I think streaming mp3 is like youtube links so I guess we can allow streaming mp3s unless posted links don't bring to an illegal sharing website as the one sponsored on that imeem page.

The song is so comforting.I also get the vibe that Akon is actually paying homage to mJ in this song. When Akon sings, "I can tell that you're tired of being lonely... And MJ responds by saying 'Yeah'. I find it so very touching. I feel Akon speaks to Michael at this point, and I feel for him there. The song is very spiritual for me.,

I can see why you said Akon reminds you of Bob Marley a while back. I still think Akon has a shitty voice but the song reminds me of Bob Marley's NO WOMAN NO CRY.
Bob Marley had this thing of making even his love songs sound so spiritual, and thats the effect this song has on me.

Couldn't disagree more.
The original demo with Akon's vocals are the sh!t. This song has what it takes to be a hit, with or without Michael Jackson.
Of course, MJ's vocals improve the song, but "Hold My Hand" is awesome nevertheless. I can't wait til' it's released, so it can whup ass all over the charts.

As some have mentioned before, I absoulutly think there will be a video for this one folks. It makes sence. The song got leaked to an exclusive rnb site, wich is famous for leaked materialm promo and mixtapes. It has a broad audience. Someone mentioned it was leaked by Akons PR wich is most likely to be the truth. I don't actually think Michaels people leaked this, it's a song from Akons album and Akons people would have leaked it.

First single from a CD is in 90% out before a month of the release and it would be foolish not make a video for the single.

Michaels appereance in that video would be the perfect timing for his upcoming album.

The sound is good and fresh, the song is beautiful and reminds people of what michael is capable of doing. His voice, forget about it.... could make grown ass men cry. Out of this world.

what ya think wouldn't a video, feat Michael be a smart move?


EDIT: Akons version was leaked several months ago, that indicates that this indeed WILL the first single. first singles are allways chosen because of their potential of doing good in the charts... and if you ask me, this will hit the #1 spot, easy. Belive me... a video for this with michael... is right around the corner... im so geared up right now!! whoooooohooo:wild::wild::wild::wild::wild:

It is GREAT to hear his voice after so long!!!

The song is really growing on me. It's different.

I don't really like Akon's music but adding MJ in there really brings something new and classy to this track. I think this could be a hit.

Akon has the potential and the skills to become the next Bob Marley. It would be very nice if MJ helped him along that route. Bob Marleys songs were always very meaningful, that is why they still live to this day and why he is the legend he is.

sorry but I just dont think that you can compair Bob Marley the legend and Akon. Akon can not be bigger than Bob Marley , I mean he has songs like smack that thing etc haha.

But Akon is good in his way.

MICHAEL JACKSON DRIVES ME CRAZY! Ya heard! LOL! I'm totally in love with the guy.

Here it is another day, and I couldn't wait to get back to work so I can hear this joint again. This song does, for me, exactly what a song is supposed to do, i.e. this song makes me smile, hearing it just makes me happy!
