isn't it sad that we have to explain our standings again and again and again?

we love michael. we accept the album, but we have doubt. we just want to have civilized discussions and healthy debates.

since we have doubt, we are now considered sad and ungrateful people.

i also pre-ordered the album from amazon and am now patiently waiting for my copy to come. i went to bestbuy last night (walked 15 minutes in below freezing temperature) to check out the display (promotion was closed to none)....oh well...

No you're not, at least not by all.

How are the facts at the moment? We have solid idications that all Leadvocals are indeed Michaels.

Except you want to believe that what is stated on the booklet is fraud.
Except you want to believe the Cascios are a corrupt family without any scruple.
Except you want to believe all the people involved (from sony, the estate, teddy, etc.) are complete liars.

Then i hear some "fans" say: "And even it will finally be proven (for them, of course, 'wink') that it is indeed MJ's voice, we're not going to hide and we'll not be embarrassed and we'll not be ashamed."

But what is the situation now:

There are serious insults against the person who is singing this vocals. (with a probability bordering on certainty that it is Michael Jackson's voice)

We have all online stores full of negative feedbacks from "fans" which affect possible buyers not to buy the album MICHAEL.

So: Michael was and still is getting insulted.
Damage to his Album Sales is done.

To the "fans" who say things like the following:

I say:
"You should do and you should be!"

:yes: Not just the ones who have doubts about it, but the ones who INSIST in every thread that it's fake, and it's not Michael, and they know this to be a FACT. The ones who have purposely tried to sabotage the album. Not all doubters have done this, but the ones who have most certainly should feel very guilty if they find out it really is Michael after all. If not, then that is truly sad.

I really HOPE we see Michael SINGING Monster, seeing him in a studio with vocals over the top won't cut it I'm afraid...

I've never heard a Michael Jackson song that sounded 0% like Michael Jackson.

And I will never believe that Michael Jackson would record anything as ridiculous as 'Mama say mama got you in a zig zag'. From the genius artist that gave us that roaring Cameroonian chant in Wanna Be Startin Somethin, "Mama-say mama-sah ma-ma-coo-sah", to descend to singing 'Mama say mama got you in a zig zag'?

If you want to believe that? Good for you. I'll choose to believe that Michael Jackson would never, in a million years, record anything as ridiculous as that.

Yeah but we've never heard Michael songs that he didn't release himself, firstly he WROTE Monster, you can whine and complain about it all you want but he wrote it with his hand and secondly he's ALWAYS written things that are strange, for example he wrote a song called "Crack Kills". You guys need to stop speaking like you know him, INNOCENT until PROVEN guilty people, unless you can PROVE this is not Michael then your stuffed. TR said Michael was heavily Melodyned so hence it doesn't sound like him... Now HE should know since he edited the tracks.

How anyone can state that someone isn't a fan because they believe the vocals are fake or not is beyond me.

We all love Michael. We all respect his legacy. If people have genuine concerns, they should not be flamed down. Nor should they be if they believe they are genuine....

We are all part of one family. It's a shame these songs were included, like them or loath them because it's damaging not just Michael, his sales, but also his fanbase.

That is something we should ALL agree on...

The other day I found myself debating the fake vocals story with a fan who was adament that it was Michael's voice on the Cascio songs.

He went on to write: "I own every Michael album except Off The Wall and have been a fan since 2007. I know his voice when I hear it."

LOL. I stopped debating with that person after I read that.

I reckon the majority of the Cascio-believers haven't been fans for a very long time. I've been listening to Michael Jackson's music for 25 fucking years. I'm not saying that makes my opinion of any more value, but it does mean I've got at least 22 more years under my belt of listening to the mans voice.

You know what they say when you ASSume things. You are wrong. I've been a fan for about 28 years myself, and I do believe it's him. BTW, I have all of Michael's CDs, including the Jacksons and Jackson Five and all of Michael's solo work. You can't say it sounds "nothing" like Michael because that's ridiculous. Of course it does. And it seems to me you are promoting Malachi...

You know what, i am truely getting SICK to death of this Forum due to people who cannot be happy we have gifts left from Michael, clearly on all the songs there is some percentage of Michael. I dont want to get into an argument over if its real or what, the thing i do know is it definetly sounds like his composition, his lyrics and melody.
As i have said many times, it always seems to be the same bunch of people, the very same that where only just around in OFF THE WALL DAYS or Thriller, some not even to his Vince days or untimately his DEATH!
I have been round since the first beats of She's out of my life! When Off The Wall was first released, i dont care how long other people have, im just stating.
What annoys me is the very same people go on and on, as if they are the definitive persons that know and hear everything!
I can tell you know im 45 now and i was round for Michael through the good times and the very very bad times!
I met him twice, once in a 15 minute meeting on a very rained out night outside his hotel in Prague, i miss this man immensly but i would not try and tell people what they should and should not do.
The one thing i will state now, is that i believe that this is definetly michaels work, HE was working on this and it is HIS work, not necessarily all his vocals , but if you cannot hear him at some time or other in these songs especially KYHU you do need to get to a specialist!

