This song is not the greatest, but I'm just happy that the snippet shall I say of MJs vocals sound better than invincible. B/c if they sounded the same as they did I doubt if he does performances he'll be able to sing an entire song live. I dont just want the ending..........

That's a good question Dats. I was thinking the samething regarding Akon.

I mean, who makes the FINAL call, would it be Akon or his record label? I realize that it's Akon's record, but how much say does he really have in this situation. I wonder.

If MJ's vocals are on it, then for it to be included on Akon's CD, he has to have a legal release (consent).

So if MJ didnt write any lyrics (lets just say) what does he get paid for, does he get a percentage of the singles sales?

Yeah, he also get musician royalties, which is probably smaller than what he gets just for the song being on Sony ATV.

This has 95 pages.You can get a novel out of this,Heck, a Movie.
They would be crazy not to release it .With this much buzz, The world must have heard the leak by now. They must release it. All Michael Fans want this very badly. It's new no matter if he's singing the lead or not,this was the only way we get to hear Michael in the present time.I wonder was it during the WBSS sessions that this was done ? and I also wonder if Michael wrote it himself ?, It has his touch on it. And The Person who leaked it better not be the person Complaining because the Buzz worked in their favor.This song is HUGE.

I love Michael always.
Akon still has to grow on me alittle more but I'll give it to him for trying with this song.

Performance, publishing (since it's under Sony/ATV)

Also, if this song is the mega smash hit that I think it will be if released, don't be surprised to see this track included on MJ's CD as well.

Ruchie, don't generalize us, lol. Some of us are actually fine with it not being released. No biggie. It's all on Sony ATV and Akon, not Mike.

It still wouldn't be Mike's fault if it doesn't get released either. It's an attention grabber, that's for sure.
