It would be considered statutory rape since they were underage and underage individuals cannot legally consent. Interesting that Reed is suddenly using the term "rape" now instead of the "loving relationship" stuff like he was before...

Yeah I recall Taj saying that (I think in the Razorfist interview?). Trying to think of who else died mysteriously, but the only one that's coming to mind right now is Ron Newt; there's still no word on his cause of death.

Frank Dileo is dead but I believe that was due to poor health. Same with Elizabeth Taylor (****, I wish she was still alive now).

This. Whitfield and Beard didn't meet Michael until 2006/2007 so there was no way there were at Neverland in the early 90's, or hell, anytime in the 90's. The tabloids are just being dumb and expecting their equally dumb readers to eat it up because they're dumb.

I was never a big Tiffany fan but I am so happy she defended him and stood her ground and actually left when she saw what mess they were trying to pull.
They even tried to deflect using Bill,
OJ, and RKelly and she still stood her ground.
I wish she would’ve brought up Elvis, Bowie, and Jimmy Page since they’re all for allegations of sexual abuse.
The older I’ve become the more I’m starting to realize that Michael exposes the ugly truth of America and most of western culture more than any other person.

Curious... if MJ gave jimmy the Thriller jacket in 88 & then 4 yrs later took it back 2 display in a museum w the plaque “on loan from Jimmy Safehuck”, when did he get it back, if ever? And IF he DID get it back, ws it HIM who sold it to @JuliensAuctions in 2011? Awaiting reply

If you&#8217;ve read my book you know I didn&#8217;t meet Mr. Jackson until December 22, 2006, based on that how can I definitively speak on a train station being built? There are permits that state when the train station was built, so why are we even discussing it.

I told you that I was veeeeery dissapointed from the german "Aufwachenpodcast" who labeled Michael as guilty and LN as credible and the truth in a over 3hour special in this episode.


It is possible to conquer and debunk LN in one of their next episodes cause they give their listeners always the possility to react on their episodes in sending audicomments which have a big possiblity that they will play them in the end of their next episodes.
So you can send them an three minutes long Audio commentary where for example debunk LN in a the way like Perl Junior did it in this video:


In reading for example fastly the Fact thread in this forum.

It would be great when you record the Audicommantary in German but the Podcast has very youg listeners and viewers who manly can understand english, so it is possible that they would also play an audicommentary in english.
Please record only a good understandable audio not a video!

The channel has 178.743 subscribers and their pocast episods gets in the moment over 30.000 views, so it is very possible that your audiocommentary will reach many people.

You can also spread the facts under their video in german or in english which will also reach the staff members of the podcast ( who all can understand english) and other people cause maaaaany listeners read the comments under videos of the episodes as well.

There next episode will be recorded tomorrow or on friday. I don't know it exactly.

Not meaning to defend Noprah, but I guess Neverland was extensive enough for a one-time visitor to not become immediately aware of how many different buildings there were on the whole huge property. So like everyone who didn't research it, she could have well assumed now that the train station was already there when the interview was done in 1993.

Come one .... when you would have been at Neverland yourself like Oprah for a few intense days in Febury 1993 you would remember that this big traninstation building with this huge flower clock and the train wasn't there!!
Cause when it was there you would have been standing in it or have taken a ride with Michael (instead of driving around the proparty in the golf car) on the train and it would have been all part of your documentery!

I personally can give Oprah as a journalist absolutly no excuse and forgiveness and it is comleatly right when all what she did to MJ, his legacy, fans and family will extreamly backfire at her esspecially when she has finanzed LN!!!!

Maybe it is standing there that they have watched all the security filmfootage from the Neverland outdoor cameras from 1988 to 1993 and found nothing.
Then this story can also be debunked as false and invented.

Michael said in 1995 " they have looked in all my books and all my video tapes and found nothing".

I think that some ppl want Michael to be guilty so much that they believe everything right away without any doubt, without thinking "oh, but the train station wasn't even there". They are blinded with "he is guilty" crap. It is where they think when somebody feed them with the facts. But they don't admit they were wrong anyway. I am mostly talking about Oprah here.

Thankfully The Sun quickly redeemed themself.. the aknowledged the train station didnt excist and the books were not proof but mistook they were built by then..
