.......I guess that Michael's passing gave Jermaine the idea that, without his little brother, he can have the career he always dreamed!!!!

i must say doing THIS is in a way worse than tribute concert. seriously, he is planting reasonable doubt. i also sit here in disbelief of how many of the Jacksons might have doubted Michaels innocents and it's no wonder why he distanced himself from them. the part about vitiligo just shows how lonely Mike was. if i suffered from such disease my who family would know it.
i just pray his kids will know and remember what he went through. cuse the family seems to not have a clue

This is much, MUCH worse, in that it could taint the jury-pool and affect the outcome of the trial. . . . .

The reason why they won't to let michael shine is because they wanted the light aswell, you can't tell me that his family was not jealous of his success, they all claimed that they were proud of him but I find that so hard to believe. As soon as michael passed everyone was anxious to get back out into the spotlight even rebbie, but they know that the public will not fully accept them unless they talk about michael. Yeah, but why not be positive? History shows when you do by right by your loved one or friend or whatever, you will benefit greatly from it. That's like Priscilla throwing Elvis under the bus at every chance she got. She wouldn't still be around today if she had did that.
 
Yeah can't they be positive? When they "seem" to be it really comes across like a backhanded compliment or dig at Michael. They talk like the tabloids.

So Michael was fit and ready to rock the world the LAST time they saw him in May? Jermaine admits never seeing his brother after that but he supposedly knows what was going on with Michael in June? What he has been told are secondary sources and he must state it, otherwise it sounds like he was present all the time. Fool

Like many of you, I believe Karen is his source. She has stated many times how cold MJ was and they needed to wrap him in blankets and that someone had to escort him down a ramp because he was to frail.

If you noticed, the family sucks when it comes to future proofing themselves. If they did think about the term repercussions or their actions, they wouldn't had done half the schemes they did after Michael died. No one trust them because they had proven they would to anything for money, even if it is selling out their murdered love one and given a defense/excuse to his murderer.

Jermaine is doing an interview from Hayvenhurst? The Michael Jackson estate owns that house!!! They should lock his a$$ out!

so Jermaine is unloading all of these disgusting lies about Michael in this piece of trash book..his name IS on that witness list for the trial..jermaine is a proven liar..HOW the hell can they let him get on that stand and testify HOW WILL they know he is telling the truth?? He is the type that can swear on the Bible and STILL lie.
 
We knew he was not there. He knew he was not there. Therefore, to give his book credibility he should have just plain admitted that he did not know what was going on. The book is entitled "through a brother's eyes" NOT "thru a brother's and some random people at TII's eyes". Dang!
 
I am very worried about this trial. I don't think it will be easy to convict Murray as people might think. If he gets off nobody will care (we will ofcourse) but it's like his family is just handing the media the info they need and Murray the ideas he needs. I have never seen a family use someone's death the way the have Michael's. It's very confusing and sad for me.

That same afternoon the musical director, Michael Bearden, made a bizarre announcement to dancers and crew on stage, telling them: "Everyone needs to pray for Michael and send him good wishes."
This was four days before Michael died. Why would he say such a thing? And why — if we're at the point of prayers — would the tour continue? Yet the show apparently had to go on.

On TMZ Live today they quite made fun of Jermaine and his escape plan.

Basically they started saying that it was "impossible" for Michael escape with all attention, called it "wackiest" plan. Also said that it would be "harboring a fugitive" and that the Jackson's will be prosecuted and sent to prison themselves. Laughed to Jermaine disclosing such plan. and made fun of the Jacksons.

Then Harvey Levin mentioned his talk with T-Mez. T-Mez told him that if they lost he would have asked MJ to be released pending appeal but later learned that the judge would have denied it and take MJ to custody and immediately send him to prison. Police told T-Mez that they expected riots if MJ was found guilty.
 
And I am sure he told all of that to Michael. Who probably told his Mother who I am sure told everyone else
 
I am so happy Michael has T-Mez in his corner. He is a well respected and honorable man.
 
I don't get TMZ. Sometimes they actually help Michael but then the other times....they cause the problem too. I hope people in general will not just blame Michael for Jermaine's dumb remarks. I know the haters well you can't change them but I just hope that people will not just take what Jermaine says as the gospel truth here. I believe Michael knew what would have happened if he was found guilty. He would have to be prepared for it either way.

Its funny how the jackson family seem to think ppl repesct them & "honour" them but that aint the case anymore lol. I agree with the police though bout the riots

If you are talking about T-Mez, Harvey said that he only found out about these years after the trial. Not during it.
