Michael - The Great Album Debate

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

^ I'm not sure TMZ is ALWAYS accurate or not sensationalism a lot of the time but my point was it's to a higher standard than the tabloids you pick up where there's absolutely nothing true at all and it's all like "OPRAH DYING IN 2 DAYS FROM RARE DISEASE", "BAT BOY CONTAMINATES THE SKIES WITH HIS FARTS", "THE MONA LISA IS ALIVE AND GOING ON A RAMPAGE", etc.

But, what proof on the ablum has TMZ given us thus far anyway? It's not like I discredit the proof just because it's reported by TMZ... The fact is the so-called proof are being shown to a selected few. And these selected few did not report them.

Pentum...................... Jason Malachi does the yelp to COPY MICHAEL JACKSON, because that's what Michael sounds like!!!!!

Michael does it when he's singing passionately. Jason Malachi does it too cause he's a vocal impersonator! What I'm looking for is not the similarity in that singing but the tone, the pitch, the overall sound from the Michael Jackson I've heard all my life.

By the way, in case you wondered, I listened to your clips and I've heard your Yogurt clip a lot.

Aniram, I'd like to listen to your clips, but I can't download anything here at work..Can you possible upload them another way so I don't have to download anything? BTW, I appreciate you making the effort with these clips :)

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

I feel like the "It sounds like Jason because Jason is an MJ imitator" excuse is a bit lame. Please feel free to compare the yelps I've shown to real MJ songs. I'm sure you would fine some, but they won't sound like the ones on the cascio songs as much as Jason sounds like them.

I've never heard those yelps come out of Michael's mouth...But, if anyone can find them....

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

The problem is that all the stuff in The Cascio tracks has different types of elements MJ does, but instead of sounding like MJ, they sound more like Jason. We have a small limit of Jason stuff and a huge collection of MJ stuff, yet we find so, so many striking similarities with Jason's stuff.

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

Pentum I don't think the 'yelps' sound the same in the clips you compared but I will do my best to find my own comparisons and share them with you.

I appreciate your quick response to me with the links, that's the kind of nice reply I was looking for but I obviously have been following this thread for some time and have already heard lots of your comparison clips. :)

I have today off so I should be able to get something done after bit.

This is exactly it...When I try to think logically about all this, this stops me dead in my tracks...That voice is just too identical to Jason's....Just too identical to ignore...IMO.

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

I've said it before. Nothing will ever change my mind about the voice. Never.

Pointless discussing with me, isn't it?

haha...same here, though...I'll never accept that voice as Michael Jackson's....Because, well, it's not him....

Good to see you close-minded people. :) I like to keep mine open, but that's just my personal preference. ;)

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

There is no point in being open minded when I know I am right. :) I would lie to myself if I decided to be that.

We're giving your comparisons a chance, and you call us close-minded? Thanks...Seriously, though...I've given these songs more of a chance than a lot of doubters...As Pentum said, I'd be lying to myself if I said I hear Michael on these songs in any way, shape or form...

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

+1 :)

I know I am right. That is NOT Michael Jackson's voice.

He did not sing on those tracks.

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

"Dah", "ah", etc are irrelevant IMO. I can do these sounding very, very similar to MJ and so can many others like Minimj pointed out.

"Malachi, has a habit of doing a 'yelp' when singing certain words. They appear in his own music, and they appear in The Cascio songs".

Here is what the person means: (sorry if it plays to fast, try keeping up)

Soundcloud: http://soundcloud.com/pentum/yelping-yoghurt
Hulkshare: http://hulkshare.com/mzhys2v9fy05

AGAIN, we find stuff that is MORE similar to Jason than MJ in the Cascio songs. We got the snorks, we got the yelps, we got the falsetto.

I know nothing will change the believers minds anymore since they want "real evidence that can hold up to court (my ass)", but I'm just here offering similarities. I can't hear MJ's voice in any of the songs. Not at all. Doesn't matter which of the songs I'm playing, all I hear is Jason's voice.

Check out my audio. You've never heard Jason sound like that? Well, there it is. I don't think I've ever heard MJ sound like that.

Great, !!! the return of the Monster Yoghurt !!!.

This is for the believers:

Kapital77, I know that. I love On The Line..

And I didn't call anyone close-minded, really, you claimed to be yourselves. I listen to all your comparison clips, too, but I keep an open mind. Just because you listen to mine doesn't mean your mind is open, especially when you say it's not!!!

If I was close-minded, I wouldn't listen to your comparisons...But as I've said...I can't change what I'm hearing...I can't change my mind if there is nothing to change it....How realistic is that? I've already said a trillion times, I've listened to the Cascio songs NUMEROUS times....I don't hear Mike in them....AT ALL...

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

Doesn't anyone think the voice on the casci tracks actaully SOUNDS like a young guy?
Listen to michael on BOJ - it sounds like Michael but a mature Michael without being DEEP.

In the cascio tracks you can HEAR the IMMATURITY in the voice.

Can you not hear that???

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

They were recorded years apart. The Cascio tracks are the only known vocals we have heard from 2007 and they were recorded in very unique circumstances. Can you not hear that?

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

You can hear a lot of breathing in Stay... never noticed it before. Big gulps.

That's what I hear, too...A young voice, someone in their 20's, or a teenager or something...

Re: Michael - The Great Album Debate (Only Go Here if You Want To Continue The Controversy)

I think that Frank would've possibly served as producer or music composer for the songs, if they were originally intended for another person. Plus, the person could be James Porte, as it has been said by some other places that James was originally going to be the singer on some of the songs.

WBSS 08' was recorded in the same year. The levels of maturity between the that and the cascio tracks is WAY OFF. Can you not hear that?

How does,
"You Love To Pretend That You're Good
When You're Always Up To No Good
You Really Can't Make Him Hate Her
So Your Tongue Became A Razor" from WBSS 08'

sound ANYTHING like the voice of "You keep on breaking the news!" or Monster?

???????????

Einnn?.

Not, not.

He recorded the background vocals for Wanna be Startin´ 2008.

Don´t forget it.

And he sounded like always... like MJ, not Malachi.

You have to understand that we are not talking only about one track from Cascio that doesn´t sound like Michael.

Not, we are talking about 5 tracks that doesn´t sound like Michael.

And that it´s clear that they sound like Jason Malachi.

Snorts, problem with some words, etc... there is no need to more proofs.
