i think raymone was HOPING somethinglike this would happen and fall through the cracks just like it almost did. he's changing managers, gearing up for a long ass residency, he's busy, and this could've gone by the wayside and she almost got her damn money.

i mean, i reckon w/ her lack of profesisonalism and tact, i think she figured it was worth a shot
 
I support Michael on this ...just another person knowing the hell he went thru and turn around and want to screw him...and if Michael was truly broke she wudn't be suing especially for 44mil ..

I think bains was trying to win the case by having Michael default..
 
She could not release any statement or press release, if there wasnt the approval by Michael himself.

Any meeting with Raymone was/had to be about discussion, theres no dobt, dont you know how it works in firms?

If theres something which is necessary to present publicly, they had to have a session, and subsequently the joint communiqé - simply a final statement!

No spokesperson can release his own PR without an approval and decision.
IMO she was doing what she was told...

Awesome post. I'm getting tired of people wanting to screw Michael over, especially someone like Raymone who witnessed first hand how hurt Michael was and what he went through.
 
I reckon she knew what she signed too. Lol. I am jsut very curious about the thought process of hers. And I wish this document will be made public as I thnk it will and people pay attention and not forget too soon. And what is this I hear about Bain's former clients being disappointed in her?

But, perhaps it's only confusing to those on the outsiderelying on bits of info from here and there; doesn't mean it is so with Michael himself. While there may have been power struggles and people jockeying for positions or attempting to overstep bounds, that doesn't mean that Michael didn't know whom he had doing what. Clearly he had it together enough to put into play a huge deal with AEG that has been going flawless that we can see.

I will never understand what damage came out of the WMAs; and what is media printed has nothing to do with reality. We all can pull tons of examples out on that one. There was no personal or professional damage done as a result of the WMAs. None. Crap was written because it is always written. Michael is putting together one of the most anticipated concert series right now and what do you see: crap from the same media that spewed crap based on the WMAs. Do you see Michael or AEG losing their minds over it and going into all out damage control? No, because they know when there is true damage being done and when not. If true damage had occurred because of WMAs, AEG would not have been chasing Michael around trying to put together this deal where he is in the driver's seat. That is not damage.
 
^ nodding .. i mean really. i don't mean to make anyone feel 'wrong' b/c its all just opinions so with that said, i mean, all he did was show up to hang out on stage w/ some kids ... everyone who had other expectations created them themselves ... there was so much unfounded rumor going around at the time.. and nobody could stop them, fans i mean, it was outrageous all the he said/raymone said/they're gonna/no she didn't/no he's not/he's gonna/no he ain't g - grief! I know some felt raymone should have made it all clear etc. but the fact that she didn't, didn't do anything but create a mystery that was not solved to the satisfaction of fans who got their very own hopes up themselves. EM i'm not saying you, i have no idea...i'm just saying in general ... no harm was done, how could it be. The only "harm" I seemed to see at the time seemed to have been done to Michael imho, from what I understand, she and her collegue clouding him in second hand smoke out to dinner somewhere. I had no confirmation of that as fact but the thought of the probability of that being true made me wanna cry. Harm done? hm. Good thing he does deep breathing on a regular -

this is serving as too effective a distraction from the serious stuff i have to do with the remainder of the day - if anyone who loves me sees me on here in the next two hours call the men in the white suites. MJ's atty's will handle this, he will be well rehearsed for opening night and prepared to be gone for a while - meanwhile life goes on. y'all be good. If y' can't be good, try to be kind.

The Prince of Bahrain- was also leeching off of Micheal Jackson's fame trying to break into show business.

Raymone Bain- greedy, dishonest and power mad. She will get (nothing) what she deserves.:clapping:

ur wrong on that one. she didn' thave mj's permission to talk about katherine's health during teh trial. it was acutally during deliberations and she could've gotten him in big ass trouble so mez fired her ass. it was what she deserved. she totally jeopardized mj's safety w/ that stupid damn press conference.

it was just a lame rumor. DURING THE TRIAL she needed MELLVILE'S permission not just mj's so even IF she had mike's she needed the approval of the judge to say a word cuz of the gag order.

she's totally unprofessional. lying to mj about the fan party at the wma's...he was pissed...the only time she ever followed up on anything was THIS...the lawsuit that benefitted HER

oh, and hiriing macmillian...karma!

i aint cuttin bain any slack. but that's because i know we are all susceptible to money temptation. that's why everybody thinks there's a bad economy, and there have been rash incidents by many people(burning houses that were about to be foreclosed, people siphoning other peoples' gas tanks in their cars) and the media let them off the hook. big money or fear of loss of money makes people of sound mind consider desperate measures and thoughts. that's not lettin any of us off the hook. i'm just being real about it. it's a very rare person that wouldn't consider stuffing the last vestiges of their money under a mattress. lol

i'm daring to say u would have a hard time walkin away. i would too. i'm sayin she's not an idiot. i'm sayin she fell for temptation. it dont matter if she's the smartest person on earth. if u ever considered playin the lottery, u would consider overlooking MJ's airtight contract. i don't think u would walk away from all that money. MJ aint changin the way he writes up his contracts..so..if ur the only one above temptation...u would never be workin for him, then. lol. i commend u if ur that strong...but i'd like to see u actually faced with the situation...and ALLLL that money. people always say they never would...then..they do.

reading that contract as thoroughly as i did trust and believe i wud not have signed it.it wudda sat in that damn office until some changes were made lol oh well thats her fault,miikes just a good business man

I agree that it was her responsibility. And the irony if that IS what happened is that it would confirm her lack of competancy which may be why she was fired.

You 2 bring up a good point.. what would have happened if she refused to sign it? And Michael refused to change it. Would she not have been paid?
