why would she want copies and why would MJ want to take the risk of such evidence being left behind?
He would pay with cash.
It makes no sense that she would have such evidence in the first place if this had been a
serial payoff.

MJ financially helped many people, medical bills, expenses, school, cars, gifts etc. I'm quite sure it was something like that. As for why she kept copies I don't know. Perhaps she wanted to keep a record of all of her interactions with MJ. Who knows. I have a 23 year old ticket stub. So who knows why.

It also says "The attached check is in payment of items described below" and there is an invoice number. So there was an invoice that was paid with it. Maybe it could be tracked what it was.

Sounds like it was for items that were bought. These checks could be from anywhere. All random bits just thrown together to make it look like it's all connected to her when in reality they aren't.

I notice the only check with actual link to the companies is the one about $150,000 that didn't go to her but to someone else that she claims to be her friend. (Why would MJ even involve a third party in such a sensitive issue? Doesn't make much sense.) On that check the name is blocked out and "DOE 2" is put above it, so that would be MJJ Productions. .

$2,500 one has Michael's name on top. in the $150,000 one the redacted Doe 2 is MJJ Productions. Both are invoices so payment for something. Let's hope the invoices that old can be found for more detail about the payments. $130,000 and $600,000 are cashier's checks. So it's basically equivalent to cash and written by banks. It doesn't show any remitter(person who is sending the payment) information as far as I can see. Those could be from anyone. The last $10,000 also mentions Michael's name as well as his business managers (Breslauer Jacobson Rutman Sherman).

The notes on TMZ look real to me - it looks like Michael's handwriting and Michael's style of expression. The mention of "valentine" suggests he was writing to someone who was infatuated with him. Probably a fan, or a kid he was helping. I'd say, the photo is probably real too. Forging such things is difficult and risky, and it's unlikely, the attorneys would go for it given that they already have two "victims."

I'd say, most probably, it's someone who used to be a fan and was in contact with Michael at some point, got high hopes from these letters and then got abandoned when Michael moved on.

The checks will probably be traceable, they come from organizations, so ex-staff must be aware what they were for, or there are records somewhere.

Only one cheque was sent. It was reimbursement for a video bought (so it seems) for MJ called 'Brothers' by the girl/her mother. Sounds like possibly a VHS tape of an old film or something.

The tactic of fishing for more accusers will only make the estate more adamant at facing them in court. Because these lawyers believe they have stumbled upon a mine of gold. They will keep bringing lawsuits against the estate if Branca is to settle with them. The cases are beyond weak, except for the smear campaign they have nothing to rely on. I actually believe the more sexual abuse claims in the media against public figures the less credible these decades old accusations become. Real victims of abuse will find it more and more difficult to have people believe their stories, because it seems the trendin the last two decade is to use such claims to either ruin people lives with such accusation for a personal feud or try to become a millionaire On the back of some celebrity or an institution. After years of hearing that people would never do such thing for money especially children, it is obvious now that people are willing to go that route for monetary gain.

I don’t understand much in checks but I wonder if the Estate can provide the information what was paid with these checks. There must be some documents to state what work was done and if that was for her parents services. Time will tell. I just hope it to be over soon.

I think you're right. Let's not be so quick to call everything fake and photoshopped. The picture seems legit and the letters do too - it doesn't matter because they are not incriminating at all. They are just fan mail, and we all know Michael told just about everyone he met 'I love you so much' and 'I miss you'.
To me this seems to have been a fan who came to see his house, was let inside, hung out with him (apparently played monopoly and lost, lol) and had their picture taken. Then he probably called her on the phone a bunch of times (like he did with many others), sent her a couple of posters and 2 sentence-notes & invited her to the set of moonwalker - and that's it. It's the kind of interaction he had with dozens of other fans, nothing strange about it.
I'm sure there's a reason behind any of those checks that actually came from Michael, I think they're throwing them in anyway because they hope the Estate can't produce records that explain those payments after all these years - and if they can, they can always say 'yeah it was supposedly to pay for this or that but we all know it really was to keep her silent because he abused her'

It's petty as hell.
They think more "accusers" makes them look more credible when in reality anyone that knows what's really going on realizes that this new "accuser" is just a desperate attempt to make themselves LOOK credible in general and IMO is also a bid to gain some credibility back after that sex-closet bullshit was proven false almost just as quick as they released the story to the media.
I honestly wonder if this new "accuser" even exist as an actual person, or if it's someone that they made up because they ARE going to great lengths to conceal this "woman's" identity.
They're also purely going off of the fact that people are easily influenced by the media and will believe anything about Michael.
