I wonder if some here would like to consider for a moment what Joaquin Phoenix is saying in this video at @ 1:30 to 2:26.

Omarosa is, for the sake of the reality show she is in, portraying herself in a particular way. She is in character. I have seen an interview of hers where she was asked something like, "What one thing of advice did you take away with you from working in the past with Donald Trump?" She says he told her it is important to brand yourself. How many times has she been described as "The biggest villian in Reality Televison"? This brand ended up being lucrative...Donald's advice was good. But in her case, her brand is a character that she goes into when acting on a Reality Show.
It has become clear that once attached to a reality show, it goes beyond just what the entertainer does on the set...also, there is an obligation to make the interview rounds...but when doing so, it is expected that they "stay in character."
La Toya, Claudia Jordan, and Omarosa have been staying in character while being interviewed. Claudia on the Wendy Williams show recently was very impressive, I must say...she stayed so well in character that she barely took a breather, haha. Omarosa and Claudia and La Toya are friends in "real life." Keep this in mind. Things all being discussed ahead of time, between the producer, director and players, is the only thing that makes sense.
We all know the saying, "All is fair in Love and War. Well, in recent years, since the outbreak of Reality Television, we can add entertainment to that list:
All is fair in Love and War and in Entertainment.
Joaquin and Casey Afflect took on a RISK doing what they did. Joaquin took the risk that the character/persona he created for their stint, could/may have caused him permanent "tainting"...that he could do such a convincing job of being that obnoxious that the public and peers in his industry would look at him differently, and be turned off indefinitely. He was willing to do it, though, because he knows who he is and thta he is not like that at all, and that it was just a character he was playing.
Everyone who signs up for a Reality Show is taking that same risk. But Omarosa knows who she really is. Claudia knows who she really is. La Toya knows who she really is. But at the moment All-Star Celebrity Apprentice is banking on the public believing this: that how we've been seeing them acting like, is who these gals really are. It a job for them...this is their livelihood, and they are willing to take ~the risk~ knowing they will be evaluated by many, and hated, for how they come off during the show.
This is Show Biz people. And we all want to be entertained. But please hesitate to hate.
