^^Thanks, so it is Smiley. I see they have a thriller era photo of Michael, interesting Jermaine. I wonder how often he saw e Michael during the Thriller days, wasn't that around the time he wrote "Word to The Badd."

Word to Badd wasn't it written in the early 90s or late 80s as it was released a day prior/after to BoW.? I don't think it was written during Thriller.

Guys do you think that Jermaine would have more sales than Latoya. People in India and the Middle East might be interested in his book since he was hanging around there.

He's considered a joke in India. They weren't even aware (the majority still doesn't know him) of his presence until AFTER Michael passed. I don't know about them Arabic countries tho, maybe he's taken seriously there, since he's a Muslim and all.

I dont even mind him singing MJ songs or recording songs. Even though he doesnt do them
Justice he is not harming anyone and he does have fans who love him. I dont understand

I can see and hear it in Jermaines voice that he really loved Michael and Jermaine more than
anyone in the family spoke up for Michael and defended him with honor throught out the years.


Im very Interested in Jermaines book. I know he loved Michael and he is the one who always stood
up for Michael. Id rather hear Jermaine speak about him then any other family member. Ive never h
heard him say anything bad about this brother and he doesnt push the addict stories either. I feel
he realy wants to lift Michael up.. His book will be a welcome change from Latoyas BS which in no
way lifted MJ up or do him justice.

You're making things awfully easy for Jermaine here. Word to badd cannot be downplayed the way you do, seriously ''sibling pettiness''? Yeah saying your brother changed the color of his skin is not just pettiness. All the ridiculous rumors he was spreading about a reunion his ass was so desperate for, prompting Michael to put out a statement a billion times. Is stress caused by JErmaine to Michael. Now you can go on downplaying Jermaine and his actions but I certainly won't. This continues exploitation of Michael, I'm not willing to ignore that or give him a free pass. I DO agree that out of all his other (media hogging) siblings Jermaine has stood out for Michael the most, AFTER his death. No he did not throw him under the bus like the others did, he always stressed that Michael was no addict unlike Janet, Katherine, Rebbie, Latoya and dearest Randy. BUT I can't give him a free pass for all the other bullshyte he's pulled in the past (and now Word to the Badd wasn't the only bs) and probably will be pulling in the future just because hedefended Michael. The reason there is 2 different covers is that the UK and US editions are from different publishers.

Two different publishers? Oh what a lucky Jermaine! I've heard there's a problem to find only one publisher if you want to release good story about MJ. But Jermaine hooked two of them :lol:

I agree 100000% Jermaine is a fake and I woudn't read his book if he walked up to me personally and gave me one for free. IT is obviouse by looking at all the stuff that he has tried to do even after MJ's death that he is jealous of Michael...right down to trying to record "Blame it on the Boogie"....a song he wasn't even originally part of . He is trying to step into Michael's shoes. Jermaine will NEVER in a billion years fit in them shoes I agree he is a sneaky bastard and he is NOT to be trusted.

He didnt force MJ to go into business or with him. He just introduces him becuase he had
connections means to help MJ financially. Its not Jermaines fault how it turned out. Hey

s not my fault. I didnt know what he was like or what he would do. How can anyone blame

I agree to an extent. Jermaine is an attention seeker whore who is obvious jealous of his baby brother, but he is mostly harmless. Yes he introduce Michael to Thoma, but Michael was the one who hired him. So, Michael deserved just as much blame for not background checking and knowing for experience that his family tends to get in business with questionable people. If you're going to blame Jermaine, then give equal blame to Michael. Michael was a grown man and deserved some blame and you can't lay everything at Jermaine's feet.

As the Word to Badd, this is the way I see it. That was over twenty years ago. Jermaine's career died because of his stupidity, so I see no point in beating a dead horse. It isn't like he called Michael a pedo on national tv, like his Toya. He was one of the few in the family who defended him and remember fans jumping all over Jermaine for not admitting Michael was an addict and saying he was the one in denial.

The only things Jermaine did that really pissed me off is when he defended his dad for saying when his blamed his wife for killing Michael and practically called Michael a liar when he talked about the abused he suffered at his father's hands. Those two things are indefinable in my book, but fans just go back to Word to the Badd and call it a day.

I think that like the Korean deal, Jermaine got some money to introduce Thome to Michael and sort of push him as a good executive. There is always something monetary behind these siblings' introductions, meetings, and parties. I will admit publicly that I have no proof, but based on their efforts all Michael's life to make deals off him, I am suspicious of what they do. Even the way Jermaine was pushing for michael to be buried at Neverland, a place that Jermaine himself did not visit often, I think was being done because he was promised some money if he was able to get the family to bury Michael there. Like all the other family deals---get Michael to do a reunion and you get some money for that.

Along the way, something went very wrong and Tohme showed who he really is to Michael. Obviously a lot has happened behind the scenes that we do not know.... YET. Only Michael could tell us.

I don't see what the big deal is by Jermaine writing a book about Michael. If anything I think that's a wonderful thing you can do as a tribute to your brother. There are lots of artists that have passed away and family member's have written about them. I have actually preordered the book and looking forward to reading it. I would rather get Jermaine's than Latoya's.
