Believe me, that just isn't possible. Xscape was on about 35,000 after Thursday's sales. Nobody, and I mean nobody, sells 80,000 copies over Friday and Saturday, at this time of year, in 2014.
 
The biggest 1st week sales so far has been Paolo Nutini's album ,which sold around 107,000 copies.
 
50,000 would be very, very, good.

Bruce Springsteen, whilst touring, sold 48,000 with his much lauded, latest album.

I am Xpecting around 45,000 for MJ, and 35,000 for s**t keys.

But this is Michael Jackson we're talking about, if he can make people faint by just standing there and taking off his sunglasses, then I'm sure his album sells can boost 5x over

Yes. And Sam Bailey - the latest flavour of the year - sold 72,000.

There is no way mattyjam's figures are correct.

Sorry, but you do not understand the current music climate - across the world, not just the UK.

Heard it announced, with my own ears, on the radio. :bow:

I would say about 45,000 - which is very good.
 
I love the way the British does it. Why do we have to wait until Tuesday to get Billboard final numbers? Just a way for them to sell their magazine.

They should do it like the UK..Just announce it on the radio...et voila!

It seems Target restocked the Xscape shelf after the guy checked the computer last night and said there were no more. I just came back from there and they found some more albums and stacked the shelves!! I bought 7 more albums today. Go Michael Go!!!
 
Wow I never liked Bieber... But wow... If he sent out his tweet earlier this week it would have been more helpful.... But thanks anyway Bieber.

this is normal. austria release was also the 9th, but it appears 2 weeks later on the charts. thats everytime the same. so finland will be the same.
here in austria, i think, it was better then last times when a mj record was released. there were some tv reports and also the commercial was shown several times.
