Michael - The Great Album Debate

nope not all of it at least. and I never claimed it was "created" when it didn't exist. I reject the "vibrato is not affected by processing" claims in a general sense. In other words I said it's possible for Michael's vibrato to sound different. You are the ones that are matching it to Jason - not me.

btw did you compare the footage from the studio and the actual released version of the same song? I'm quite busy this week and I didn't had the chance to really listen to anything in a calm setting.
OK, I was just wondering.

And are you talking about the Where Has Freedom Gone?

Might not be the real Jason after all, guys.

I messaged the fb page again I said
Hey Jason can you please tell me the lyrics to your song What Do I Do?
He replied
I saw you looking girl
you looked at me
I took a double looking
oh girl what did I see?
I saw you standing there
you look so fine
you better watch out
cause you're running out of time
girl you know you're running out of time
Don't play hard to get
don't you be afraid tonight
don't play hard to get baby
don't be playing
cause I wont bite
I just wanna dance all night
all I wanna do is dance
What do I do?
should I say
should I be with you
to dance with me?
What do I have to do?
what do I say?
how should I ask?

Someone asked Jason via PM to give him the lyrics to Do I Do, and suprise, suprise, he only gave him lyrics to the 1 min hq leak, and NOT the full 3:48 version.

What a shame...

yes. don't you think that there's more vibrato on the released version than the one he's recording in the studio (and wants to do another take)? I need to listen to it in detail though.

No, not really. And it's a different take. His "yeeeeeaa-a-a-a-a" is insane in the studio one.

I know it's a different take but like you said the studio one sounds like he was a really dominant vibrato on the "yeah" and not on the other words and the final version seemed to have even more vibrato on the middle sentence words.

Anyway I'm not saying it like a fact, I need to do a proper listen which unfortunately I don't have time due to business schedule I have.

Checked again and the part he sings in the studio has about the same amount of vibrato as in the released one.

What I did notice is that the pitch seems a big high on the released one compared to the studio .. I smell pitch shifting like Tony Kurtis said he used to do with Jason

Some of my favorite Malachi tweets:

"i am not associated with the #new #mj #breakingnews song. If it was really me, it would be alot harder to tell!" - November 9, 2010

"i did not sing any songs on MJ'S new album for god sake give it a rest. :(" - August 11, 2011

"in my humble opinion they aint his kids." - March 2, 2012

"for one shes not even his daughter. shes invalid." - March 3, 2012

God, this guy is just ASKING for hate.
That's so wrong for him to say that about MJ's kids... SMH.

Never mind... I posted this before I read that those posts were not posted by Jason.

All tweets after the first one are fake.

Pretty sure the first tweet is bogus, too.

Jason Cupeta's official Twitter account was twitter.com/jasonmalachi. It was suspended on January 19th, 2011, shortly after Jason's official webpage and Facebook account had been compromised by Worldwide. The other well-known Twitter account, twitter.com/Jason_Malachi, has always been operated by an impostor, I think.

P.S. The following message is the only time Jason has ever publicly responded to the Michael Jackson vocal controversy:

He tweeted it on the same day as Thaddeus Nauden's "No Statement Needed" blog post. You can find more of Jason's genuine tweets here.

So Jason_Malachi account, even back in 2009, was operated by an imposter? ironic lol

Yes your correct. I remember now. That first tweet was from the old fake account. He has never addressed the issue publicly.

People, thoughts about what I said about this Jason Cupeta being a fake too?

He has dropped the Malachi pseudonym and reregistered his website using his real name in the domain name. This new facebook and twitter stuff is not him however.

The best part of his old website was the tagline on the main page: "The singer with the unique vibrato."

 Really?

As i believe the song are fake, recorded by Malachi, sometimes i try to realize what happened the day Jason recorded the songs.

It would be something like this:

A FAKE RECREATION

Eddie delighted with the vocal performance of Jason and Frank surprised with this new talent.

I think Eddie pushed the buttons after the vocal recording.

Oh, lord, hahaha, perfect. What's the documentary/movie called? LOL

Good Kapital. I think we will find that Cupeta never set foot in the Cascio studio when it all comes out though. He didn't record them there.
