The photo sounds awful. I didn't see it and I hope I never do. It seems wrong...but I understand it's evidence etc.

Elusive, thanks so much for your updates, I am relying on them a lot.
 
this is all so heartbreaking. I haven't seen this latest photo and I don't want to. I feel sick just thinking about it.

It's devastating...it's very wrong that that photo is there forever for the whole world to see. I too think it should have been sealed. It's like even in death, and scrap of dignity that he had left just gets blown out of the water!

was a diagram made of mj including marks etc puncture wounds etc? showing the left knee puncture wound for the IV

did u see the empty 100ml diprivan bottle? yes he did. something unusual about the rubber stopper? yes the center of the rubber stopper had a opening in it. not from a needle. it looks like a slit going from side to side across the circle.the dr says its not from a syringe and he saw no syringe marks in the stopper. the drs says in his opinion he has used medical devices that would cause that hole and that is a SPIKE u push the spike into the bottle to get the diprivan out.

I still wonder how the defense is going to undermine the corona about the pill and drinking theory. Maybe they will say the corona was in on the grand scheme along with Michael's staff and Fleak.

my pleasure. tbh its stopping me from thinking to much about what im actually writing about cause all of this is horrendous. and now that pic. i havnt seen it and will try and avoid. but i dunno what to say......geez i wish i didnt have to go to work tomorrow if any of this gets brought up im gonna runna so quick to the toliet...

Part of me wonders if the da's office hasn't made some sort of deal with Harvey and other media outlets to give them something from this trial. They could have had that photo blocked from public view.

I feel you, if I happen to see this picture or if it gets bought up while I'm in public...I might just be a hermit until it blows over.
 
the dates were wrong on the picture? Damn, i can just see the hoax believers have a field day with this..... :smilerolleyes:
 
Lunch break now! I think the current testimony is a really good one in terms of debunking the defence's theory about how the drugs got into Michael's system. Pathologist himself says it would be very unlikely he would be able to administer the propofol/other sedatives himself.

He was, SO private. Very hard to deal with that that is now out there, plastered on TMZ and other crappy sites that Michael detested so much. Gosh... :(

EDIT: Louise. I agree with you, this is just destroying the defence's theory. I swear to God...they may as well just end it here and call a spade a spade.
 
After reading everyone's posts I'm glad I haven't watched court today and read everyone's posts here instead.

yeah thats what i normally do. stay away from the tv newspapers stands etc etc for a day or two. could have done with this testimony waiting till tomorrow *sigh*

why they couldnt have turned the cameras off i dont know. michael truely was the truman show. his enitre life from start to finish shown to the entire world.

Yes, that's what I have heard too: that it tends to show people with a normal build as overweight. TBH I think Michael was underweight and BMI shows him as normal - and this doctor also said his BMI was normal. His BMI might have been normal but apparently it doesn't mean a thing. Sorry, but this is not normal IMO:

Disgusting how they can just show these pictures on live stream. Couldn't they have just turned it off while showing the pictures? Or just not filmed them? Instead of letting the whole world see Michael Jackson dead in several pictures? Disgusting. I have no more words. I don't want to see them. The first one we got where he is in bed, is enough.

Tomorrow, the pictures will be all over the news, internet. All, thanks to them. It's not how people want to rememer him. Lying there dead.

I actually have a cousin who is about as skinny as Michael and is a healthy weight. So, it isn't about what looks normal.
 
Looks like I popped to the shop at the right time. I can't believe they showed those photos to the world. :no:

Well, so far, coroner's testimony is compelling. Things like Fleak's mistakes and the house being left open can't discredit this. Michael's body speaks for itself.

Still stunned by the pic. Only saw it for 2 or 3 seconds and that was too much. They shouldve blocked the cameras for that and just let it be shown to those in the courtoom. :(
 
He deserves to have some privacy - no way should that picture have been shown for all to see. It's the jury who needs to be shown it, nobody else!!!
