So as most of you know, Wade and James their case have been revived. Does anybody know the real insides of the case? What can we do to defend Michael? How can we raise our voice? His birthday is also coming up. When are the docuseries from Taj and the other one (forgot the name, something like trial by media) coming out? Ofcourse the media is always getting right into it when there is negative news about MJ.

Taj's series has had no updates in a while and fans are getting fed up, but any negativity about it results in attacks from other fans. Seems that project is sadly dead but Taj isn't stepping up to fix it.

Jin Chohan is the one doing the Trial By Media documentary, but he's hit a wall for funding. The link to the GoFundMe is here: https://www.gofundme.com/f/themjsto...&utm_medium=copy_link_all&utm_source=customer

As for defending Michael, while I don't have too much experience with this but having witnessed what others have described going through on here, I think the following should be exercised:
  • Be as firm and polite as possible.
  • Provide whatever verified links with verified info that you can. Can't afford any mistakes here.
  • Don't degrade into name-calling, personal attacks, and or threats. Definitely no threats. As I said on the other thread, the last thing we need is to give the haters and the media more ammo.
  • Make screenshots of every comment you make on different sites. I say this because during LN's release there were fans talking about how they had their comments deleted and even their accounts banned for flaming/trolling despite not doing so. Be prepared for this to potentially happen, especially on news sites.
  • If you're not up for debate, or if no one is willing to listen, it might just be best to walk away.

Them griftters are emerging from their sh*t holes...Dan Greed, Ginaldi, Wade & Sh*tchuck..f**k you!...bad stench still in the trash in the gutter ....what's with the Appeals court ? Whatever happens to fact based ruling? Who are their bedfellows?..pstf!

That's what came first to my mind.
I also will not watch the trial activeley. It's tiresome. I'll wait for the results and live on.
We live in such weird times that it wouldn't even surprise me, if Robson and Safechuck win this.
The whole system sucks, damn it!
I'm (sadly) glad, that Michael doesn't have to suffer any more of these atrocities.
How ever the outcome might be, I'll stay by Mikes side, as had others in the fandom or his loyal friends.
That's it.
I don't care what celebrity X is thinking or some tool on Social Media.
I'm simply tired.

I’m so f🤬king angry right now I just wanna go down to California, protest against the Appeal Court. Not only they letting this bulls🤬t lies drag on, but they’re dragging the war on. California justice system is f🤬ked up!

Excuse me for my dumbness but what does this mean?

Let's not get our hopes up too much that the supreme court will throw it out though.

Last week or so there was a tweet where it showed life for Taj's documentary. New logo and such. And according to someone on Twitter "they" are trying to sabotage his doc, so he needs to be careful.

So when will we know the supreme court's decision? These frauds will get exposed in court regardless. Hopefully the jury will see that.

It hasn't gone to the Supreme Court. MJE has the option, I think, of appealing this decision and to do that it would have to go to the SC. But they might decide not to do that. The Supreme Court only takes about 5% of the cases placed in front of it, afaik.

Even if they win, it won't take away the haters. There'll always be a divide. As long as a certain generation and class of people exist anyway. Certain people dislike Michael more, generation , race, age, orientation. That's all we're seeing.

In many circles they defend Michael. Others condemn him. And they lack seemingly any and all sympathy.

But. The facts are on Michaels side. That's the truth and that's what we need to say. Hate him if you insist but you are wrong for it and there's nothing to substantiate it. The majority empathize with and admire Michael; he may have made missteps, even in as simple as how he represented himself. But he was not criminal, he was not harmful in any significant way, and he did not abuse children.

Article on Fox News says :

"An upcoming trial in Los Angeles will rule on the validity of the allegations themselves"

Is this true? I thought it was only against the companies.

it's in the news again☹️
Sadly, yes. And this Guardian piece from Saturday not only reported it but contains inaccurate info. The usual crap:

"In 1994, charges were dropped once the primary alleged victim decided not to testify, and Jackson reached an estimated $20m settlement with the boys’ family."
(emphasis added)

What I don't get is, this shit has been dismissed so many times. The losers kept trying, why didn't the judge make this decision way sooner? Why did it take so damn long? In a normal world these two would never have been able to appeal so insane many times.

