And then all they can come up with is involuntary manslaughter? Go figure...
You know what else? Murray was not acting like he needed to prepare himself in advance for a possible emergency. He (and I am deliberately leaving off the Dr. for doctor because he just does not seem like he is worthy of such a title) didn't even have enough sense to know that he would need a way to continue listening in on MJ should the need to leave the room came up for any possible reason.
Like if he really had to leave MJ for a moment to use the restroom...although the investigators have already caught him in a lie and figured out that he was yapping on the phone for 47 minutes...if he had the proper monitoring equipment that would have started beeping to let him know there was an emergency, combined with something as simple as...as simple as...A BABY MONITOR, he would have been able to respond much faster than he did! Time was of the essence and he had nothing, not even a backup person, to let him know it was time to stop yapping and start acting.
Baby monitors with wide range listening capabilities can be purchased for less than $20. Stores like Target carry them. They have a long list of them for people to choose from and here is Murray, a cardiologist caring for a patient in a home setting, acting like he doesn't need to hear what's going on in the room of a patient that he's knocked out with potent stuff that shouldn't even be there! And what kind of a cardiologist puts closely monitoring a patient at the bottom of their list of things to do?
Look at this. Target has so many baby monitors to choose from that they even have some with audio and video capabilities. Audio AND video!

Now, either Murray was paid by someone to do away with MJ, or Murray is hell of incompetent and really thought he could put someone under with some potent stuff like Propofol without anything going terribly wrong. Thank God the Medical Board can see that he does not belong in the medical field, be glad he is now in front of a judge and pray for justice for MJ.
And about that voice mail message that he left for that other patient. Not only was it a HIPAA violation, but he wasn't even supposed to have any other patients in his care at that time, because he had made an agreement at the price of $100,000+ per month to only care for Michael. What ever happened to what Murray supposedly told his other patients via that June 15th letter? Did that suddenly go out of the window? I thought he told his other patients that he wasn't going to be available to them indefinitely.
Murray's got some serious explaining to do! He failed at monitoring MJ. He didn't have the proper resuscitation equipment with him. He performed CPR like he was making up rules as he went along. He failed at getting additional help in a timely manner. And then it also looks like he tried to cover up everything too!
