Here’s the clip of me and Mark Geragos. My point is that Robson says he lied to the 2005 jury so the next jury is unlikely to believe him. I should have added that Robson changed his story after being rejected as a choreographer by MJ’s estate.

Yeah they were all so bothered by those MJ items that they gave them to Dan Reed so he can use them to make millions himself with that propaganda film.

Through that fun in Hawai anyone could give them money because by law they are not obliged to disclose who donated. It's such a transparent money grab while posturing a "victim advocate"

I don't understand this argument at all. This is not the fault of MJE. And the responsibility of adults to behave as adults is not the business of MJE. Seriously? Are you saying that if an adult does not get what they want out of life it's understandable if they start to behave appallingly?

Being a mature adult who behaves with integrity and honesty should not be derailed bc you didn't get what you wanted out of life.

I think prince, paris & bigi are strong willed and know the truth i dont think it affects them as much as we think it does. I coiuld be wrong but to me it seems they just go on about their day and focus on things that make them happy and not focus on the bad
 
I'm sorry I didn't have the opportunity to properly introduce myself the last time.

Let's just say that I've been following the whole LN fiasco since day one. At first, I wanted to believe Wade and James, but after careful and extensive research, I realized that those two are liars and that Dan Reed basically believe them without much, if any, investigating and just produced a verbal ped porn. Basically, from a little digging, I've concluded that those three are just mediocre white guys trying to pirate off media-based myths about, perhaps, the most famous black man in history.

Like I said, I'm both disappointed and shocked that Wade's claims are going to trial. I'm trying to look at the bright sides of this. I doubt that whatever the verdict will be if it continues to go to court will lead to further cancellations of MJ. At least I think so. But I don't think the mainstream media will stop their anti-MJ bias and will continue to uphold LN as some kind of gospel of truth. I hope I'm wrong in this. I hope the upcoming documentary Trial By Media gets finished ASAP and gets as much hype as LN, but I doubt that too. And I hope I'm wrong in that too. LN got way more publicity than the documentary about Harvey Weinstein, and he was still a hot topic at the time.

Anyway, I come here and Lipstick Alley for further updates and commentary about the upcoming trial. I used to be on Twitter, but I left when Elon Musk a.k.a. "Apartheid Clyde" took over and far-right trolls became undeservedly empowered. It's a pleasure meeting you all. I'm praying for miracles out of all this. Again, nice to meet you all.

This is purely for revenue and to keep this narrative going. The fact that the whole world is controlled by the media is sickening. He was innocent but a weak link and easy target. His misfortune was valuable beyond belief for the powers that be.
 
This story will never die so long as the media exists. It’s a money tree for them. Meanwhile, we have some of the most ‘famous’ people existing in current society that are more corrupt and evil than we would ever want to imagine. This man was a scapegoat and managed by people that knew what they were doing.

The Michael Jackson Estate is fighting back the decision of the California appeals court to go ahead with the Robson & Safechuck’s lawsuits.

Yesterday (September 5, 2023), the lawyers for the Estate of Michael Jackson deposited a petition for rehearing to the court of appeal of the State of California.

In this petition, the Estate is pointing out that the ruling of the court should be revisited based on past court cases and on four key points:
  1. The Probate Claims Filing Scheme and Post-Death Statute of Limitations.
  2. The General Negligence Claim.
  3. The Negligent Hiring/Retention/Supervision Claims.
  4. The Negligent Failure to Educate, Train or Warn Claim.
Their aim is to reverse the appeal court’s decision to go ahead with the trial.

TSCM has always been on top of the MJ court cases.

So, while disappointing as it is that the petition was denied, it was still totally expected, according to TSCM. I wonder if the estate anticipated the same outcome. It looks like they (the estate) is up against pretty biased judges. But, and I'm no expert on any of this, with this being a civil case, and with #metoo (not blaming #metoo at all) making an impact and being a factor, this may be a very tough one for the estate to toss out.

However, like I said, and this is just my opinion, I doubt this will further "cancel" MJ any more than it has been thanks to LN and the media's adoration of it regardless of the judgment, at least on radio in the US.

I'm pleased to hear this although it's hardly a surprise. MJE retained Tom as a Special Counsel at least a couple of years ago, iirc, so there was always a strong chance he would be involved in this lawsuit in some capacity - either as an advisor or actually going into court. Still, it's good to have it confirmed.
 
This is amazing news! I was just listening to his episode on MJcast and I was sooo wishing he could be involved!
