I dont think its a good idea to do this interview (with Oprah, of all people!) but i have no ill feeling for Lisa. its obvious that at one time they were in love....the both of them.
I think she never stopped loving him but things happened that made her feel so angry or hurt that she publically bashed him for years...
We werent there, we dont know what happened. Both Michael an Lisa are human and humans make mistakes...


I will watch the interview and see what she has to say first and then form an opinion about it.

Oh please, MJ cared for her but it was not love. She came at a time when he needed a friend but she was not what she made herself to be. (she never lived with MJ). MJ is gone and I will respect the comment I got from him when she was oversea and made that comment about him and that is all I am going to say. Let just say, I laughed all that day. Again, I believed they cared for each other but I will NEVER viewed that marriage like a "made in heaven". All I will say, she had badies for her current husband in her 40's but she did not want children with Michael when she was in her 20's. Give me a break. Anyway, she needs to move on and respect her current husband and leave MJ out of her mouth now that he is gone.

Fans are not mad at Lisa because she was pissed with Michael. They're mad because of the two people in that apparently non-perfect union, one never said anything disparaging about the other. And one P U B L I C L Y pissed all over the other one...and at a time when he literally was in a fight for his life.

And why did Lisa choose to speak publicly about her marriage when she did? Because she was promoting albums, and musically, the most interesting thing about her is her daddy and Michael Joseph Jackson.

I give Lisa all kind of understanding. But the 4-time-married-before-40-manipulated-victim is full of it (I'm just saying full of "it" instead of "bullsh!t" here because I'm trying to exercise some restraint until after this Thursday interview, which I'm hoping won't be as self serving and disrepectful as the other time she was with her cackling buddy, Oprah)

THANK YOU!!! Anyway some fans can believe what they want. to me, this is a non issue. Michael is gone, LMP moved on and now married with CHILDREN with a new husband. MOVE ON. I am sure that his death made her sad (that is normal to feel for anyone who dies) but that is all I am going to take it as.

And look, this week, the issues are about child molestions on Monday and Wednseday, YET on Thursday, she is talking to LMP with MJ's name in the headline to talke about even though LMP has been divorced from MJ over 13 or more years and married again. Doesn't Oprah talk about molestation or abuse almost all the time? It doesn't mean anything. And has it been said already who will be on the show on Friday? It's like you can't take president Obama interview if on the same week there is talking about presidental assassinations.. I don't understand your points. You mean during the trial in 2005? Cause LMP DID say unfriendly and unnessecary things to the media about Michael, but i don't recall that from during the 2005 trial though, no. I DO remember her being on Diane Sawyer, not talking so positive about Michael anymore, compared to how incredibly friendly and positive and pro-michael she talked when they just got married and were on her show. What i remember is that bitch Diane Sawyer saying ' Marrying to Michael Jackson? What were you thinking? ' sigh...and then Lisa said something along the lines of 'I know i know........my mom said that too, and i don't know why i did...bla bla bla' really NOT standing up for Michael at all there. That is what i remember, and i think Diane Sawyer wasn't the only show she did this on.

It is true. Someone asked her about the trial ( I don"t remember who but it was after 2005 ) , and she said that trial was a BLESSING !
His heart was broken and she said it was a blessing. Beyond disgusting.
And she was asked were the alegations true and all she said was : " I don"t wanna get involved ."
That is more than enough for me. I have no words.

Back to topic. LMP's behavior always been and always will be like a low class woman behavior. She likes public scandals. She is just that kind of person and would not expect anything more from her.

I do not know but for some reason some individuals like to wash their dirty laundry in public. It looks like Americans have nothing else to do but listen what Lisa is going to say about her marriage which ended 15 years ago.

All I know, she made a huge mistake going back to Oprah. It was another bad choice she made. Any time she makes a choice it ends up like crap. Last time her "sunflowers" story ended up in tabloids.
Lisa does not know how to keep things private. She is opposite of Michael. Her mama did not teach her that because her mama was the same.
I do not hate Lisa, I even can understand her feelings but please Lisa, just shut up. You can make things worse than they are now.
Your marriage to Mike is not that important anymore. We do not need a proof that it was real. Nobody really cares. There are many other more important things to worry about like future trial, MJ legacy, new album etc.
I do not see Tiger Woods ex wife talking crap on TV about her ex. I do not see other rich women doing that. People somehow try to keep it private and with respect. Lisa def is not that kind of person. I am sure this is not the last show she will go for. She is going to talk about Michael till the rest of her life. I feel very sorry for her husband.

It is unfortunately very true. She was on Oprah in March of 2005. Don't remember the airdate, but it was definitely during the time Michael was going through that trial. Someone already posted the Youtube links in this thread if you're sure you wanna see all that bs... uke:

(when asked if she thought he used her) "All the signs point to yes on that"

I don't watch Oprah, so I never saw Lisa Marie's interview. Although I did read about her "comments" while she was being interviewed, which left a bad taste in my mouth.

That being said, I do remember the commotion Lisa Marie caused during the trial when she made a statement about her "seeing things." (Does anybody remember that?) I believe she was out promoting her new music at the time.

Anyway of course her "seeing things" caused a huge media stir. She had folks wondering exactly "WHAT SHE SAW," and whether or not she would be testifying as to what she saw.

Shortly after that, she had to come out and explain what she meant. Which made me wonder, why would she do a thing like that, at such a delicate time. Why would she be making a statement like that without being CLEAR as to what she meant or maybe not saying anything at all.

If she was looking for media attention, she certainly got it!

it's true. After Martin Bashir's documentary aired, she started to bash and despise her marriage with MJ publicly until early 2009. In her latest interview(2009) she claimed once again that marriage was the biggest mistake in her life. During the trial, when she promoted her album in Australia, she told the media that she "saw things during their marriage". then later made a public statement clear the mess.

I think we should reserve judgement until after the interview. She has said some un-necessary things in the past but lets see how this turns out.
