If the estate made an announcment tomorrow that they have found evidence which proves it's a fake then i will come on here and accept i was wrong, but i'm pretty sure that's not going to happen. Sony have already come out and said it is authentic, they got an independent forensic musicologist in to verify that it is Michael, so the mystery is infact over yet i haven't heard any fans admitting they were wrong yet.

I saw this tweet. By JM he means John Mcclain. He has a beef with him and a lot of fans are praising him because he said the tracks were fake. He is basically telling fans they need to check John Mcclain as well since he is only in it for money.
If you watch the video with the DJs as well, he calls him "JM".

So Teddy said at the last minute he tried to claim the tracks were fake. Teddy is saying he is being vindictive.

is it just me or does the version on MJ.com now sound more like Michael?... I'm think this is Michael with someone else's vocals at times to finish off words or back up his vocals like when he says "Jackson" I think they were trying to find the most recent relevant song that would appeal to everyone so they picked "breaking news" even though it was far from finish. My point is that he predicts in this song what you will do. One media outlet comes up with a statement that it's not Michael Jackson on the track. Yet if you listen to the acapella version, it's him. I wonder if any of you would have doubted this if the media would never have talked about it, if the family would not have talked about it. YOU are making headlines, YOU are breaking the news because you are feeding the media. You want to boycot an album that is probably great and all MJ. Only because you hear in the media that it's not MJ. Has it ever occured to you that the family is only saying this to show how much people are influenced by someone else and the media? Listen and think for yourself, and you will hear it's him.

About Sony: Mike kept releasing albums with Sony, even after his 2002 London speech. If he really had such a problem with Sony, why stay there? Why sign another contract with Sony? Why did Sony get to release TII while they didn't even offer the highest price? If the Estate would be so money hungry, why not take the highest bid? What strucks me as weird is that I didn't expect Michael to record a song about the media again after 2005. I mean after all the allegations and what he's been through, he wouldn't record these kind of songs again cause it would give them reasons to trash his name again.

I now really believe that this was an unfinished track from HIStory or Invincible and an impersonator was brought in to finish it. Cause at some points you can really tell it's Michael.

If the Cascio tracks are not removed, I will not buy the album but download tracks I feel are real. This is a shame because I had intended to give the album as Christmas gifts also. We have to force whomever is responsible to show more integrity and to respect us and Michael's legacy.

Very true. I think he wanted to put all that behind him and focus on positive things like writing songs for his fans who had stuck by him!

I just went to listen to BREAKING NEWS on the official site, and it NOW says: Album available December 2010. It USED to say: Album available December 14th, 2010.

Looks like it's being pushed, which can only mean it's being changed...

why would he retweet it without refuting it, right under the retweet?i heard the radio interview too. now either he spoke of jb or jm..and didn't sound favorable to one of the two, and we all know they work together..

he's retweeting it because he agrees with it. somebody else is saying what he has said and he's retweeting it so that all the other people will see it.

in the radio interview he's just talking about John McClain. He says he doesn't want to give his name and his initials is JM and he's the head of the estate - hence he's hinting about who he is talking about. He never mentions John Branca.

I really do not see where he said the song is fake. Teddy still seems to maintain that the vocals are MJ's and all of this is just happening because of McClain didn't get credited on the song.

Some people are using a strange reasoning. I do not believe it's Michael on BN. Of course, I may be mistaken. However, some people say we have to believe it was him because it's an unfinished track and a demo. That's why he doesn't sound like himself. Well, how about the Billie Jean demo then? Why didn't Michael sound like Prince or whomever? The technology back then is far worse than today's. Yet, it's always clearly Michael on all the demos we heard through the years. So, recording reasoning is not proof enough.
