message Opus mentioned the special drawing and the second glove would be send in a different package !!!!!!! And when I asked them for the translation they had offered, they said they will send no translations. But it was them who offered that! ANd the site for the reality card is not working yet.

Is there any friends from London here? I am sure there must be several :)

Would any of you please, please, please be so kind to call this guys and get some factual information about the reality card? At least that! :(

I hear you!
There is no single problem with you , the problem is Kraken and their delivery.
I live in Chile and I am still waiting for my book. Their priority was only UK, USA, Germany, France... and then the rest of the world. And we, certainly, are not its priority at all. I don't mean any bad to our friends who did receive their books on due time, I am just frustrated about Kraken and their poor service and lack of information.

My only suggestion is writing to Kraken to try to have some feedback from them, otherwise, they will not contact you :(

I am from london myself and as far as i know everyone will be sent some kind of code to download the card,which i think is so stupid and out of order and a con,thay never said about a second glove though,wish thay would get it right,i feel truely the whole thing has been a big con especialy with the cards,seems like that was just a selling technique or something :( xoxo

I really want this but can't afford it in maybe a year. But by then it may be rare and tripled the price.

This is a good question.
I used to think the very same thing, so I made the effort the pre order it, since in the future I thought it would be extremely expensive.

BUT... I wonder what is going the happen now. First, we already know the Opus does have some mistakes, so it is not the "ultimate" MJ item. Also, Opus books are meant to be printed only in a limited number, but we know for sure this is not the case with MJ Opus, since it can still be bought easily (which doesn't mean you will receive easily LOL :lol:). I am fine with the idea of this being available to more fans, but LOL... if they only fulfill their promises!!!
 
The fact that its the end of February and Opus Reality isn't up and running yet is bad enough, but to not have the book is just stupid... What are Kraken doing?!
 
Hi, I am from London, i received mine on Christmas eve and still waiting for the Opus Reality.
 
I got my Opus on December 21, and still haven't gotten a reality card....I'm wondering if I actually will get it...:bugeyed:
 
Can we have a show of hands please? How many of you are still waiting for your Opus books (first copies, not replacements)?
