Murray Trial - October 11th - Day 10 - Discussion

it's a shame imo Michael would be devastated to know the picture was shown, Michael was such private person and now this

@Ivy, I don't know how to ask without it sounding wrong, but when the photos become public after the trial please tell me that Michaels private parts will remain private?

Age should be considered as well.

The point I'm trying to make it isn't about appearances. Just because someone appears underweight to you doesn't mean that they are. For example, people though fans were being unrealistic when they said they thought he was around the 125 mark. Which is why everyone was surprise to find out he was actually 136. So, his weight is a none issue and should finally be put the rest.

Yes, an extra 10lbs would kill him, but it is what it is.

It depends really. For example, if you go on google you can find a picture of JFK at the morgue with half his head blown off and a picture of Marilyn Monroe naked.

Seeing that photo, god, Michael was all about privacy and here we have pictures of his dead body floating around. It'll be on the front pages of the papers tomorrow. It makes me so angry, that's not how I want to see Michael. I want to see the beautiful human being that he was, singing and dancing, with that amazing smile. Not laid out on a mortuary slab.

Disgusting how they can just show these pictures on live stream. Couldn't they have just turned it off while showing the pictures? Or just not filmed them? Instead of letting the whole world see Michael Jackson dead in several pictures? Disgusting. I have no more words. I don't want to see them. The first one we got where he is in bed, is enough.

Tomorrow, the pictures will be all over the news, internet. All, thanks to them. It's not how people want to rememer him. Lying there dead.

They cut a deal with the media. They know this a high-profile victim and the rules are a little different for people of Michael's stature.

Huge props to elusive for keeping the thread updated so well.

your welcome but i wont b here tomorrow so im gonna be relying on you guys to post updates as ive gotta go to work and will have to check my phone when i can. wish i didnt but ive hardly worked during the week since the case started so i have to get a few shifts in here and there.

the dates were wrong on the picture? Damn, i can just see the hoax believers have a field day with this.....

Don't even worry about them.. they think the pic is fake anyway.. living in their perfect bubble... how can they not recognise Michael is beyond me.. but anyway...

That picture made me shiver but I know it's normal procedure, as hard as it is, if it can open the eyes of someof them, then go for it.

I think we have to remember that Michael is dead and what we're seeing is just his earthly remains. This is the reality of death and there's little point sugarcoating it. This is a manslaughter trial and there will be stuff that will be hard to see. As I said when this started, this isn't for the faint of heart and if it's too much for some then don't look.

Yeah but those pictures only surfaced years after those people died. Recently. With JFK, probably after Jackie died. She had records about him sealed for the next 50 years.

You also have to remember that they both died in the 60s, before the internet. Today, you can get pictures of the bloodbath at OJ's house with a click. So, you can't really compare the two. So, it isn't as easy to keep things sealed, I mean Michael's autopsy leaked months before the official doc came out.

Amen!

Thanks elusive for the updates. I can't believe they actually broadcast that picture :(

Anyway, I'm at work and have been listening to the coroner's testimony and he is riveting! What's that they say about "speak softly and carry a big stick"? Well, this guy does.

Defense will have a HUGE problem with the coroner's homicide theory. If... IF... they want to refute it, the only way they can do it is by admitting that Murray ignored Michael and made all those phone calls AND did not call 911 at the first instance he "found" Michael. If they do that, it's negligence anyway. The coroner's theory isn't watertight, but it's a huge timebomb for the defense. If it sticks, there is no way defense can extract themselves w/o giving in on other stuff. Either way, Murray's done. Stick a fork in him.

I'm sorry, I'm going to have to disagree with you. JFK was the President, no way would they have ever let pictures of him leak, not if Jackie had anything to say about it and the court can absolutely have documents sealed. Its not hard at all.

i very much agree with that. Looking at those 2 pics, hearing the audio tape and following the daily court proceedings is SO hard, but i HAVE to follow it and see everything. I need to know what happened to him - we all do.
And with the damn biased media, trying to spin everything into "Mj as this, he was that....", it's even more important that we do follow it. I wish the 2005 had been televised, instead of having to rely on the media and people, who were inside the courtroom.

I think we owe it to Michael to find out exactly what happened to him, no matter how hard it may be to listen to/watch. We owe him justice.

edit: when is the breaky-break over?

F...k, they showed autopsy pictures of him on tv???????????????????????????????????

F...k, f...k, f...k, f...k, f...k, f...k! Have they no shame???????

the date was correct (06/25), it was the projector that made it look wrong (8/25). I was watching and when they closed up on the date it was clearly 06/25

Didnt murray say his arteries were bad??
I suppose Murray meant the veins.
Bad veins doesn´t mean it´s something wrong with them, you can say bad veins when it´s hard to find a vein when you´re going to take a bloodtest or for a drip
Veins can be small, not superficial, quite often you don´t see the vein but you can feel it with your finger.
It also depends on how experienced you are and most doctors just give orders to nurses to do bloodtest,IV drip etc and are not very good at it themselves.
