that's for sure he was the happiest being a father to those precious kids of his. Having children and becoming a father was extremely important to him when he was in his 30s, so I'm glad he had the chance to experience this and fulfill his greatest wish/desire. When Michael died he was taken away from what was most important to him, his children, those children were his life, it was for their sake that he fought each and every battle, it was the love to them that made him so strong. Michael kept going for the sake of his children. Those children helped him survive the trial and all the pain it brought. As for Michael being a shadow of his former self in his later years smdh, I've never ever seen Michael as a tragic figure or as a shadow of his own self. Michael was always inspirational cuz he fought his battles, he kept on going on, no matter what he fought back, although people were knocking him down he kept getting back up. He was like a little Russian doll always standing back up. Michael sold out TII within mere hours WITHOUT any album, or any other kind of media promotion. He did it all by himself, by just appearing. He didn't die as some tragic figure as people make it seem. I'm glad that he was at least able to experience the love he got, he died knowing he was still in demand and loved by us fans, at least by me. He was truly loved.
People in general tend to underestimate Michael's strength, he was an extremely strong man. He went through hell and still managed to come out of it, althoug he was scarred he never showed it. That alone requires a lot of strength.
