Thankfully, the guy also had a brilliant mind and a loving heart to go along with all the exterior exquisiteness. Too bad the world was far more focused on what he was doing or not with the royal contents of his golden pants.

In all honesty though, in between those pants and his moves, it was kinda hard to focus on much else, right? 😵‍💫 The media is at fault for many ills in Michael's life, but this ain't one of 'em.

Plus, if he hadn't paraded his junk in front of the entire universe, how on earth would have I learnt of him? 😘 So I guess it is a win-win situation, after all 🥳



P.S. Extra bonus - Michael scenes put to the awesome lyrics of Tell him. Don't really get the sepia theme color, but it'll do, it serves the purpose 😍

Ok. I almost burst out laughing when I saw this picture. Not because it's funny, but because sometimes my response to MJ is so strong and so physical that I just laugh, because otherwise I might cry, or combust, or start screaming lol. I hate to diminish his beauty by just saying he looks so hot in this picture, but he legitimately looks SO effing HOT in this picture...

I know there is a jewelry thread, but is there a thread for MJ just slaying a plain white tee shirt? He wears them a lot, so I hardly think we *need* a thread dedicated to it. But I crave such a thing lol. No one has ever looked sexier in just a plain white tee.

Also yes, that necklace is doing all sorts of delicious things...

@Hiker truly, I don't know how any thread dedicated to photos of Michael/to Michael's appearance/to his personality/to charisma can keep from spiraling into an 18+ situation... I'm very ok with that, because my brain exists in that space more often than it ought to when MJ is concerned (let's be real, it's a constant struggle to find the balance between total admiration of his talent, character, and genius, and absolutely animalistic lust lol)

LOL yes! Giddiness is the best way to describe it. I think it's why I laugh and freak out while I watch him perform. I'm just so overwhelmed by everything he makes me feel lol. I love when we have multiple threads going with pictures, gifs, conversation, etc because it just proves how mad all of us are about him and that just makes the whole thing that much more wonderful!

Ok, so FINALLY I was able to get back to this...and wow! This video did not disappoint. Here are some thoughts:

1) Amazing Bad era representation. When in the first 10 seconds you have a sweat-soaked 1987 Michael ripping his shirt off, you know you're in for an incredible time. I think the only thing I find more enticing than his sweatiness are his curls (which I'm still contemplating composing a poetic salute to in long form because damn).
2) My God he was SO dynamic... all the moves, all the different eras, the precision and perfection of his performances... earlier today when I should have been grading papers and preparing for my students' final, I watched the Earth Song performance at the WMAs in 1996. Before that I saw some other performances from other artists, who I won't name, but who are obviously incredibly successful and famous. And watching them and then watching him, it really hit me just how SPECTACULAR he really is. When he's on stage he owns every inch of it and leaves no survivors.
3) Talking about "inches" with the image of "gold pants" in my brain... I should not allow these thoughts to go further unless I want to start writing some fan fic (which...I don't....do I???)
4) Christina had it right...there is certainly no other man! No, I doubt she was talking about Michael when she wrote that, but let's be honest, she was. Right? I mean she had to be. Clearly he's the only one.
5) There may have only been a half-a-second clip of Michael from the TWYMMF video but, I gotta be honest...I think if I had to pick one version of Michael to have and to hold the rest of my life...it might be Michael from that video... how have I not talked about this yet?!

Anyway, thank you for sharing this delightful video! I ended up watching some others on that channel and they are all amazing. Here is one for those interested:


I hope you all know how much I adore every era of Michael. He was wildly sexy his entire life. It came from within. His kindness, his generosity, his gargantuan talent, of course.THE SWAGGER. C'mon now. However, in a sea of gold pants (and what a sea it is! Trust me, I'm not complaining...) I love all the Thriller/Bad era representation in these sexy compilations...
