I think I need to distance myself from all all sources of MJ news and this thread. Otherwise I might use all my savings to travel to the USA just to punch this guy in the face! And I'm never a violent man!

As I said in the other thread that reporter with the estate lawyer, misrepresented what Wade said. She says Wade said he did not come to terms with it, but that is not what Wade said. He said he knew but did not understand. Then she talks about how the FBI person said that can happen. Of course it can happen if you do not come to terms with it, but not if you claim at 29 you still did not understand those actions were molestation. Weitzman was great, but he should mention about how Wade expects people to believe that at 14 -29 he did not understand the actions, and also mention that the prosecution asked specific questions in court which any 20 something year old would understand. He should also correct her on exactly what Wade said in that interview.

I agree. Some are comparing Wade's case to the abuse victims of the Catholic Church who also took years to come forward, which is a wrong analogy as Weitzman pointed out. No one is saying that victims who speak out about the abuse they suffered many years after the fact are automatically lying. They often have good reasons (for themselves) to keep silent about the abuse. However, Wade did not keep silent. Wade actively denied any wrongdoing by his "abuser", both in public and in court, for over 20 years. He praised his "abuser" whenever he could. He seeked contact with his "abuser" long after he reached adulthood, inviting him over for barbecues and even his wedding. As Weitzman said, we can either believe Wade had been lying for 20+ years when he had nothing at stake, or we can believe Wade is lying now when he has a financial motive to do so. Which seems more probable?

This is going to be like Jordan who told some school friends that Michael did not molest him. TMez was going to have them there, but Jordan did not go to the 05 trial. Now this guy ^^ can be used if Wade's claim goes to court.

probably waiting for june 6 to see what the judge will do with Wade's claims. If he is successful, surely there'll be more freeloaders "coming out" looking for $$$....

I think on June6 there will only be a decsicion if the claim can be sealed. I don`t think there will be a decsion the claim can be thrown out. There will be probalby hearings before such a descision from judge will be made. Even people like Billie Jean etc. get hearings. It`s not over on June6

oh, maybe i was mixing up the dates then :) My point was that IF Wade has any luck with his lies, then that might open the door for other creeps looking for an easy pay-day....

It seems like TMZ is not uploading the JJ video. I watched TMZ Live online and here is what Joe said:

^^ Most of those people are probably just MJ haters, rather than really WR supporters. I don't think fans should pay attention to them.

Regarding that comment: if what Robson says was true then the first person who he should sue would be his mother. Period.

If it were true he should be suing himself for not making sure Michael was put in jail.. :rolleyes2:
