That's another thing I don't get. Save Michael from what? She didn't get the attention and treatment she wanted and then she acted like he used her and badmouthed him during the darkest time in his life. If she really loved him she would had more respect for him that. I have seen pictures of them in 1997 after the divorce saying they are friends and then all of sudden she is ashamed and embarassed of the marriage and jumping on the beat up Michael bandwagon at the time.

I am reading his moonwalk book and he talked about Elvis and saying that he wouldn't want to take that destructive path he did and all that. It's weird how she says he knew he could turn out like her father yet I am reading in his own words he would never want that for himself. I don't know. I just don't believe anything what she has to say now.

If, MJ's life was on a unanticipated undesirable downward spiral, and he had some self-destructive habits, why would she marry him with those problems? Why commit herself to that relationship bringing 2 young babies into the negative-energized environment? Why not seek medical and professional help so he could be the person he needed to be? Love him thru it? Get him back on the right track before marriage? No. She was indifferent to him and her concern was her goals and ambitions. She came into his life at a very bad time, not to help him, but to bring him down at his greatest point of vulnerability.

Michael needed someone to stick by him through thick and thin...basically a wife.

:( I feel I had so much in common with him!
The sensitivity to violence, and cruelty. The way we don't like bugs being killed, even though I've killed a spider, fly and worm which with all the cases I felt horrible after wards but I was young. The spider scared me and I didn't want it to bite me even when I tried taking it outside. The fly was bugging me when it kept flying around and wouldn't leave.
We both LOVE music, even though with him he loved performing and I hated it, I was so nervous whenever I had to perform in front of people.
We're both very shy, I won't really talk to someone or act like myself until I get to know the person.
I will try my best to help the ones I see in need...etc.
:( I just hope when I find a husband he at least has some of the qualities MJ had.

MJ & I had so much in common also....he was sensitive to the needs of others; so am I... he was overly generous....so am I...he was very shy and introverted; so am I...etc. That's only a few of the many reasons I'm a fan. He was so much more than the greatest entertainer. He had so many other wonderful qualities. If we find a guy with a few qualities like MJ we will be most fortunate! They will be loved and appreciated! Not taken for granted like MJ was by LMP. Some people just don't appreciate a good man, do they? I don't understand LMP, at all.:no:

I don't understand it either.
Especially after hearing how some men, not all men, but how some men are these days. All I heard on the news now a days is how this man killed this woman, or this little girl. I'm not saying it's all men , some are women, but you catch my drift.
I really wish all men could be like Michael but than, well, we wouldn't know how special he was if all men were like him.

Yes. A good man is very hard to find. Some men have some very serious issues. But, some women have the good men and treat them like something on the bottom of their shoe. That's what happened to MJ. Lisa is a very foolish girl imo! OMG! She was privilidged to marry MICHAEL JACKSON and she was so immature and spolied she blew it! She had the opportunity of a lifetime! Something we fans only wish for! I think,if she would have at least tried to make the marriage work, meet him halfway, they may have had a chance. If she didn't love him in the beginning, with all his great qualities, she could've grown to love him, you know?!!

Tell me about it!
I was actually listening to Do You Remember the Time on my mp3 player while doing some yard work this morning and I actually again got sick to my stomach listening to him sing about how they first met and how it was love and everything. It just hurts listening to him sing about that stuff when I know its about her and knowing she hurt him so badly. I know jealousy is one of the worst things you could ever feel and it's bad to feel jealous but I'm just so jealous that she had the opportunity to get close to him like that, have him kiss her, love her, and be a husband to her. I'm just blown away that she would just blow him off like he was nothing. :cry:

I'm not jealous, but I'm very frustrated how she manipulated him just for what she wanted, and trashed him to the media. I think that was a slap in the face. She lied to him about having children, left him emotionally broken, and then, to bad mouth him to the world after knowing what he dealt with in the press with the accusations. She's a selfish betrayer. I love MJ very dearly, and I believe he deserved happiness that's all I've ever wanted, and it hurts like heck how she dissed him, what he went through and how he died shockingly and tragically. I believe, if she wasn't so dang spoiled and obstinate they may have been able to have a marriage that lasted...IDK. She simply didn't love him. She didn't have an open mind so she wasn't willing to allow herself to "go there"...to fall in love. Loving MJ wasn't a part of her manipulative plan.

Very good answer.
I try not to be jealous but it's hard at times.
I wanted Michael happy too, I know he was with his children, but I really wish he could have found happiness and joy in a loving relationship with a women.

You know, I wish MJ would have found someone else, and fell in love, too. And let Lisa see how she blew it! Show her he's moved on!! That life is happily ever after LMP!! I think it would give her something to think about.

I'm thankful that Debbie gave Michael children, and honestly I know some people don't like her but she gave him the best gift he could have ever received so I honestly can't really be mad at her, even if she had some questionable actions.
I really wish MJ and Elizabeth Taylor were closer in age so they could have gotten together.

Michael said he proposed to her, but she didn't accept. Maybe, she was concerned about age and that's why she declined. IMO, they were more like soulmates in spite of it.

I didn't think he did after what she said in the Oprah interview when Oprah asked if Michael ever proposed to her or if she ever proposed to him and she giggled and said No! I really should. Or something like that.
Yes, they were. In my eyes she is one of most beautiful women on earth because she stood by him through thick and thin and never felt embarrassed to be around him and never understood why people would be.

Yes, he said he did propose. Liz loved Michael unconditionally. It would've been the talk of the media forever but, I think they would've been a good couple. I wonder how LMP would handle that???

I liked him around Diana Ross.
 
I think he also proposed to Brooke Shields. She said that in a recent interview when they were younger. She said no but that he will always have her forever? What does that mean? I wish he had found the right person in his life too. I think he and Elizabeth were better as freinds and they were really like family. I will always respect her for how she never turned her back on him and wasn't afraid of the press. She didn't care what they or anyone thought Michael was her friend. I think I read she wants to buried near Michael as well.

People like Lisa and others were embarassed and just joined the media negativity. If you really love and care about someone who cares what other people think. She wanted nothing to do with Michael all these years and she acts like his widow or something. Her mother does the same thing. She and Elvis were divorced for years before he died and she acts like she is his widow. If she really cared and loved Michael she would not have said or done the things she did after the divorce to make herself look better. Now she says all these things like we are suppose to sympathize with her well I don't.
