Unlike LaToya, he might actually have some halfway interesting stories to tell from their time in the Jackson Five, but seeing how Jermaine is also resentful of how out shadowed he was by Michael's brilliance, the chance we'll get an honest and worthwhile piece from him is close to nil.

I honestly don't know why people care to read celebrity-written books, especially from such minor and unimportant figures. Without the connection to Michael Jackson, both books would be entirely worthless--well, more so than they already are taking the slight improvement of being related to Michael into account. They ought to accept their lot in life and move along.

^^I agree with you on all points.

How about everyone forget about the Life with Michael books and write about themselves. Now that would be interesting books by Latoya, Jermaine, Frank and all the rest. The only problem is that they would not get much money or even a publisher.

What photos will surprise us. Jermaine reviving Michael and saving his life, or Michael beating up Jermaine (yum yum). Really Jermaine you mean your book is coming out soon and you still have not decided which of the 3 photos you are going to include in the book?

After reading this topic for awhile, I really don't mind if Jermaine chooses to write a book. To be frank, despite Jermaine being a attention seeking hound-dog, I see him as mostly harmless. Despite the stuff he has done to make himself look like a fool and a selfish jackass, he hasn't done anything to actually harm Michael since his passing. Regardless if I like him or not, he was the only family member who vocally stood up and said Michael wasn't an addict, he could do the TII shows, he wasn't weak and feeble, and didn't call the will fake.

The only thing he publicly said that really pissed me off is when he calls everything that Michael earned himself belonging to the family, like the fans and the estate. Also anytime he defense Joe, especially after he did that Tab interview in which he blamed his wife for Michael's death and when he indirectly call Michale a liar about the abuse his suffer. However, he still score more points than Toya, who I have grown to despise more and more over the last two years.

So, although I do believe this book will have some tall tales or even some stories Jermaine made up himself in it, I do think most will be based on truth, much like Toya's first book, and will paint Michael in an overall positive light. Also, it would be readable, unlike Toya's second book which I cannot stomach to even read all of Iva's summary.

Jermaine might be one of the least dangerous among the clan, but he has taken money from others promising to get Michael to do shows and that hurt Michael financially. However, I see the point of what you are conveying. I wonder how much he will make from this book? There are so many coming out this year.

^^That is another strange thing. Many personal staff have written about their famous bosses. How come the bodyguards want to write a positive book and cannot get a publisher, but Latoya, Jermaine, & Frank can find publishers for their positive books. Why is that, unless their books are not as positive from the publishers point of view. The reason that they are family or that frank was a personal friend where as the bodyguards are not, does not make sense to me because as I said personal staff have written about the stars before.

Maybe because of the short time they actually worked for him. The other people spent years knowing Michael, well not his siblings, but you know. They only around 20 months and one of them shorter since he got fired. But I thought they had a deal now?

Which one got fired? I have noticed that when they post on facebook now it's only signed by 2 of them.

I don´t remember his name, but it was the little guy I think. But it was back in 2008 he got fired. I don´t know why he dropped out now. Maybe because they really shouldn´t do this and they do have a NDA, and even if Michael isn´t here anymore they should honor that.

Actually All 3 were fired when Dr Thome took over managment and MJ moved to carolwood or shortly before.
One could have een fired before that for other reasons. I havent seen any info on that.New Bodyguards were
hired by Thome/AEG to take their place. They didnt have a falling out with MJ it was just for security reasons
I guess Thome felt they had too much information. These bodyguards were MJs only staff and were taking
care of every aspect as MJ had no management at that time. They were hired whenMJ moved back to USA
Dec 2006 so they were with him aprox 2 yrs. I think they had a falling out with one a few months back _
not sure if it was over the book or not but I assume it may be.

Lets not derail the topic with this though. Im not even sure how it turned to discussing the BGuards LOL

You're welcome and sorry for going off topic.

And yes he was fired for other reasons. I know about these guys pretty well and when they started to work for Michael and I know they quit the job because he moved to LA.
He also brought in Mike again when traveling, Mike L P that is, he when working for Michael took care of everything, you couldn't figure out if he was bodyguard, assistant, or just friend, and he stayed closed to Michael after he stoped working for him.

I tink I've said it already but just have to say again - I do not trust Jermaine Jackson. He's said and done a lot of things in the past that wasn't true or that was just in his head..

Yes, I did, and he did say those things in an interview back in 2009 too. And what can you say about it? That is how Mike see things. And I noticed someone on twitter trashed Mike a lot and what that person said is not true. One bodyguard did sleep with fans and promised them to get close to Michael, but that wasn't Mike.

He was still in contact with Michael, he's not lying about that. And as someone else said, Michael did faint a lot, he didn't pass out but fainted a lot, because of the lack off sleep and eating. He would get dizzy a lot and when taking medc it could turn out that way. Mike isn't a doctor and I guess he really didn't knew what was going on with Michael in that field, but he really cared about Michael.

Well he should be doing signings soon. Moody you should inform Mike about the reasons for fainting so that in the future he be more careful with his statements. We have too much of these statements going around. Sorry for going off topic. How much is Jermain's book going to cost, not that I am going to buy a copy.
