sorry to be a little off-topic but all this discussion has got me thinking about a little 'demo' song i have been working on.

It's being pushed, everyone... which means it's being changed.

That's probably because it's being released in different countries on different days in December.

SOmeone have already one copy of the album...the cover is fantastic.
very sad of these songs on the album , but the rest is great songs i think.

Its a nice cover. Too bad they only decided to us the middle with 80's MJ.

I'm sure they could of edited it around a bit to use more recent images of MJ.
 
Thank you for posting the complete painting of the cover. It's absolutely beautiful -- a work of art, something I would hang proudly on the wall of my house. I love how it is completely different than any other CD cover on the market -- not chasing a current trend, but timeless. Detailed to its smallest component, forcing one to look closer. Unique. Magical.

Just like MJ himself.

I am very excited about what is ahead for all of us and the world. Open your hearts, all. Let the celebration begin...
 
I've made the decision that I can live with "Breaking News" on the album even though I think the words "orbituary" and "Michael Jackson" are sung by James Porte, not MJ. At this point SONY/Estate probably can't go back on that one anyway.
But if they include that awful "Monster"-song I just can't buy the album. I just can't.
 
Let's see: There's Joe Jackson on the cover. Teddy Riley. Brooke Shields on the cover. This is just plain bizarre. So are the Cascio tracks. This whole thing is a joke. Seriously, who ever is making these decisions is just plain idiotic.

i really liiked the song! i liked the whole vibe of the song, great work! cant wait to hear it when its finished:D

And oh i really like the '' Michael '' Cover, it reminds me alot of dangerous and that is by far my favourite album/artwork ever!
 
The cover looks really good in full. I wonder how they will package this on the CD.... I'm hoping for a cardboard fold-out type thing.
 
I guess now this news might be true, it was reported on Nov 4. when I just read it I thought it must be a crazy tabloid trash. But now it seemed Oprah indeed appeared on Michael's ablum as the most influential people in his life:doh:.

OPRAH Winfrey refused to appear on the cover of Michael Jackson’s new album of never-released material — because she wasn’t getting paid!
According to American tabloid the National Enquirer, billionaire Oprah — who has previously interviewed tragic Michael, sister Janet Jackson and recently recorded a special with mom Katherine Jackson and children Prince, Paris and Blanket — was asked to appear in a group photo on the cover of the new record.
Oprah apparently agreed — but then decided she wouldn’t pose after Sony balked at her demands to be financially rewarded.
“Oprah’s always positioned herself as a confidante to the Jackson family, coming off like she cares deeply about Michael and the welfare of his children,” a source said. “So when Sony executives asked her to appear in a group photo on the cover of a soon-to-be-released album featuring songs Michael’s fans have never heard before, you’d think she’d jump at the chance to promote a project that will ultimately benefit his fatherless children, but…WRONG!

I don't like the full version of the cover. So cheesy and the media will have a field day taking the piss out if it.
 
I like how it all starts with a collage of people from Motown shaped into a brain and everything stems from that....

It's clever.

Oprah is a key moment in michaels career like her or not, so is martin bashir...is he on the cover 2?! Will start analyzing the children, I hope Jordan Chandler is not among them ;)

Yeah, but that song was remixed by an other group, how they get hold of the song NO ONE KNOWS !! But that's the title the group gave it !! Original song title is BLUE GANGSTER


Would love to hear michael his solo version of it !!!
