How would they have got them all out on time in the first place,you wonder as the contract was only agreed with the printers hours before Michael died... I can't believe they are using the Memorial Program as a way to get fans to NOT ask for their money back.

They'll do whatever it takes to stop everyone from trying to get a refunds I guess.

The thing is in their behaviour alone with the tickets they have actually given away a lot about their business practice and probs what Michael had to deal with in dealing with them...........

They have no decency or good business practice!

at first they didnt mention the memorial book though...I for one ordered the ticket without knowing the memorial book was gonna be included. Plus why shouldnt we get something else we paid enough

I'm glad the fans are getting more for their money, I'm not criticising the fans for choosing that option :) I'm criticising AEG for offering it and for the way they are dealing with it.

Ticketmaster will probs wipe their systems clean of any MJ concert every being held........

they will tell us it was all a dream.......... shifty blighters they are !

Anyhow they'll be working on a Dr Murray pay per view event in connection with AEG and Sony.

god give them a chance and the benefit of the doubt. Michael was perfectly willing to work with them so they can't be that bad. :smilerolleyes: It's been only 4 days since the deadline for requesting tickets ffs, I'd like to see if you get them all printed and shipped out quicker. No, I didn't think so. :smilerolleyes:

but that's the problem, they have excellent business tactics. I feel ya though... I can't believe ya'll are still waiting. That's gotta be frustrating!

Michael probably chose to work with Aeg because they were the highest bidder & said yes to his demands. The michaeljacksonlive.com site does have a faq section that has a question that says "When will i receive my ticket" & the answer is within 30 days, which is obvious bull shit. August 14th was the cut off date to request the tickets, otherwise the decision would be made for you & you would get a refund. As time went on people realized they wouldn't get tickets within 30 days, so we all thought it will be after August 14th (so they could count their orders for how many tix are going to be needed to be printed up).

Now, i don't expect my tickets four days after the cut off date, but a little info would be nice. It's called customer care. When i spend money on goods, i expect to know what is going on & when i will receive those goods. A little info (the right info at that) would go a long way, this thread wouldn't be as long as it is & there wouldn't be the arguments between people who couldn't care less about waiting & the lack of info & people who are annoyed at the way things have been handled in this situation.

Remember the tickets have to be printed, sorted and sent to the individual ticket companies before they will be sent to us.