I feel my gift from Michael be it melody, lyrics, music, vocals, justifies this project , what would you lot rather have, nothing anymore like so many other artists. I myself consider it a blessing to get anything.

One more little bit to this i would like to say is, do you really think that Sony/estate would put this project out if it was not genuine? Can you imagine how many lawsuits they would have against them? believe me if it was the case that they where using a male who sang , wrote, composed, etc Michaels work i would sue them to high heaven.

This i am sure is what they would not welcome and that is why i am quite certain that the latter is the case, that Michael is the true genius behind this body of work.

People!!! We've been taking from Michael for over 40 years. Its time for ALL OF US to just shut up and take everything as it is. We got NO RIGHT To complain about a damn thing. Complaining about whats real or fake isnt gonna get us anywhere anymore, Trust me, We've tried it, and it divides us more.

THis thread was created to let us know that a video will be coming out with The SINGLE MONSTER! There is no Reason for some fans to come on every thread and talk about how the songs are fake. WE GOT A THREAD There already Man! Just get over your selves and make this HIStory count!

This is the first ALBUM that we have gotten in 9 years so if some of us want to celebrate it, Let us and dont ruin it for us cuz you dont think some of the songs are not Michael. When there's a REAL Proof we'll worry about that.

Just be happy that we have gotten something from Michael...Now is that too damn Much to ask?

I was unsure to begin with and kept an open mind until I'd heard all the Cascio songs in full.

Having heard them, I feel fairly confident that they are bogus. Michael's voice had more power. The person singing on the Cascio tracks sounds like a bad impersonation. Listen to the ad-libs on Monster - it's like somebody imitating Michael's ad-libs on Privacy. It's just cringeful. I'm surprised any fans believe it could really be him.

Even if the video did include MJ in the studio recording the track, people will brush it off with all the rest. They will find some loophole to hide behind. Those who believe it to not be Michael on the Cascio tracks will ALWAYS refuse any evidence presented to them. Forensic evidence? So what! What do they know, right? Musicologist? Pfff! Yeah right! As if they know anything! Seriously folks, brace yourselves... No amount of logic or science will convince them. They've done to the Cascio tracks as the media did to MJ - they have vilified them and now want nothing to do with them. Even though the songs are really good, it doesn't matter because they've made up their minds and just like the media with MJ, will never give them a chance. It's sad, but true. As I've said before, even if it turned out MJ wasn't singing these songs, they are still very good and songs that I would have wanted him to sing. It's funny to me that anyone would make fun of these tracks or call them garbage since they are very clearly tracks MJ would record (again, if they really were fakes).

thanks. yeah i agree inregards to the power.im not on one side or the other inregards to it being fake or not. but when i listen to another day the power is there. its very different to the cascio songs. theres a big difference

I didn't say all of them would change their minds..but a lot would. Your telling me that if they SEE Michael singing the lyrics of Monster, that they would say "Nah it's not him" still? :doh: Please! People aren't that crazy, you gotta stop thinking that people are not going to accept blatant and obvious evidence it's him.

It would go kind of like this thread has. They will say it's an impersonator or it doesn't match or something. But they still won't believe it. Or they will say, "Okay, Monster might be real, but the others still aren't." It wouldn't put an end to it.

I am tired of people who attack non believers!

You all say that everyone is entitled to their opinions, but when it comes to those who have doubts regarding those two-three tracks, we are constantly personally attacked as if we were conspirationist theorist.

We are also labeled as if we come in packs from the same village and try to boycott the album!

Wake up for once! Those who doubt the tracks, we do not know each other, we do not live in the same village, we have maybe nothing in common except one thing and that is that we love Michael Jackson, but that we purely and simply doubt the tracks.

There is no plot on any side! Are you going to pretend that all those who have doubts must go to the ear specialist?

Why do you always ask what will happen when it is proven to be Michael. What about the other way round? What if someone puts the proof in front of your nose that it is not Michael singing? Would you still believe it is Michael despite the proof? How would you feel to be proven wrong and to have praised someone who was not Michael? Duh

I can confirm that yes Monster will be the next single. I was told this 2-3 weeks ago! The reaction on i-tunes around the world has now cemented it. Monster will be released as an official single in January and will go to radio before that. More soon...

I can hear Michael in some parts, but honestly not in the entire song, and I am not including bacground vocals, but lead vocals.
