I know :( It was very nice of LaToya to give that away.. I wonder who bought it! And I thought the hat idea was very cool!

I really hoped that the girls wouldn't let the men off.. that would've been an incredibly stupid move... It was definitely a toss up between Richard Hatch and Gary Busey as to who I thought should've been fired.

I think LaToya is PM next week :giggle:

Kinda... they showed NeNe calling LaToya out for something, telling her to stop acting like a 12 year old girl and that she doesn't know what she's doing... So maybe she's the PM and isn't acting like one?

3) I think me and the other poster know she has a J.D(juris doctorate), but Star hasn't been a practicing lawyer for years. I think the other poster knew where I was coming from when i made my statement. We know she went to law school, earned a degree, and also a license to practice law... But she hasn't been practicing law for years. So your response wasn't needed here.
 
I think Marlee would be singing a different tune about Gary if she actually had to work with him.

Of course Trump wants Gary to stay because he makes for good television.

But yippee...the ladies won!!
 
I loved this show.. IM SO GLAAADDDD THE WOMEN WON!! I was gonna cry for them if they lost.. If they did, then I think Marlee would've went home. Also, if you think about it.... The women blew the men out the water... If they didn't get that 460,000 they would've been embarrassed. I also think that MJ shirt shouldve sold for more. After watching last season of Real Housewives of Atlanta, I started not to like NeNe for her negativity. When this show aired I started to like her, now that the "real nene" is coming out, I'm starting not to like her. She is so negative ugh.... I'm still tryna figure out why Hope is there.. Mar lee did a pretty decent job as PM even though the time they left almost cost them (I guess there is a need for a time keeper). I'm glad the women decided to let a man go... If they didn't that would've been stupid. I think John Richt handled the situation between Gary and Meatloaf well. I also like how Meatloaf apologized. Mark and LilJohn were funny picking at the womens art gallery. Overall, good episode... Can't wait till next week.
LaToya better bring that Joe Jackson outta her on NeNe... Just hoe she stands her ground.
My Perdiction: the women win again next week...
 
Good show tonight. LaToya did well. I'm glad her hat won. Very sad moment when she gave up her brother's very limited shirt to be sold. It's rare to see LaToya so visibly emotional. From the preview for next week's episode it looks like LaToya will finally get a crack at being project manager. I'm a little worried about how it will go but I will be rooting for her.

What a heartwarming scene when Meat apologized to Gary, hehe!
 
I hope Latoya has some other 'limited' stuff of his...& I gotta say, no Latoya wouldn't be carrying that shirt around with her- it'd get ruined. Where would Latoya carry that shirt? Her purse?

I agree. But jus cos she said she carried michael's shirt everywhere w/her doesn't mean she literally carried it w/her everywhere she went. I say the same thing... I have stuff I say I carry w/me all the time, but not literally 27/7.

I used to not like Latoya... But even before Michael died, I started to change my opinion not just on Latoya, but the whole Jackson's. I also agree w/ someone who posted earlier that growing up in the Jackson's outta have taught Latoya a thing or two. I just feel like the whole Jackson family are INNOCENT!! I believe Michael's solo career and Janet's success all would not be if it were not from the J5 days. I also seriously feel that the Jackson legacy would not be, if Tito had not broken Joseph's guitar string... Eh... I digress...

Ok, someone explain to me, how Latoya got MJJ's shirt? Didn't she said, that MJJ approved to wear that shirt on TII concert? Was AEG paying for MJJ outfit for the concert? Well, I hope estate, and AEG is not going to make a frigging big deal out of it. Only 2 limited edition of that shirt, darn that should have been sold over hundred thousands...I wonder what other 2 items they sold on auction for the $99,000?

I was waNdering too. AEG was the promoter for the tour. I believe it was the shirt he was gonna sale while on tour. I guess the shirts werent mass produced because he passed. She could've gotten it out the house, or someone gave it to her. I'm sure the mens team probably thought that shirt would've went fir a good 300,000 but I guess not. I don't think AEG and Estate would make a big deal a out it because it would look bad on their part.

I only watched the 1 minute video that Latoya gives the t shirt but I can't understand it, someone please help me? It's a shirt that Michael signed but also printed after his death with the words "remembrance"? Or is Michael's signature is just a print?

I couldn't figure that out. I can't believe that anyone would try to print something over Michael's real, hand-written signature, so I'm assuming that the signature was printed on also. However, when Latoya described it, she made it sound like he actually signed it.

I wonder if Latoya called any of her siblings for donations.

It wasn't handwritten it was all printed... She said it was the design for the shirt he approved for the tour, and of course... He died.. So I'm assuming they never went into production. So the people added in remembrance on the back and made only two.. The shirts weren't officially made until after he died, but the sketch was approved by him... Does that make sense???
 
I think they mentioned that the reason things sold for $99,000 was because the credit card limit was for $99,000. I am not sure. I think if they sold something other than a t-shirt like a jacket Michael wore on tour it would sold a lot. But a shirt selling almost $100,000 is very good. The men were too arrogant and too confident. They finished early and then sneaked into the empty gallery making fun of the women. They didn't know they were stuck in traffic. I didn't like the way John Rich was throwing around his money connections. That's great but they acted like it was a done deal they would win and even George said not to be over confident.

Michael was the angel the women needed to win I feel. I think the shirt design was approved by Michael for the concerts. That's how it came across to me. It was a sad moment because it shows how much he had plans for and never got to do. I wonder who has the other shirt since there was two of them.

I was surprised that the women didn't go for the deal to allow the men to stay. They lost and someone is suppose to get fired and I can understand why they said no to it.

Marlee asked her to use her family connections. She said she wanted Latoya to step up and asked her about her family and what she could bring to the table. That's how it came across to me. I guess she could have used something of Janet's or the others but she chose Michael.

I know she said she didn't tell her family she was on the show. N she also was saying that most of her connections were in LA not NEW York, which is true. She donated a shirt that was sentimental to her for charity. She probably did get people to come through for her but they didn't show it.

still confusing for me :)

she says "he signed it" and it looks like an actual signature but the t-shirt got printed after his death.

Now that I see the picture in a closeup. It could be the shirt was finished, Michael signed it and after his death the part below the signature was printed. Seems odd still, but it is possible. The signature doesn't cross the remembrance bit.