"It's going to be a few months before we know if the Supreme Court will hear the case. Even longer if they do, and if goes to trial, probably a year or longer."

It's gonna take a long, long ass time, that's for sure. Unbelievable. Wade and James, may you rot in hell once it is your time which I hope isn't too long to be honest. They are wasting precious resources and time for actual, real cases. It takes a huge piece of shit human being to do what they are doing.

I'm probably too negative, but imagine if the jury actually ruled in their favor. Again a temporary ban on the music or this time lifetime? This is while the world to this day celebrates ACTUAL abusers and sickos such as Polanski. Actually any Weinstein movie should be banned completely. I hate this world so much at times man.

There just is no end to it. We just don't seem allowed to enjoy the amazing human that he was, without this bullshit getting another chance. It's just unbelievable. I really hope the estate anhiliates them.

Guess we are just going to have to hangfire and have trust in the estate and lawyers. As regards to those scummy pair karma is a wonderful thing, and they will get what deserve, money is the route of evil.

We all were hoping for another outcome but on Friday (August 18), a three-judge panel from California’s 2nd District Court of Appeal found that the lawsuits of Wade Robson and James Safechuck should not have been dismissed by a lower court, and that the men can validly claim that the two Jackson-owned corporations that were named as defendants in the cases had a responsibility to protect them.
It’s the second time the lawsuits – brought by Robson in 2013 and Safechuck the following year – have been brought back after dismissal.
The court said “a corporation that facilitates the sexual abuse of children by one of its employees is not excused from an affirmative duty to protect those children merely because it is solely owned by the perpetrator of the abuse.”
They added that “it would be perverse to find no duty based on the corporate defendant having only one shareholder. And so we reverse the judgments entered for the corporations.”
Jonathan Steinsapir, attorney for the Jackson estate, said they were “disappointed”. “Two distinguished trial judges repeatedly dismissed these cases on numerous occasions over the last decade because the law required it,”
“We remain fully confident that Michael is innocent of these allegations, which are contrary to all credible evidence and independent corroboration, and which were only first made years after Michael‘s death by men motivated solely by money.”
Vince Finaldi, an attorney for Robson and Safechuck, said in an email that they were “pleased but not surprised” that the court overturned the previous judge’s “incorrect rulings in these cases, which were against California law and would have set a dangerous precedent that endangered children throughout state and country. We eagerly look forward to a trial on the merits.”
The judges did not rule on the truth of the allegations themselves. That will be the subject of a forthcoming jury trial in Los Angeles. “We trust that the truth will ultimately prevail with Michael‘s vindication yet again,” Steinsapir said Friday.
One who will be happy about this is Dan Reed who has now more material to film his second movie based on pure lies and brand it as a “documentary”.
The Michael Jackson Fan Community is up for a bumpy ride but as always, we will all come together, support each other, help the estate were we can, voice the truth in any manners possible because we know that Michael is innocent. We know those two men are liars. We know the truth. We know the facts.
I know this is not what we were hoping for from the court and if you are struggling with the court case and this event, make sure you reach out to your MJ family and friends.

Wouldn’t that be something that with Branca in charge he sells the catalog and could potentially lose this case? Coincidence? I always felt Branca was a slime ball let’s hope this wasn’t his plan all along. Showing up right before MJ passes and all this. Yes, he has made billions for the estate but something just doesn’t sit right with me. I’m not a conspiracy theorist either.

Three judges? Wtf man. And they made that decision automatically assuming the abuse actually happened. Or do these judges not necessarily believe it, but do believe they deserve a trial?

I have a horrible feeling about these parasites. They are the least credible 'victims' to date but its 2023 and anything is possible.

It often feels like the justice system will do whatever it takes to finally convict him of a crime, especially with the man long gone.

Poor MJ 😞
