Michael chose to see the best in people, always. That was his only crime.
and it did absolutely nothing for him unfortunately.

You would just think after being back stabbed for the 10th time, he would've woke up to the fact that people are shady.
yes but look what that brought him, nothing but betrayal, and an early death.True, but he was one heck of a beautiful soul, and always kept his dignity. Thats a very rare thing in the world we live in.

“In a world filled with hate, we must still dare to hope. In a world filled with anger, we must still dare to comfort. In a world filled with despair, we must still dare to dream. And in a world filled with distrust, we must still dare to believe.”Michael also said," I'd rather suffer." He always saw good side of people, and then being betrayed.
Michael is always the same Michael, it's the 93 extortion showed his vulnerability to all those vultures, then 05 allegation made his heart bleed. it's like vampire smelled blood, he became the vulnerable target. People complained why he trusted those people in his late years, but who's really on his side? who he could really trust? Joe? Randy? his so called family? so called friends? LMP? he is targeted by the whole world, everyone wants a piece of him. I hope he could learn to protect himself, but I can understand him. He is too good for this world.
Very odd.. it was like MJ loved being stabbed in the back or something. I don't know if it was him being naive or what but after a while one should learn their lesson about people and MJ obviously didn't. It's unfortunate because now he's gone. And if he had any true friends they obviously didn't care because the likes of Schaffel, Weisner etc would've been weeded out and thrown to the wolves. There is no way those folks should've been around MJ. I could never understand how these charlatans hooked up with MJ, when folks like Madonna, Whitney and other famous people never had people that bad and crooked around them. No one was looking out for Mike that's for sure.
Martin Bashir coming into Michael Jackson's life was the beginning of the end for the poor man.
Has it occured to you that its possible his real friends DID care but were not in a position to do anything about the shady people around him?
MJ couldn't live in a cave talking to no one! And u can't know what people will do to u the minute they meet u! Most that betrayed him were people he knew for a few yrs! So sometimes u don't know what they can do to u until they actually do it! Being the most famous and so many want to be around u that when they feel they are loosing the attention on them they go nuts! We seen that with most of them!
But it's not like those that betrayed him had upstanding reps and it's not like were successful. That's what makes his constant back stabbing so depressing. Like why would this icon be getting advice from these nobodies?
well if his real friends cared they should've gotten themselves in the position to do something about the shady people around him.

:mello: Since when did MJ think I am to great to get certain advice from certain kind of people? He always said everyone is equal, no one better then the next! So that argument don't fit with who MJ was and how he thought of people!
Well sadly, thinking like this is why his later years was filled with so much heartbreak.
God Bless MJ.. I just hope he and God above watches over his kids
Yes, no good deed of his went unpunished. It's the saddest thing and the very thing that makes it very hard for me to reconcile myself to his life and his passing. Too much injustice and too little retribution. Makes me feel so impotent and helpless to think of all the things that happened to him. I've stopped wondering how or why Bashir can live with himself. Even now, I don't think he would consider himslef in the wrong. I read somewhere that he said Michael knew exactly what he was getting into. No bastard, he didn't. Some people are just there to exploit who they can, when they can. Being nice will only get you punished like Michael was. To think that a family he helped so much could turn and do that to him! I know I had many sleepless nights thinking about how many people screwed him over. How could Michael sleep? no wonder he couldn't. His manner of passing is the last straw. Justice will never be done for Michael. I know that now. Cos he's gone. Nothing matters anymore. And no, hell does not count. Nothing matter after one is gone, if justice is not servd in their lifetimes, it may as well never be.
This is exactly how I feel. I want them to pay NOW for what they have done! In this lifetime! I don't want to wait for hell. It kills me to know that Jordi for example has a nice life with Michael's money or that Sneddon is enjoying retirement, they all live their lives without any kind of worry. None of them know what it means to suffer like Michael. People like Nancy Disgrace, Diane Demon, Walters, Sawyer and Bashit shouldn't even have a job as journalists! And the sad thing is, nothing will ever happen to these people, they will never pay for what they have done to Michael. Murray will only go to jail for a maximum of 4 years and afterwards he'll be a free man. Justice will never be done and that hurts so much!
There are people who attract a certain kind of people. My friend is like. That she always have those shady looking people around her and then she complain about them I am like why do you keep letting those people in your life?
She feel sorry and always will to help out so she become a Target for scram.
I think MJ was like that too kind and always willing to help so it work agains him.
