Darren Hayes (singer) I'm no forensic audiologist but as a lifelong M.J fan the vocals on the 'new' song don't sound a thing like the King of Pop to me.

Regardless, I think it's disgusting the material, authentic or not, is being released posthumously. Clearly M.J never intended this.

Who cares about the moronic Haters...Sony shouldn't cater to the Haters, they should cater to the fans. The Snippet of "Do You Know Where Your Children Are?" Is one of the most incredible things I have EVER heard..omg..It's so incredible..better than the VERY Questionable "Breaking News".

This song has totally killed the anticipation of the new album for me. It is just sad that they are trying to fool the public, the fans and even Michael's own family into believing that Michael Jackson has provided vocals on this track. It's just so obvious that the vocalist is not Michael Jackson.

As many others, I had totally dismissed the rumors about fake vocals as just that - rumors - before I heard the song. Which initially made sence. Why would Sony release a track that is clearly not Michael Jackson? The Jackson family hasn't the best track record, so why believe them now? And those vocal experts, claiming the songs to be real? And aren't we, as MJ fans, used to ridiculous rumors circulating in the media?

God, I was wrong. While many of the questions still remains unanswered, the hard truth is that it's clearly not Michael Jackson singing Breaking News. It does sound like Jason Malachi, alltough it might very well be another impersonator.

But why, Sony? Why?? There's not like there aren't any unreleased songs that - as opposed to this - clearly is Michael?! All this is doing, is to tarnish Michael Jackson's image. Michael was a perfectionist. He would never have released a track that sounds this bad. This is an insult to his legacy.

It makes me actually sick to my stomach to see that song still on michaeljackson.com. I really wish for it to be taken down

I also think some bad shit was made with michaels voice but i am sure the raw voice is anyway michael jackson and noone else!! they wouldnt be able to FAIL that much... anyway its sad enough to change michaels voice in such a strange way :/

They can confirm whatever they want. This song is clearly not Michael Jackson. I can hear this. Hundreds of other fans can hear this. Michael Jackson's closest nephews can hear this, and when they asked for proof, they were lied to.
How I wish this song was real.

I mean, they have tracks like another day for gods sake, why have they resorted to this, he's in there with a load of he hee's and woo's! but the actual vocal line is not him i'm pretty sure. Those chords that the bridge is built on are so MJ, classic MJ rise in 7th chords (2:40-2:40) there are parts of this that scream MJ (the best bits mainly) but this is only a small proportion, all they will have got was a beat, some synth chords and a few MJ he he's and woo's! and then they got a singer in to do most of the lyrics, just even the rhythm of the vocals, that not something MJ would ever go for imo.

seriously those who are saying that they are going to believe the family then they should go ahead and believe that he was drug addict too because that is what family is saying,why believe autopsy. same for song why believe machine which is more accurate then any human ear just go by what family is saying ,same family who is really busy protesting this song then defending his 3 kids. how many of them came out when fan asked them about oprah exploiting his beloved children? but for the song whole bunch is out so we can see where their priorities are,so we need to straight out our priorities.
i for one is going to support this album ,his legacy and his kids.if u don't like the song skip it ,as simple as that.

I feel you, but at the same time, I think only fans can innocently enjoy a song entitled ''Do you know where your children are'' by Michael Jackson...

I would not like to walk in the street or be in a shop where they play the song on radio and hear people laughing and hating over MJ again. But well, maybe it'll be the single, remember Breaking News is not the 1st single, it's just a internet release, for 1 week.

unfortunately, yes it's the world we live in, the link would be so easy to make for non-fans, that it becomes very delicate matter. And I hate that.

I have read so many articles praising the mj vocals on the cascio tracks, saying the vocals are 'strong' 'perfect' 'incredible' etc. I've decided im gonna hold any further judgement until I hear the other songs. Remember this is just 'one song' and it doesn't mean the whole album will sound like this. Maybe when the full album releases we will be able to fully understand/overlook the strange vocals on 'Breaking News'. Until then its pointless stressing ourselves out over this. I hope everything will be cleared up soon

Someone please explaine to me this.If Michael's voice just sounds strange why I can sense the Jason Malachi feel ? It's not that Michael's voice is deformed, but Jason's voice is edited to sound like Michael... that's how I get it.If one of the Cascio songs has Jason all over it.. why not the other 2?
