It all seems a bit suss to me....like AEG have thrown in the Memorial Programme as an excuse as why the tickets are taking so long...as a previous poster said the tickets would have been sent out now for the July/August Concerts.....why wasnt the inclusion of the Memorial prog mentioned in the original refund blurb? that might have made some people think twice about getting a full refund...personally it would have killed me to give AEG 85.00 for a ticket and programme, but it might have made me think a bit longer about it? Im sure all of you who have opted for tickets will get them soon and I am glad the Memorial Prog has been included..they have had your money for long enough..time for them to cough up so to speak.

I agree I'm glad you guys are getting 2 things for your money but it is suss that they have thrown in the programme to cover up the ticket issue. Thats not a criticism of you guys getting the tickets but of AEG

No, you're right. Odd how they have kept it quiet though, perhaps they do know what they have done is wrong & don't want to draw futher attention to it. I do think they are going to have to send everything reg post though, otherwise a lot of packages will disappear & people will ask for refunds.

They would be wise to, as the way we have been treated, a lot of people probably wouldn't think twice to try & rip Aeg off & have the tix & program & a refund or another spare set of tix/programe to sell on eBay.

No hun, no tickets yet. The general concensus seems to be since the cut off date is august 14th to request the tickets, it will be after then the tix will be probably sent out.If they pull their finger out.... But also a memorial programe will be sent with each ticket too.

I sent seetickets an email asking when the tickets would be sent and I got an email back saying the tickets will be sent as soon as they receive them from the promoter, but they don't know when that will be.
So surely if it was the 14th they would know?

I got my refund for 1 ticket, and that's is the complete refund, because the other 3 fans wanted the ticket, so we only have to wait for the tickets ...moneypart is done now.

It just depends if aeg have decided when, maybe (& I wouldn't be surprised) if no tickets have been printed yet & won't be until after August 14th.

I think you're right.. 14 Aug just only for deadline to sumit their req, they wanted to know how many people wanted the tickets and how many people wanted full refund.. so that they can print the tickets only for the actual number of people wanted the tickets..

souvenir tickets - how long do i have to wait?
Am i right in thinking these special tickets were going to be issued to fans if Michael Jackson didn't die, if this is the case...why haven't we got our tickets, they should be ready?
It looks to me this was an after thought on making money and nothing to do with Michael Jackson...

I don't think they will send them out til you can't request one over a refund. Closing date for that is 14th August I believe. I think they want to stop people from seeing the ticket (a friends one or something) first and then deciding if it's worth keeping.

That is how they will do it. You would never order a print run until you know how many you will need and after the cut off date they will give the print company the green light with the exact amount.

I don't think it will take too long, the company who are making them printed the memorial program & they printed around 20,000 in 36 hours!
When they start printing now....it will take ages till we get the tickets

The print run shouldn't take long unless there is a special process such as holograms etc even then it will be quick.

I'll start getti g worried tomorow if I haventrecrived my tickets because in the 13th July email the o2 box office told us that it will take within 4 weeks to receive the tickets, I honk that's until tomorow.

Don't worry they haven't printed them yet.They are waiting 14th Aug., then I dunno how much it will take to print them, but after, they will start sending them, then wait for those 4 weeks.Thank you!

I decided to have my tickets. I received the email from Ticketmaster and I made my choice and so far I have not received any email confirmation. Nothing. Anyone here who chose to receive the ticket received some e-mail? Someone received a ticket? I hope this does not turn a problem for us.
