ADKI, you started lecturing Stella for calling the suspected impostor a "prick", but your comments to the doubters on youtube are not any nicer at all. I've never talked about it inhere, but since you started lecturing others, maybe it's also good to set an example, be it here on MJJC or any other social network when speaking with people. Don't you think so?

First of all, they don't just sound alike, they are identical. And secondly, let's reverse that and ask you where your credible proof is? A vaguely worded statement?

Not really I just ask them to show proof that these vocals are not Michael's, they are the ones claiming it's not MJ so is there anything to back it up ?

#1 Sony paid the Michael Jackson estate a reported $250M dollars for publishing rights till 2017.

#2 If the songs are proven fake Sony would be sued by everyone who bought the album for fraud and wrongful claims (In which Sony and the estate claimed they had forensic proof that the lead vocals are performed by Michael Jackson and was registered and sold as Michael Jackson).

#3 Sony would have to do a recall and the album costs $12.00 retail price so let's see $12.00 X 2,500,000 = $30,000,000.00 just because of 3 "Fake" songs ?


So do you seriously think Sony would take those chances and then be known as a fraudulent company ?

The Michael Jackson estate executors risk their positions ?

Epic Records risk their reputation ?

30+ people who worked with Michael for over 20 years risk their reputations ?

None of this proves anything. I'm not quite sure where you get 30+ people from (name them?) but there were other people who stated it wasn't Michael in their opinion. And that's all that is - an opinion. Remember the only people who were there when the songs were recorded were Cascio, Porte and the vocalist. Sony didn't knowlngly put fake songs on the album. They got duped. It wasn't that they took a risk by committing fraud, it was that they were incompetent. So again, I ask you, where is the proof that it is Michael? Can you show us the forensic report?

If they released the songs it's because their 100% sure they're safe.

Yes they did. They had no choice. It was requested by the court and they had to comply.

LOS ANGELES — Sony Pictures Entertainment has agreed to allow lawyers for Dr. Conrad Murray to view some 100 hours of raw footage of Michael Jackson's rehearsals for his This Is It concert. But they are not allowed to make public statements about what they see.
A stipulation filed with a Los Angeles court on Thursday said that the lawyers and Murray will be able to view the contents of 21 boxes containing audio visual recordings of Jackson's rehearsals, which became the basis for a concert movie after the singer's death.

Judge Pastor also stated on the public record that he had viewed the footage and there was nothing that "could have been of assistance to the defence." If there was anything that was relevant to the defence it would have been shown in court.

Regarding that sheep photo a few pages back, really? I'd say at this point the number of Cascio doubters heavily out number those of believers, judging by message boards alone.
