My intuition was telling me that Brazil would not win. They played bad. In the second time of the game, they lost all control and concentration on the game. :doh: :sigh:

Now, I'll cheer for Argentina! -_- :punk:

I have always thought Holland has a tough team, I never even thought about the population. It's 2nd best on the Fifa's list so it can't be bad.

And sorry but I don't get you guys saying Holland won only because of luck. The second goal was beautiful and well planned. And Brazil should've played better on the second half to win it, they souldn't have let Holland's first goal freeze their own game.

Well I think everyone knows Holland is going to the final if something very strange doesn't happen. But it would be historical for Ghana to make it to top 4, I would love to see that, just for the fact that it would be the first African team in the quarter finals ever, Africa needs some love! :huggy: :)

Well, I guess both teams had their merits. There were mistakes and hits and a little luck too. Today didn't was the Brazil's day.

Well now I'll cheer for Ghana and IF losing I'll cheer for Germany. Nothing personal, but I don't want Argentina to win, I'm afraid that Maradona fulfills his promise to run naked around the obelisk. Did you can imagine it? :bugeyed It would be scary. :lol: :lmao:

All the European countries (the remaining ones) should be kicked out. Ghana should win, period. Wanna see how many black players will be referred as monkeys throughout Europe then.

I honestly would love Ghana to win but that's just too unrealistic.

I'm talking about racism in soccer throughout Europe. But NVM this is not the topic for it. But famous black players Black European players like Henry Thierry have spoken out on this issue countless times.

Off course everywhere is racism, also in europe...
But i never heard one of our players complain about it.
and we have many coloured people in our team.

Jenny, I didn't even watch the game I don't know what your team is about and I'm not even Brazilian. I'm not talking about the World Cup 2010 in South Africa nor about your team in specific, I'm talking about racism throughout European soccer.
Maybe you haven't heard of it I'll give u the benefit of a doubt :)
But trust me if there was no racism there wouldn't be the need of ''say no to racism'' during the world cup.

It's so sad that even now when we're supposed to live in a modern world there's still racism. It's ridiculous, I will never understand it.

About time, never liked him to begin with. He did a horrible job this time around making high promises claiming soccer had changed and what not, he failed just like Pareira did. A damn shame. Now Dunga nao deve passar as ferias no Brasil

Oh don't say it. :no:I like Dunga and his job. Actually I would like Brazil had won the Cup just for people stopping criticizing his job. I'm not a coach so I can't speak ill of him. He knew what was doing and I'm sure he wanted the hexa as much as us.

Indeed makes you really wonder, I don't get how people can be proud of the color of their skin how can you be proud of something that you have no influence in? When u see great big players like Henry Thierry complain about racism, someone who is supposed to be a huge soccer star you know we haven't moved on at all. Mankind should be ashamed of itself.

Well then i must have imagined an AWESOMEEEEEEE GOOALLLLLLLLL just a few mins ago :punk: I screamed so loud i'm surprised my neighbors didn't complain lol. But then again, i have trees for neighbors on this side of the house lol.

Gooooooo Ghana, go Africa. I know there are 45 mins left off the game, but it sure is goin well so far.

Abreu played in my football team! gotta love him! he sure have guts... it was a decisive shot, not an 3-0 penalty. Sorry for Ghana, they deserve semi final too. They were so close...
