[Discussion] Sexual Abuse Claims Against MJ Estate - Robson/ Safechuck/ Doe

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

I honestly didn't know whether to be totally disgusted or laugh hysterically looking at McManus' badge (of all people).

Isn't she one of the group that owed Michael that multi million dollar judgement? I wish the Estate would slap a lien on whatever she sells this stuff for.
(however she probably sold it many years ago and this is the new buyer selling it).

Yes, she is. A reminder: http://michaeljacksonallegations.com/ralph-chacon-kassim-abdool-and-adrian-mcmanus/

At the civil trial the Neverland 5 and their attorney were sanctioned $66,000 for lying during their depositions and on the stand and for discovery violations (ie. for hiding evidence from Jackson’s lawyers). Judge Zel Canter, who presided over the civil trial, left the bench after stating he was disgusted [4]. The jury rejected the wrongful termination lawsuit against Jackson and ordered the Neverland 5 to pay him damages. The court also imposed attorneys fees and costs of $1.4 million against plaintiffs. As of the time of their testimony in 2005 none of them paid the damages to Jackson. According to his testimony, after the verdict in the civil trial Chacon filed for bankruptcy. [1] [2] [3]

Also

During the civil trial in the 1990s, another former employee of Jackson’s, Francine Orosco testified that McManus asked her to say she witnessed a male employee of Jackson sexually harass McManus. Orosco also testified that she visited McManus at home during their employment and McManus showed her a room filled with watches, posters, clocks, sunglasses, T-shirts and laundry baskets filled with Michael Jackson’s clothes and other items she stole from Neverland. It was also found that McManus stole a drawing Jackson made of Elvis Presley and sold it for $1000 to Gary Morgan from Splash [3].

It also emerged that earlier McManus and her husband were ordered to pay $17,000 each in another lawsuit, in which it was ascertained that they stole money from an estate that was set-up for minor relatives of McManus. They willfully and maliciously defrauded Shane and Megan McManus, a nephew and a niece of Adrian McManus, out of their money. They were sued by Rosalie Hill, the children’s guardian ad litem. Judge Richard A. St. John found that the the money was held in the trust for the benefit of those two children and McManus and her husband dissipated those funds [3] [4].

(however she probably sold it many years ago and this is the new buyer selling it).

I think it's her. I think so because of the description being written in all caps. I remember a Twitter account she had (I think she still has it but it's private now) and she always wrote in all caps. LOL. She also sounded nuts. She spoke about herself in the third person and call herself Queeney. LOL.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

LoL really. anyway of finding out if this is her selling it. as theres two issues. one the money she owes so the estate should be made aware and if this is her the fact shes kept this all these years tells u everything

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

You hear it first time on MJJC. Robson civil case has a new judge assigned to it. Details to follow.

Thank you Ivy. Is that unusual? Do we know what the reasons might be?

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Unfortunately no idea.

What we know is Beckloff was on a temporary assignment to Court of Appeals until end of September. then he was moving to Santa Monica court house. On August 14 the plan was to wait for Beckloff and transfer the case to Santa Monica to follow him. Just last week clerk of the court reassigned the case to a new judge - Judge Michael Raphael.

currently I have no idea what changed in the last month for this reassignment to happen

So all the estate cases gets a new judge if they cannot follow Beckloff to Santa Monica?

Maybe Wally (David Walgren:)) gets some of the cases as he is judge ion LA Superior court?

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

currently Robson civil case is the only one showing a reassignment. We will have to wait and see.

I have no idea why this reassignment happened. Is there some sort of a rule that says no cases cannot get transferred to other locations? If that's the case you will expect all cases to get reassigned. Or if one of the parties in Robson case asked for a new judge, rather than waiting for Beckloff and hence why only Robson case is showing a reassignment? I have no idea.

Time will tell us what is happening to other cases. Tohme case has a hearing on October. We will see which judge will oversee that hearing and we will see if the cases show reassignment notice in the next weeks.

Perhaps since his expertise is working with the employer side of employee lawsuits, it will help the case against Michael's companies.
He should certainly know how those laws work.
Was Safechucks case transferred also?
Edit: never mind. Just saw answer.

WTF... isn't it illegal to sell legal documents?

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Given the price they are selling those documents, I'm thinking they are just copies of the court documents

This is a bit Off Topic,
but I came across her ugly picture on ebay today....
Not sure if it's been posted before.

She (or someone else) is trying to sell her badge for 1500,-€ :puke:
Item description:

First a "subtle" hint at the allegations ... and then telling the potential buyer, that it is a wonderful gift for any MJ Neverland collector.... What are these people thinking ....
Seems all these vultures are on ebay at the moment desperately trying to sell MJ stuff.
Hope, no one buys it!

Seems like it is McManus, she is selling keys for Michael NL bedroom too.

I checked what has she sold in the past and seemingly she robbed Michael's clothes too as she has sold pants and shirts among other items from NL
http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISA...id=-1&de=off&items=25&interval=0&mPg=4&page=1

One of the items sold previously was Vintage Gibson 1967 EB-3 Bass Guitar (Cherry) (#260987080466), I wonder if that was taken from NL too?

She has earned $230.00 past month by selling NL stuff on ebay.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Estate should know about this.

Jackson counter-sued and eventually Chacon and McManus were found guilty of stealing from Jackson’s property [1] [2] [3].

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

I'm curious that the earlier clothing items were sold for only $100. With genuine provenance, these kinds of items should sell for much more through an auction house. (It would be easy to say that these were 'gifts' as per items given to other friends and colleagues of MJ). This makes me think that the clothing items may not be genuine. (If you know what the genuine article looks like and where it was purchased, it would be easy to buy more from the same source, or even second-hand. I'm guessing these are 'off the peg' and not 'designer' items eg by T+B).

Yeah, she sold couple of watches, so it all comes from that bottomless laundry basket of Michael's stuff.

Re: [Discussion] Wade Robson / James Safechuck file claim of sexual abuse against MJ-Estate

Someone should call her out on it and make it known that we all know its mj's own stuff she stole to sell on her eBay!

I do think they're MJ's, only because it would be kind of hard for her to provide official paperwork since they're stolen ...

That really takes a lot of gall to steal somebody's pants, no matter if Michael had 100 pair of the same pants or not. I saw that a couple went for 100.00, but one pair went for $1400.00. Just crazy.

I guess the price achieved depends on how 'convincing' the items look. I am surprised that genuine pants (which sell for upwards of $1500 at auction) would be offered for as little as $100, when a staff pass is offered by the same seller for a much higher price.

True. I doubt she could send any kind of letter of authenticity on pants since they were stolen-and they didn't have pictures since they were sold over six months ago. All the pix and film I've seen of Michael at Neverland, he's wearing the same pleated black pants-so I'm pretty sure he had a ton of them.

I wish there was a way to stop her from getting away with this. And selling bedroom door keys? Come on.
