Lots of people in his vicinity cared for him, but for his money the most. Bain was no exception, her greed was beyond the outrageous standards, and all the innuendo she used in her lawsuit. The added stress that Michael felt on his shoulders due to this irrational lawsuit must have weighed so hard. ... So, her words subsequent to Michael's death are not worth so much in the great scheme of things. Nice of her that she said what she did, but she's still a gold-digger, sadly..
Even though she sued him she did seem to care about him. I don't think that she would've just stood around and watched MJ suffer.
