Click on order history on the right hand side, you'll then be able to view the details of your order. Yes you have to pay the full amount. Yes they'll send your ticket to you. If you read the site you'll see the answer to all these questions, and more.

You are probably one of a small handful who perhaps have had a straight answer (that may not even be the truth the way it's going on) There are a lot of mixed messages coming from ticketmaster & Aeg, i.e tix within 30 days, the end if August, tix dispatched , tix not printed, ticketmaster not involved with souvenir tickets/refunds. They need to make it very clear what is going on so there is no confusion. If tix are going out August 14th it should say that on the Ticketmaster/aeg site, not August 14th is the date souvenir tickets requests closes.I think it also says the end of August is when they hope the whole process will be finished.What does that mean? Tix sent out by the end of August? Tix sent out begining the end of August? There is a lot of things we can misinterpret on that site, but I wouldn't be shocked if that is done on purpose.

another confusion here...
so its 30 days after we ask for the souvenir ticket? OR 30 days from our original ticket order?
for example i supposed to go on January 7,2010. so i will get my souvenir ticket 30 days after January 7?

God only knows. I would suspect tickets for all shows to be sent out by the end of August. They are making things quite complicated & unclear.

The tickets for the first shows logically have to have been printed by the time Michael passed or at least they were about to go to press. How else would they get them out to the ticket holders in time?

Good point Seven, they were cutting it fine considering the company only got the contract hours before he died. I'm not sure if AEG did say the first show's tickets were printed already as I've looked on many news articles and watched Randy's Sky interview and can't find it... I'm sure someone said that had been said though... They do use these words though on the ticketmaster page and www.michaeljacksonlive.com

The tickets printed with the special lenticular process, were inspired and designed by Michael Jackson for the fans attending his shows. "

Implying they've been printed at the time the refund or ticket option was first announced.

He did sat the first Ten shows were printed I remember him saying because the interviewer was asking about refunds & I remember thinking if the first ten shows were printed I will be getting my tickets soon. I could of sworn it was the same interview on sky news but I think it may of been live & the slightly shorter one is on the sky news site.

that is the excellent customer service from TM for us...they deleted your order details so unless you saved it or get it from an email or call them up qouting your credit card number you will not know ...oh that is a compulsory field for the refund or for the ticket print..oooppps...

I still havent got an email confirming that they have recorded my choice on what to do with my tickets but I do get their daily spams on upcoming other shows...

Have you clicked the ''order history'' button.. it should bring up a list of the order number, dates etc?

If he did say it, we really need to find a link to back that up but right now I can't find one...

I'm sure he did say that but I can't find the video anywhere. Tickets must have been printed at least for the first 10 shows otherwise why is there a picture of the tickets @ http://www.michaeljacksonlive.com/refunds.php
Also it specifically says "This is the actual "oversized" concert ticket, measuring 82mm x 186mm (3.23in x 7.32in) for the 50 This Is It shows at The O2".

Right from the start I didn't like Randy Phillips. Definately something weird going on

Nope. Not yet.

Now when i go into order history, the order number doesn't even highlight to click so i can check if it still says there is a problem with your submission. Very annoying now that you can't even do that to see if by some miracle if there is a change in your order.

Hi..just to let you know I received my full refund (as I will not line AEGs pockets by paying a ridiculous amount of money for a piece of paper! but each to his own), once I had submitted my request, I got no confimation email that it had been received, neither did I get an email telling me the refund had been made...just had to keep checking my bank account, hope this helps!

yay if you get a ticket you get a programme too... just got email (sorry if someone wrote this before)

Michael Jackson Memorial Programme
We have been advised by the Promoter that, if you have opted to receive your original Michael Jackson ticket, you will also receive the programme from the Memorial service. Each person who purchases a ticket will get this programme per ticket so if you have ordered 2 tickets, you will receive 2 programmes. The programme will be A4 in size and consist of 12 pages of Glossy thick paper.
Michael Jackson tickets and Memorial service programmes will be dispatched in the coming weeks and you will receive full details when they are being sent to you.

I have received refunds for all 4 of the tickets that i bought, both from ticketmaster and seetickets. So no-one's received their souvenir tickets yet then i take it? Looking forward to seeing what they look like, although i couldn't justify paying that much for one myself as a student :(

I have a question. Are these tickets the tickets we would have received? It looks like something they made after Michael passed, I've never seen a ticket like those before. I remember watching the news when the tickets went on sale and the girls who stood in line at the O2, they got normal tickets correct? I'm confused. I opted to get three tickets and refund for one, but I really just want my "normal" ticket, I'd rather pay for that then something they threw together at the last minute. Does anyone know?

The tix from the o2 box office were receipts not the actual tickets. The company who are printing up the tix were awarded the contract to do so mere hours before Michael died, so yes these are the tix we would of gotten.

Really? They'll include the memorial program? I wish they said that sooner because I would order a ticket then and not a full refund :(
Or maybe I wouldn't want that...I dunno. I just wish they'd confirm that before I got a refund.

If you change your mind I think there may be a chance you can. Go to customer services on the top right hand page of ticketmaster there & look up the questions about Michael tickets.It seems you will be given the chance to change your mind.

I knew they'd throw in the Memorial programme to make people sweet. I'm glad you are getting them :) but not surprised AEG has done that.
