I read somewhere that the tickets were being sent out after August 14th, that was the deadline for saying if you wanted a refund or your ticket.

They would have been made quite recently as the company who are printing them(and made the memorial prog) only got the contract to make the tickets just a few hours before Michael died http://www.graphicartsonline.com/article/CA6673527.html?desc=topstory makes you wonder why Randy didn't cancel the order that day as none had been printed when Michael died... He just came up with an idea to save them some refund money. I hope the tickets you get are nice and at least now you will get the memorial prog for your money. Its still a sly way for AEG to keep some money from grieving fans IMO (I'm not judging anyone choosing to take the tickets, I'm judging AEG)

It would explain why sending out the tix is taking so long if we are getting the program. At least we are getting somewhere with this ticket business.

Yeah a lot of people have said that but some have been told by TM their tickets have been sent out. Odd eh.

I'm still suspicious of AEG and why they didn't cancel the contract when Michael died(as it was only finalised hours before he died) but maybe the contract didn't cover the tour not going ahead of sadly Michael passing away so they still had to pay them anyway? Oh I dunno but its odd they came up with the refund or ticket option. I understand people wanting them, I just feel sick about AEG taking a lot of cash off grieving fans. I just knew they'd throw in the programme!

I have heard half a dozen different stories from ticketmaster regarding these tix. I don't think any were sent out, they probably have been telling people what they want to hear to get them off the phone.

Anyone got confirmation email from TM that they got the request to receive ticket ? They are so quiet :( at least they should send email confirm for ppl who request to receive it. I wonder that they get my request or not.

Most likely or the information AEG was giving TM was conflicting causing the errors.

No one has gotten that email. If I don't hear or receive anything near August 14th, I'll resubmit my request & will take a screen capture for proof.

I got my ticket from seetickets and have not heard anything from them since the email I received after Michael died, about ticket refunds/receiving the tickets. I chose to get my ticket. But they won't answer any of my emails asking about when the tickets will be sent out.

What they did with the tickets was really messy. AEG lost out big time money wise and they wanted to keep our money and then issue us with tickets. How wrong of them to do that. Thankfully I got refunds on all of my tickets from TM.

Yes me too. I have two tickets to come and because they are somewhat 'expensive' for just tickets, I like everyone else want to know what's happening with them

Has anyone besides yesterdays poster received this email saying you will get a program with the tickets? Anyone heard from ticketmaster about this?

Thanks. That makes me sad. I just want the normal concert ticket. Now I wish I would have just got a refund :no: It makes me mad that they didn't just send out the normal tickets and charge us just for printing and shipping. I can't believe they asked for full price! I am glad they are sending the memorial program, but it was still wrong on AEG to take advantage of Michael's fans.

Nope not yet. The design of the tickets were finalized & the contract was awarded the same day Michael died.The design of them would have to be given approval for the company to get this contract, so these would of been the tickets we would of got anyway. They just seem to be taking their time printing them up.

you're exactly right, there is no excuse for the delay. they can play that game with their merchandise website but these tickets should have been sent out already. if they can't send it out, they need to issue a refund immediately for them. sorry to all those waiting with uncertainty. :(

Like I have said besides Randy fibbing/or being misinformed I am more annoyed by the mxed messages we have been getting about when they are being sent out. If it is august 14th, fine as long as that is the definitative answer.

What i dont understand is if they were the real tickets we should of had them before July 13th anyway - so I dont see the problem with the delay!

If we are getting a program with the tix then that could explain the delay but it seems there has only been one person who has been sent the viagogo email saying this.No one else on this forum or any others seems to have received this email.Maybe it was sent by mistake or viagogo haven't had permission to send it yet? I would of thought tm would of had a similar email too?

I would have liked the tour program but I guess it doesnt matter.. My guess is that AEG will sell the tour program in the near future

I don't see why those who have ordered the souvenir tickets through tm, seetickets & other official outlets wouldn't be getting the program. Ticketmaster are as slow as hell in giving any kind of update, so expect the tickets to come with the program through your letterbox without any kind of email.

Put it this way though, if i don't get one with my tickets they shall be sent back i will ask for a refund.

Does anyone have the right email address for ticketmaster so I can see if I can get an answer out of them?

I emailed the people responsable for making the memorial books & for some reason they forwarded it to someone at Bravado.

Anyway here's what they said about the programe.
